At the same time, their antioxidant activity in vitro, total flavonoids and total phenolic content and determination of two different methods of analysis of the correlation between the results were determined by DPPH and FRAP methods applied.The results demonstrate that different parts of Abelmoschus esculentus L. contain a lot of flavonoids and phenolic acids composition, and that they show a strong free radical scavenging activity and reducing power.
