It was found that the coupling degree of Beijing was at the lower-middle stage and the coupling degree of Shanghai was close to the lowermiddle stage, but it was still at the low stage, and other regions were at the low stage; as for the coordination degree, Beijing, Shanghai, and Jiangsu were at the moderately imbalance stage, other regions were at the severe imbalance stage. Coupling degree and coordination degree showed a decreasing trend from the eastern region to the western region; there was a significantly negative correlation between the intensity of governmental management and the degree of coupling/coordination; there was a significantly positive correlation between the level of fiscal decentralization/marketization and the degree of coupling/coordination, and Level of marketization was the most important factor affecting the degree of coupling/coordination. After running stepwise regression and quantile regression and using the Grey Relation Analysis, these conclusions were still robust.","PeriodicalId":172046,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Education and Multimedia Technology","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127738182","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It usually lasts for 30 seconds to 20 minutes and mainly was spread on mobile terminals. Often it contains a lot of interesting, attractive but non-important content, and the content may not directly relate to the main knowledge points of popular science. Such content can be called seductive details. Studies have shown that adding seductive details to teaching materials will have negative impacts on learning. However, popular science micro video is a form of multimedia with low cognitive difficulties and constant changes in media and learning environment. In addition, the effect of seductive details may change. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of seductive details in popular science micro videos on learning effects. In this experiment, 44 students were selected to watch popular science micro videos that have seductive details. Then the relationships between the memory amount of seductive details, accumulation of prior knowledge and the learning effect of science knowledge (memorizing and transferring) were analyzed. According to the results, in the case of low cognitive load, the addition of seductive details in popular science micro videos had no effect on the memorizing effect of popular science knowledge, but improved the transferring effect. The learning effect of popular science knowledge had nothing to do with audience's prior knowledge level. Therefore, this study suggested that some seductive details should be added to popular science micro videos but the difficulty of making popular science micro videos should be reasonably controlled, which would make the videos more interesting and help enhance the learning effect of popular science knowledge.","PeriodicalId":172046,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Education and Multimedia Technology","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125313103","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Combining with the viewpoints of differentiated teaching and functional analysis, it tries to observe and interview with gifted teachers, and develop the indicator-style scale for gifted students’ emotional needs, in order to improve pre-service teachers' awareness and appropriate counseling strategy. First, the study tries to establish the virtual reality classroom for pre-service teacher's training, and test the user's feelings. The VR-based classroom consists of a six-seater resource rooms, 6 gifted students, 6 sets of 10-15 minutes VR-based counseling training. It also compares the difference between VR-based training and general teaching to provide the preventive counseling mechanism for gifted students. It tries to analyze “the Observation Scale for Classroom Behavior Performance and Affective Needs of Gifted Students \", and provide the training to pre-service gifted educators. The study also analyzes the teacher effectiveness and conducted in-service teachers for the control group. According to the results, the level of simulation and comfort of VR videos is acceptable or even very acceptable. VR videos have a better effect on improving pre-service teachers to counsel for gifted students than those who use general text responses (p<.05), which helps improve their ability to judge gifted students' affective counseling needs and use related strategies. In addition, there are still differences how to guide gifted students between the on-site teachers in the gifted class and the pre-service students. However, through VR-based training, their ability of perceiving the affective needs of gifted students and applying counseling strategies can be enhanced, and this training can strengthen training of gifted teacher. It is suggested that the development direction of the follow-up is the development of more refined VR videos, and quantification of the scale and appropriate cut-off standards of “the Observation Scale for Classroom Behavior Performance and Affective Needs of Gifted Students \".","PeriodicalId":172046,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Education and Multimedia Technology","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127314711","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Migrant students represent a highly motivated and achieving category and contribute a lot to the economies of the host countries. Coming to the host country they face different challenges, one of them being employment. Previous studies reveal that migrant students during the period of their acculturation undergo various difficulties, and even after graduation, there are such hurdles as pressure, immigration policies, and an uncertain future. If they want to pursue a career in the host country, new barriers such as documentation requirements, problems with language and discrimination could appear. The necessity to create a safe environment that can help them acquire the necessary skills needed at a job interview made the research authors consider the use of a VR tool. Virtual reality simulators make it possible to repeat actions as many times as necessary to achieve the desired result and proved their efficiency applied to other vulnerable categories of citizens. In this study, a needs analysis was conveyed to depict the barriers migrant students face while seeking a job in a host country and to discuss the most useful architecture of an effective computer simulator “Employment navigator”. 171 migrant students took part in it. The outcome of the research resulted in the architecture design of the ‘Employment Navigator’ virtual reality simulator that can be used as a tool to assess the readiness of a migrant student to undergo a job interview successfully.","PeriodicalId":172046,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Education and Multimedia Technology","volume":"135 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115621342","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The decision denoising algorithm is used to denoise the sports training video image, and the sports training video image is divided into a 3×3 filtering neighborhood window to denoise. Eight neighborhood search method and parallel image algorithm are combined to extract the features of the sports training video image, obtain the specific contour of the feature area of the sports training video image, implement contour tracking for the specific contour of the feature area of the sports training video image, and merge multiple record sequence tables that may be generated when tracking the contour. Based on gray correlation analysis, the correlation degree of sports training video image features is analyzed, and the sports training video image features are classified by support vector machine, so as to realize the classification of sports training video image. In order to prove that this method has better change detection performance, the traditional sports training video image classification method is compared with this method. The experimental results show that this method has better change detection performance than the traditional method.","PeriodicalId":172046,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Education and Multimedia Technology","volume":"258 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123056477","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
