The second phase evaluation is proceeded through building fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, in which efficacy coefficient method is adopted to determine membership and AHM is adopted to determine weights determined; In order to encourage enterprises to ongoing proceed low-carbon ecological mining construction, the third phase evaluation is proceeded through establishing dynamic comprehensive evaluation model with the features of incentive or punishment. Abstract
