A Sequential Patterns Mining based on Improved PrefixSpan (SPMIP) algorithm is proposed on the basic of the defects above. This algorithm can reduce the scale of projected databases and the time of scanning projected databases through adding the pruning step and reducing the scanning of certain specific sequential patterns production. In this way, algorithm efficiency can be raised, and the sequential patterns needed are obtained. By means of questionnaire survey and Analytic Hierarchy Process model, the author performs an empirical analysis of the hierarchy model of influencing factors of online shopping, and gets the relative importance of these influencing factors. The results show that: Security of online transaction, online privacy and prices of products are the three most important factors that are affecting Chinese consumers' online purchasing behaviors. Methods: First, Investigation was executed on 195 hospital nurses on disaster nursing knowledge, second, some professional training was done on them, and last, comparisons before and after the training were given. Results: 32% of the hospital nurses know disaster nursing knowledge before training, and 51.7% of them know it after training; 41.5% of the hospital nurses know disaster nursing operation before training, and 58.9% of them know it after training (P<0.01). Conclusion: Hospital nurses was lack of disaster nursing knowledge, and after training, the situation was improved greatly. A web-based virtual language environment could make up for the lack of real language environment and contributes to the students' oral English development. The web-based classroom teaching would increase the capacity of knowledge, mobilize the enthusiasm of the students and has a positive and important impact on language teaching. The web-based teacher-student interaction could extend the communication from curricular to extra-curricular school, and is conducive to harmonious relations between teachers and students. The second phase evaluation is proceeded through building fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, in which efficacy coefficient method is adopted to determine membership and AHM is adopted to determine weights determined; In order to encourage enterprises to ongoing proceed low-carbon ecological mining construction, the third phase evaluation is proceeded through establishing dynamic comprehensive evaluation model with the features of incentive or punishment. Periodic examination of scans enable the accurate prediction of disease and the extraction of reliable and robust measurement for patients in order to describe the morphological changes in the brain as the recovery progresses. Prior attempts to use medical image processing techniques to extract relevant information from a CT scan has shortcoming due to the low accuracy level in the current methods and algorithms, coding complexity of the developed approaches, impracticability in the real environment, and lack of other enhancements which may make the system more interactive and useful. This research investigates the possibility of diagnosing brain hemorrhage using an image segmentation of CT scan images using watershed method, feeding of the appropriate inputs extracted from the brain CT image to an artificial neural network for classification. Here we aimed to explore whether the covariance existed among the regional gray matter volume with aging. 169 brain magnetic resonance images (MRI) of healthy people (54 males and 115 females, 18 to 92 years) were selected from OASIS database. Firstly, we computed each regional gray matter volume using atlas-based registration method, and then we investigated the correlations with age between any two regions. We found that all 90 gray matter regions in whole brain decreased with age. In 4005 (90*89/2) pairs connections, 54 pairs were significantly (p<0.005) related with age. And in which, 24 pairs belonged to the regular connections between the left and right hemispheres. In other 30 pairs, 9 long-range connections between fronto-occipital, fronto-parietal and temporal-parietal regions were found to be impaired with age. We concluded that brain shrinkage was widespread and showed different rates in different regions. The volume of the frontal gyrus showed the fastest reduction.
