The high altitude hypo-xia on the heart and lungs to adapt to structural changes of the early rarely been reported so far. From near sea level on the test area to a higher altitude within a short time to bring the heart and lung of rats by light and electron microscopy. Objective: To evaluate hypoxic altitude hypoxia on the ultrastructure of rat heart and lung. Methods: SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups, namely the plateau 1 d (A group), 3 d (B group), 30 d (C group), the control group (D group in Xi'an area, elevation 5m). Three experimental animals brought by the Golmud, Qinghai, Xi'an time -consuming 1d (elevation 2700m), 3d to the Naqu (elevation 4500m) and 30d Nagqu (elevation 4500m), were sacrificed at different time points, the light and electron microscope cardiopulmonary specimens. Results: Acute hypoxia A, B microstructure and ultrastructure of lung tissue apparent interstitial pulmonary edema and alveolar pulmonary edema, and after hypoxic interstitial pulmonary edema after the C group were significantly reduced; acute hypoxia A, B light microscopy of heart tissue in rats ventricular myocytes were all seen varying degrees of cloudy swelling, vacuolar degeneration, necrosis and interstitial dissolved edema, electron microscope, mitochondria swelling, sarcoplasmic reticulum, myofibril dissolution, intracellular and extracellular edema, acute hypoxia group B compared with the change in left ventricular wall was the right, and after hypoxic interstitial edema after the C group was significantly reduced. Conclusion: SD rats caused by acute hypoxia altitude pulmonary edema and alveolar interstitial pulmonary edema, caused by SD rat heart with right ventricular-based injury, after acclimatization altitude hypoxia significantly reduced after the heart and lung disease.","PeriodicalId":170838,"journal":{"name":"2011 IEEE International Symposium on IT in Medicine and Education","volume":"51 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115952954","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Several techniques have been investigated for measuring the mechanical properties of developing tissues and organs; however, current methods are destructive. The goal of this work is to apply high resolution Magnetic Resonance Elastography (μMRE) technique with 100 µm in-plane resolution to address a critical problem in TE: nondestructive monitoring and characterization of growing mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs)-based tissue engineered constructs. In this study, μMRE is used to assess the development of osteogenic and adipogenic constructs implanted in immunodeficient nude mice. In vivo MRE experiments were conducted at 9.4 T (400 MHz for protons) using an 89 mm vertical bore magnet. Multiple shear waves were presented in the adipogenic constructs in comparison to the osteogenic constructs. This study demonstrated that μMRE can be used to non-invasively monitor the growth and development of various types of engineered tissues in vivo.","PeriodicalId":170838,"journal":{"name":"2011 IEEE International Symposium on IT in Medicine and Education","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116684869","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In continuous cultivation, when the cultivating ages is more than 10 years, the quantity of Trichoderma decreases; compared with continuous cropping field, even though the number in rotation land decreases, its proportion shows increasing tendency in fungi; the quantity of Trichoderma in the fields planting vegetables like onions and garlic is more than that in fields planting cucumbers. In soil factors, the content of soil organic matters has the most important influence on the quantity of Trichoderma, which show the most significant level, with the regressive equation being Y= 0.13x−1.07.","PeriodicalId":170838,"journal":{"name":"2011 IEEE International Symposium on IT in Medicine and Education","volume":"44 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124955644","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Here, we presented a requirement-based teaching method for interdisciplinary graduate courses and practiced in two professional courses for four years at the School of Biological Science and Medical Engineering in Beihang University. The main idea of this method was to combine the course teaching and degree program requirement of each student, which largely inspired the learning enthusiasm and made the students change from ‘let me study’, ‘I want to study’ to ‘study what I want’. The results showed that this teaching method improved the comprehensive abilities of students and accelerated the publication of professional paper in their graduate stages.","PeriodicalId":170838,"journal":{"name":"2011 IEEE International Symposium on IT in Medicine and Education","volume":"130 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133537808","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
