Se sustenta en las teorias y enfoques epistemologicos de autores como Valhondo, Vertice, Nort y Rivas, Nonaka y Takeuchi. El tipo de investigacion es descriptiva, de campo, cuya poblacion estuvo conformada por 107 sujetos. Se ejecuto a traves de la tecnica de la encuesta, haciendo uso de un cuestionario al cual se le realizo la confiabilidad por Alpha de Cronbach. Este arrojo un valor de 0,98, considerado un nivel alto. Los resultados se confrontaron a partir de las dimensiones e indicadores estudiados. Asimismo, se concluyo que la institucion objeto de estudio debe desarrollar mecanismos para la construccion de escenarios propositivos para la generacion de conocimiento que se sumen a las cadenas de valor de la organizacion. Ademas, se recomienda reforzar el uso del conocimiento en todo su personal, para que se gestione de manera integral un aumento en el volumen de la generacion de conocimiento organizacional. EnglishThis research shows the levels of organizational knowledge management in higher education institutions in Santa Marta, Colombia. It is based on the theories and epistemological approaches of authors such as: Valhondo, Vertice, Nort and Rivas, Nonaka and Takeuchi. The type of research is descriptive and field, whose population was made up of 107 subjects. It was executed through the technique of the survey using a questionnaire which was carried out the reliability by Cronbach's Alpha throwing a value of 0.98, considered high. The results were confronted based on the dimensions and indicators studied. Likewise, it was concluded that the institution under study must develop mechanisms for the construction of propositional scenarios that generate knowledge, this added to the value chains of the organization. La metodologia consistio en entrevistas, mediante un modelo de encuesta realizada a 86 miembros de la Facultad. Los principales resultados destacan que son Ancash y Junin las principales ciudades de origen de los familiares de estos estudiantes, que la mayor parte de ellos se reconoce como mestizo y que casi el 40 % mantiene una ruptura abierta con las practicas religiosas preponderantes en sus familias. EnglishThe present research work aims to recognize the socio-historical characteristics of the students of the Faculty of Letters and Human Sciences of the National University of San Marcos (Peru) in relation to migration processes and the common origin, the self-knowledge of identity and culture (religion, practices and customs). The methodology consisted of respondents based on a survey model performed at the 86th facility indicated above. Por esta razon, se propuso analizar los errores que presentan los estudiantes en la resolucion de problemas con ecuaciones de primer grado en noveno grado. El diseno y metodologia de investigacion empleado es un estudio de caso, basado en un enfoque cualitativo, el cual se realizo con una muestra de tres estudiantes. Para la recoleccion y analisis de la informacion se implementaron tecnicas e instrumentos dentro de los cuales se encuentran la observacion, prueba diagnostica, diario de campo, una matriz de clasificacion de la informacion y un analisis de contenido. Luego de analizar la informacion obtenida se identificaron distintos errores que fueron clasificados y sistematizados segun el origen que estos presentaban, llegando a la conclusion de que los estudiantes presentan con mayor frecuencia errores que tienen su origen en ausencia de sentido. EnglishIn the resolution of equations of the first degree have been different mistakes made by students and caused by deficits in the learning processes of algebra learning. For this reason, it was proposed to analyze the errors that students present in solving problems with equations of first grade in ninth grade of schooling. The research design and methodology used here is a case study, based on a qualitative approach, which was carried out with a sample of three students. For the collection and analysis of the information, techniques and instruments were implemented within which are the observation, diagnostic test, field diary, an information classification matrix and a content analysis. Para este proposito ejecutan proyectos de distintos tipos (infraestructura y de servicios). El objetivo de esta pesquisa es ofrecer un analisis de riesgo en los proyectos de inversion en el sector educacion en el departamento de Puno. El estudio se basa en la aplicacion del metodo de simulacion de Montecarlo mediante el programa informatico Risk Simulator y Crystal Ball. Los resultados indican que, para el proyecto de inversion publica en el sector educacion, la probabilidad de que el VANS sea mayor que cero [p (VANS>0)] es de 67,10 %; consecuentemente, la probabilidad de no viabilidad del proyecto de inversion publica es de 32,9 %; y la probabilidad de que la TIRS sea mayor que la tasa social de descuento [p (TIRS>8 %)] es del 67,10 %. Finalmente, se puede concluir que, con base en los hallazgos encontrados, es recomendable aplicar el analisis de riesgo utilizando el metodo de Montecarlo en proyectos de inversion publica en el sector educacion para decidir la viabilidad economica y social del proyecto. EnglishIn general terms, governments invest economic and financial resources to improve educational services in different areas and contexts. For this purpose, they implement projects of different types (infrastructure and services) in the education sector. The objective of this research is to offer a risk analysis in investment projects in the education sector in Puno. The study is based on the application of the Montecarlo simulation method through the computer software Risk Simulator and Crystal Ball. The results indicate that, for the public investment project in the education sector, the probability that the VANS is greater than zero [p (VANS>0)] is 67.10 %, consequently the probability of non-viability of the investment project public is 32.9 %; and the probability that the TIRS is greater than the social discount rate [p (TIRS>8 %)] is 67.10 %. {"title":"Fichtes Wendung zum Realismus in seiner Berliner Zeit: Die Schritte zum Sein","authors":"M. Yamaguchi","doi":"10.15027/47419","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.15027/47419","url":null,"abstract":"Kurz nach dem Wiedersehen mit Schelling in Jena behandelte Hegel die Differenz des Fichteschen und Schellingschen Systems der Philosophie („Differenzschrift”, Spt. 1801) 1 und in Anlehnung an Schellings Systementwurf 2 kritisierte er das Prinzip der Wissenschaftslehre, Ich=Ich als das subjektive Subjekt=Objekt. (Dif., S.6.) Fichte war damals in Berlin übersiedelt, nach dem Atheismusstreit. Aber Fichte und Schelling hatten bis dahin Briefe gewechselt, um einer neuen Zusammenarbeit willen.3 Obwohl dieser Plan nicht fruchtbar war, vertiefte und entwickelte Fichte seinen Gedanken, und endlich lehnte die mißverständliche Kritik gegen ihn ab.4 Er ist zum Punkt gekommen, der Ideal=Realität des Ich gewiß zu sein. In der Vorlesung in Berlin (1801/02) 5 erkennt Fichte die Grenze des Idealismus und stellt den Wendepunkt zum Realismus fest, indem er sich mit Schellings “Darstellung meines Systems der Philosophie” (Mai 1801) 6 auseinander setzt. Und im Vortrag von 1804 stellt er die neue Idee der transzendentalen Philosophie dar und versucht das System des Absoluten zu etablieren, welches das Mannigfaltige in die letzte Einheit zurückführt und daraus dies wieder ableitet.7 Der Kernbegriff dieses Systems ist der des „Seins“, als das Erfolg des ersten Teils desselben, der „Wahrheitslehre“. Da ist der Gegensatz des Idealismus und des Realismus aufgehoben und der höhere „Ideal=Realismus“ erreicht. Es muß untersucht werden, wie Fichte gegen die Kritik an seiner frühen Lehre den Begriff des Seins erhalten konnte.
