Methods: First, Investigation was executed on 195 hospital nurses on disaster nursing knowledge, second, some professional training was done on them, and last, comparisons before and after the training were given. Results: 32% of the hospital nurses know disaster nursing knowledge before training, and 51.7% of them know it after training; 41.5% of the hospital nurses know disaster nursing operation before training, and 58.9% of them know it after training (P<0.01). Conclusion: Hospital nurses was lack of disaster nursing knowledge, and after training, the situation was improved greatly.
