The article highlights the problem of forming the language personality of a foreign medical education seeker in the context of changes in the world and domestic educational systems. The authors analyze the relevance and appropriateness of using mobile technologies in Ukrainian language classes as a foreign language, taking into account the modern development of society, organizational and technological foundations of studying the subject «Ukrainian as a Foreign Language». Considering the trend of transition of users from the operation of desktop personal computers to more mobile portable devices (tablets, smartphones) and based on the problems of organizing the educational process, the assumption of the effectiveness and relevance of mobile technology in teaching Ukrainian as a foreign language. Based on the analysis of the existing definitions of the term \"mobile learning\" the interpretation was offered, in which mobile devices are the means to achieve didactic objectives. The potential of the use of mobile technologies in education is analysed, as well as the factors that complicate their applications by teachers are given. The domestic experience of using mobile devices for educational purposes is considered. The authors argue that there are many opportunities to transfer information materials to the learner. Options for using mobile learning in Ukrainian as a foreign language classes are shown. The article proposes the use of smartphones when performing practical tasks; target platforms in the study of topics; independent language acquisition; when repeating the material in extracurricular time. A model of using information and digital technologies to evaluate the effectiveness of pedagogical research has been developed, which contains four blocks: purpose, content, organizational and activity, and evaluation and result. The selected components are characterized. In particular, the purpose of the model is to develop the content and technologies for using information and digital technologies to evaluate the effectiveness of pedagogical research; the purpose group, and regulatory documents on which the developed model is based. The following digital tools and platforms are highlighted in the content block: scientometric databases, electronic scientific and educational libraries, altmetric tools, etc. In the organizational and activity block, the following topics are proposed as possible topics for seminars/webinars: evaluating the effectiveness of pedagogical research using statistical modules of scientific digital libraries, Google cloud services, international and domestic scientometric databases, scientific social networks, altmetric and bibliometric systems, and creating an e-portfolio. The evaluation and result block considers project-competition, scientific-publication, scientometric, altmetric, expert and representative scientific criteria and indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of pedagogical research of scholars, research and teaching staff, research institutions, and HEIs. The weight of each criterion can be adjusted by introducing coefficients of significance. Becoming a young specialist is associated with the formation of a professional position - determining a position in the system of relations with colleagues and students. The importance of personal abilities to self-development and self-design, flexibility, openness to the knowledge of the new, the presence of which, as well as individual behavior, characterize the competitiveness of a specialist, especially in the conditions of European integration is also noted. The relevance of the implementation of interactive teaching methods, particularly the storytelling, as a method in the professional training of future pedagogues, is theoretically substantiated. It is determined that the main difference between storytelling is the ease, lack of compelling suggestions; while listening or reading such a story, the audience will draw the necessary conclusion and will remember a lot more information. Submitting educational material in the form of storytelling develops the imagination, logic and enhances students' cultural education. Storytelling can be considered universal because its possibilities are wide and independent of time and place. Possibilities of introducing storytelling into the educational process of higher education institutions in Ukraine are analyzed in the article. The basic features of storytelling are confirmed, which affirm the relevance of the use of this method in working with students. Scientific novelty is to clarify the classification and systematization of the main modern methods of using artificial reverberation, as well as methodological principles of mastering artificial reverberation in the process of training. The purpose of the article is to systematize the main modern methods of using reverberation in sound engineering. To achieve this goal, the following methods were used: system-analytical, art history and comparative-historical. The main results and conclusions of the research. The evolution of digital technologies in the field of sound engineering, the introduction of reverberation algorithms have greatly contributed to the expansion of the use of artificial reverberation in sound engineering. The article briefly describes \"convolutional\" reverberation as one that operates with the most modern reverberation algorithm. Currently, a variety of effective methods of artificial reverberation using has been developed in sound engineering, which can be used to implement various creative tasks. The article describes the methods of using artificial reverberation for sound perspective creating; for back-vocal processing; for delay processing; for \"softening\" the sound of individual parts of musical instruments; for different signals of the same type processing; for solo batch processing using two reverb effects. Some types of artificial reverberation were used at different stages of the music industry development. The current state of software development allows the use of several reverb algorithms simultaneously, making it possible to create original sounds. In the process of mastering of various methods of using artificial reverberation by higher education students, it is best to start their acquaintance with artificial reverberation from the simplest reverberation effects, which can be implemented in \"analog\" effects processor, in which only some parameters vary based on the manufacturer's algorithms. The features of research learning\u0000technology (Inquiry Based Learning) and Go-Lab ecosystem opportunities for research learning are\u0000analyzed. A model of the Go-Lab research cycle with five main stages is described. The structure of\u0000the Go-Lab ecosystem with the components of the Go-Lab portal and the Graasp environment is\u0000presented. The Go-Lab portal contains a list of available virtual laboratories, applications that can\u0000be used to create research learning spaces. The Graasp environment is intended to create and use\u0000research learning spaces (Inquiry Learning Spaces – ILS). The implementation of the proposed\u0000approach is demonstrated on the example of the working of the research learning space \"Ordinary\u0000fractions\". The purpose of the article is to develop methods for diagnosing the formation of\u0000ОНЮМКtТoЧ qЮКlТtв ЦКЧКРОЦОЧt spОМТКlТsts’ managerial and qualitative competence. The criteria for\u0000the diagnostics are: motivational-axiological, cognitive, active. The method developed by us\u0000involves formal and informal types of theoretical and practical training of educational systems\u0000quality specialists. It has been approbated. The quality of the method is statistically confirmed\u0000using the Pearson method and single factor analysis dispersion. In the future, the developed\u0000methodology for diagnostics of managerial and qualitative competence is proposed to be\u0000improved. An overview of the teacher's self-development model in the context of informal education, using information and communication technologies, was made. The analysis of various studies showed that ICT for educational activities has a significant impact and is a Russian lever in providing quality educational content. Mastery of basic principles, skills and abilities with the use of digital tools is currently a priority task for all institutions of general secondary education. Competence with ICT is currently the basis for self-development and self-organization of a teacher in the process of sustainable development of a specialist's personality. But having modern and practical skills in the use of ICT for a teacher is more necessary than a simple desire for improvement. The approach to teaching using ICT tools of teachers of different cycles can be implemented, taking into account the following confirmation: new approaches to teaching, increased flexibility; user orientation, greater autonomy for students; support and use of new technologies; strengthening network connections between institutions and partnerships between interested parties in the field of education (stakeholders); improved access allows those with fewer resources to only advance in knowledge. Separate components of the teacher's self-development: internal and external. The first group approves work on oneself, acceptance and manifestation of oneself in the world. The second is a balanced deep work with him, which is his own personality. Ivankova","doi":"10.28925/2414-0325.2022.123","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.28925/2414-0325.2022.123","url":null,"abstract":"The rapid development of innovative methods of learning, which are based on the widespread usage of information and communication technologies, forms the conditions for the transformation of the system of higher medical education. The emergence of cloud services in the IT services market has opened up new opportunities for the development of higher education institutions' (HEI) infrastructure. The quarantine crisis has made medical university faculty to begin restructuring the infrastructure of higher education institution in the direction of implementing the latest technologies of learning. During the COVID-19 quarantine period, medical universities started using Microsoft and Google cloud services extensively to provide distance learning to medical and pharmacy students. At the stage of adapting these services to the organization of the learning process, the problem was that there were no developed models of cloud-oriented learning environments for medical HEIs, which take into account the specifics of teaching subjects at medical faculties. In developing the component model, we applied methods of system analysis and approaches to describing the departments of the university from the perspective of an invariant model of the organizational system. This model allows scaling the technology of forming a hybrid cloud-oriented environment to all departments of the university. The component model of cloud-oriented educational environment was based on the model of the pedagogical system, which consists of the target, teaching, methodological, student, content and technological components. During the analysis of organization of medical education system of the university by method of stratification four main system levels were identified: І- strategic planning and organization of studies at the university; ІI- tactical planning and organization of medical education according to specialties; ІІI- planning and organization of educational process for students at 62 departments of the university; IV - modeling of partner interaction in the process of study on the basis of subject-subject relations of the teacher, technical staff of university departments and the student. The pedagogical system model was integrated with the hierarchical structural model of the medical university departments. Implementation of the developed model, in the shortest possible time, made it possible to optimally build the projection of the ground structure by means of MSO365 cloud services to the virtual cloud-oriented learning environment of the medical university and provide distance learning. The developed structure was implemented in the educational process of Zaporizhzhia State Medical University (ZSMU) during the period of COVID – 19 quarantine. The main and additional requirements for an\u0000information resource about rare species of animals which take into\u0000account disadvantages of existing information resources are formulated.\u0000The main stages of the information system development process are\u0000considered. The project was implemented by means of Python\u0000programming language, Django framework, Adobe Photoshop graphics\u0000editor. The structure of the MySQL database for the informational system\u0000and the description of the fields of its main tables were given. The chart\u0000of precedents concerning the roles typical for the Little Zoo system, the\u0000chart of cooperation for adding an article into the system database, the\u0000chart of the sequences in the system, the chart of conditions of search\u0000are presented. Thanks to the resource users will be able to search for a\u0000rare species of animals according to one or more characteristics. The\u0000system also provides students with the possibility of learning materials\u0000by sorting articles about animals in the required order. The description of\u0000the functional of the information system is presented. The system allows\u0000the registered users to add own articles, to expand the resource’s\u0000database.
