摘要

本文测定了沙草不同部位提取物的总黄酮和总酚含量以及不同部位对大孔树脂的富集程度。同时,对其体外抗氧化活性、总黄酮和总酚含量的测定以及两种不同方法之间的相关性进行分析,结果分别采用DPPH和FRAP方法测定。结果表明,沙草不同部位含有丰富的黄酮和酚酸成分,具有较强的自由基清除活性和还原能力。由此可见,起抗氧化作用的主要成分是黄酮类化合物和酚酸类化合物,这说明木耳是一种具有抗氧化潜力的资源。
