In this paper, the gait recognition using shape trace transform is presented for human identification. First step, gait recognition using shape trace transform used the silhouettes input. The gait period could be estimated by computing the median of the walking step width of the three consecutive maxima. After that, the silhouettes in one period are transformed by trace transform. Next, the trace transform pictures in one period are calculated for finding the average trace transform. The average trace transform images are defined the threshold value for finding the shape trace transform which have significance different. Finally, the shape context and Euclidean distance are used for identification. At the same time, their antioxidant activity in vitro, total flavonoids and total phenolic content and determination of two different methods of analysis of the correlation between the results were determined by DPPH and FRAP methods applied.The results demonstrate that different parts of Abelmoschus esculentus L. contain a lot of flavonoids and phenolic acids composition, and that they show a strong free radical scavenging activity and reducing power. Material and Methods: Mice were assigned to three groups: sham-treated control (Sham group); LPS instillation (LPS group); protective application of fasudil and LPS instillation (Fasudil/LPS group) Indexes tested were breathing frequency, histopathological examination, lung injury score, lung wet-to-dry weight ratio, neutrophil percentage in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF), myeloperoxidase activity and ROCK2 mRNA expression in lung homogenate. Results: The permeability pulmonary edema (histopathohgical examination, lung injury score and lung wet-to-dry weight ratio) was ameliorated and the neutrophil infiltration in lungs (neutrophil percentage in BALF, myeloperoxidase activity) was depressed in response to fasudil administration. Expression of ROCK2 mRNA in the lung homogenates of the LPS-treated mice increased approximately 4-fold, however, fasudil did not affect the increase. Patients and Methods: Taken 10 samples of breast cancer patients with typical thick white coating and thick yellow coating and those with thin white coating in control group in clinic respectively. Blood was collected, serums were taken, and protein was extracted. Then protein denaturation, deoxidization and enzymatic hydrolysis were conducted. Lastly the proteins were labeled with iTRAQ and identified with ESI-QTOF-Q II mass spectrometry. Peak graph was obtained and analyzed with Data Analysis, MASCOTT 2.2 Database Searching and Scaffold software. Results: 335 proteins were identified, and Compared with the control group, a total of 11 serum differentially expressed proteins were screened out in white coating group and yellow coating group of mammary cancer; 6 differentially expressed proteins were screened out in white coating group and yellow coating group of mammary cancer. We developed a Snake Bite Diagnosing System based on standard Back Propagation and Resilient Propagation Neural Networks. These systems were capable in differentiating between venomous and non-venomous snakes. The accuracy of both systems were analyzed and compared. The post development comparative studies revealed that the Resilient Propagation technique yielded 83.33%, 90.00% and 90.00% respectively for mean squared error, number of epoch and parameter setting. Whereas the Standard Back Propagation produced 85.00%, 88.30% and 86.87% respectively. High accuracy in both systems enables early identification of type of snake and immediate specific anti-venom can be administered. A total of 48 samples from 3 provinces were amplified using selected 10 primers. The band amplified by each primer ranged from 21 to 44, with the molecular weight between 250 and 5,000 bp. In total 316 bands were observed, 314 were polymorphic (99.37%). Nei's gene diversity (H) ranged from 0.0029 to 0.1994, and Shannon's information index (I) ranged from 0.0478 to 0.1809. Genetic diversity was greater within Ningxia populations (H = 0.1205, I = 0.1861). Unweighted pair-group mean analysis (UPGMA) indicated that clustering of Fusarium oxysporum f . sp. lini individuals mainly relates to their populations and geographic distances separating those populations.
