Faced with such a complex dynamic environment, organizational identity serves as the starting point for employees' development in the organization and the reference standard for employees' self-positioning in the organization. As society and organization become more turbulent, the relationship between employees and the organization becomes more and more unstable, and employees' desire for a certain working basis becomes more and more intense, each entity needs to know who or what it is, who or what other entities are, and how these entities are related. For the undergraduate students majoring in the Environmental Engineering Specialty (EES), strengthening their capabilities through a suitable curriculum arrangement is necessary. Environmental Engineering and Material Science and Engineering, similar representatives of modern science and technology, have a large overlapped area. Interdisciplinary teaching for the undergraduate students majoring in them is easy and facile to be carried out. In this paper, we report how to foster the undergraduate students majoring in EES using knowledge about material science and engineering, particularly the advanced technology and advanced functional materials such as electrospinning and electrospun nanofibers. Electrospun zein nanofibers are useful materials for removing Pb ion from wastewater, and molecular sieve-loaded polyacrylonitrile nanofibers are highly efficacious in cleaning the volatile organic compound acetone from the atmosphere. These examples about material design, processing and applications can be vivid interdisciplinary teaching materials for promoting the students into professional talents in the fields of environmental engineering. It is between the basic course and the professional course, which has a great influence on the students' further education and employment. Through the questionnaire survey on the students of the art design majors of Tianjin Agricultural University, Nanjing Forestry University and South China Normal University, this paper analyzed the teaching status from four aspects in the hand-drawing course, including teaching purposes, teaching content, teaching methods and results evaluation. It is found that there are three problems in the teaching of hand-drawing course, that are single teaching content, lack of reformation and innovation in teaching methods and imperfect evaluation system of teaching results. This paper proposes that the teaching goal of the hand-drawing course should be changed from pursuing the effect picture to mastering the ability of sketching and quick-drawing. The teaching content should be diversified, and teaching methods of the hand-drawing course should be reformed and innovated. It is necessary that the emphasis of the teaching system converts from a single performance ability to practical design ability, so that the handdrawing course can improve students' design creativity. It uses knowledge of electronics to solve life science problems. To improve the effectiveness of learning, CDIO Education Countermeasures is introduced in Biomedical Electronics Curriculum reform. The theory course content divided into chapters in modules of medical devices. After the theoretical lessons, based on what they have learned, each of the students writes a research report about any kind of wearable devices of physiological signal detection. Combining with theoretical knowledge and reports, student’s concept design a wearable device and implement its hardware and software in groups during experiment courses. The experimental results show that CDIO makes students become the host of learning. The combination of the knowledge target, skill target and attitude target effectively improves students' knowledge, ability and quality. Learning situation questionnaire results show that 81% of students think that writing research report is helpful to learn this course. From the perspective of teaching secretary, this paper analyses the problems existing in the management of archives in secondary colleges, such as the lack of professional archives managers, the lack of archival consciousness of teachers, the imperfection of rules and regulations, the poor software and hardware facilities of archives offices, the lack of centralization and standardization of archives management, and the low utilization rate.
