Abstract

IT in education is an inevitable trend in the reform of higher education, and the key to the promotion and application of e-education lies in the teacher. Under the background of IT in education, college teachers' psychological pressure results from subjective and objective aspects, so the teachers can make self-adjustments from the cognition, mood, will and behavior to meet the demand of educating talents.
