A sample of eleven libraries was formed, the selection criteria for which were the following indicators: The Universality of the acquisition of the fund; the presence in the structure of information resources of collections of rare, handwritten and old printed publications; participation in the network of library institutions located on campuses (libraries), library funds are completed with documents of a narrow-specialized direction. The practical problems of creating Information and library resources on education and pedagogy are highlighted; the defining components of the content and composition of the sites of these libraries are described. The Directions of formation of resources of the researched segment of libraries of universities with single - circuit and double – circuit structure are revealed and generalized. In universities of the first type, libraries perform the functions of the central and peripheral library structure, as a rule, information and library resources on pedagogy and education are exported from OPAC (Online public access Catalog) and KVK (Karlsruher Virtuelle Katalog). In universities with a two-circuit structure of libraries, the site presents resources for educational and pedagogical purposes, in library departments, resources of specialized direction are reflected. The qualitative characteristics of the portals of educational and pedagogical issues, placed on the basis of the DBIS information System, are given. features of the formed information resources on the basis of various information sources, according to needs of users, minimizing information overload by optional («superfluous») information flows are revealed. Hrevtseva","doi":"10.28925/2414-0325.2021.103","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.28925/2414-0325.2021.103","url":null,"abstract":"Today, in the conditions of a pandemic, due to quarantine restrictions, educational institutions are forced to develop a new system of work of both the institution in general and the teaching staff in particular. There is a need to build a new system of teamwork. The article outlines research on teamwork. Definitions of \"team\" and \"working group\" are given. The effectiveness of team interaction is marked by the cohesion of the team in achieving the goal, the team shares the overall responsibility for the work of the team. With effective interaction, team members achieve higher results together than they could achieve on their own. A model is presented, which defines basic team competencies, which consist of five sectors: relations and communications; teaching; purpose and motivation; internal processes; external processes and environment. On the basis of the specified model features of formation of basic components of a team at a remote form of work are defined. The article identifies barriers that arise during remote work in a team, namely: reducing the level of productive conflict, hiding mistakes, psychological danger, incomprehensibility of teachers of the overall goal, insecurity of colleagues, uncertainty about the importance of their work and the value of their contribution to the overall case. The factors that help the team stay effective and balanced are identified. One of the main factors and an indicator of team success is psychological security, which determines the level of protection of the psyche of the teacher, their ability to maintain optimal functioning, eliminate external and internal threats and provides an opportunity to effectively perform professional activities. Recommendations were given to the head of the educational institution to improve team interaction during the team's transition to distance work. The technologies that are recommended for remote teamwork are described. Recommendations for pedagogical workers on establishing effective team interaction in the conditions of remote work are presented. Qualification assessment for Foreign Languages major programs in particular is a strict regimen process that involves different stages (oral and written exams, final project viva, internal and external review). Factors of societal change, that provide the backdrop for skillset critical transformation, crucial for the COVID-19 emergency educational framework are considered. The study premise is based on identification of various competency principles, derivative of 21st century skills for university staff members and projected digital literacy requirements. A correspondence between 21st century skills framework, Competences 2020 framework and the newly devised Global Skills framework has been devised. The study objective is to critically review the applied case and best practices of Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University Digital Final Qualification Assessment for students of European (French, Italian, Spanish, English, German) and Oriental (Mandarin Chinese, Japanese) Languages major programs, employed in the year 2020 due to quarantine measures. The survey and analysis of different ICT tools is used to translate real life qualification assessment practices into online blended format. The investigation also seeks to identify various groups of applied digital skills and collaboration skills, utilized through qualification assessment process by all parties (students, faculty and referees). It is determined how in the situation of the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown all elements of the Final Qualification Assessment at Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University for European and Oriental Languages programs have been relegated to the digital, remote or blended format with the use of ICT tools. The qualification assessment regimen for foreign languages major programs was adapted to digital format as a framework (a legal procedure that results in the degree confirmation of a student), the string of consecutive communicative activities according to the legal procedure, the \"ritual\" scenario. Isolation turned out to be a big challenge for both teachers and students. This is explained primarily by a lack of theoretical knowledge and practical experience in providing distance learning. According to the EU recommendations, the education institution will work effectively if it provides the best use of digital technology for teaching and learning and develops teachers' and students' digital competences and skills. Educational technology tools include content management systems, language learning apps, podcasts, and electronic discussion boards. The features of free, open-source, cross-platform audio software Audacity are described in the study. The paper analyzes how a university teacher can record, edit and export in MP3 format the language learning podcast through Audacity. To answer this question, we created 5 bilingual grammar podcasts based on the audio platform. The designed podcasts can be used as learning activities outside the class with the university students. The obtained results showed that even a beginner in the sphere of ICT can design a good-quality foreign language podcast. The difference between the scores in pre and post-test results suggest that self-designed podcasts can be used in teaching EFL to improve grammar skills. This study emphasizes the need for implementing ICT tools in the educational process to improve the quality of teaching and learning and to share the gained experience with the colleagues. It is noted that movements are just as necessary for the normal growth and development of a child as good nutrition. Physical exercise does not only develop and strengthen a child’s body, prevents various diseases, but also is one of the effective means of treating and restoring a child's strength after illness. Based on the analysis of modern scientific and methodological literature, it is found that a considerable part of the studies in the field of physical education is devoted to the creation of recommendations for physical exercises of schoolchildren and other segments of the population on the basis of computer technologies, control systems, assessment and accumulation of information on the physical fitness level and health status. It is established that the use of multimedia technology in the process of carrying out physical and health measures in the institution of preschool education helps to optimize the motor activity of preschool children. The specifics of the multimedia presentations usage in work with preschool children are characterized. It is noted that multimedia technologies allow solving the problem of finding and storing information, planning, controlling and managing physical education, diagnostics of health status and of children’s physical fitness level. The author notes that the presentation can also be used to explain to children the rules of sports games, tactical actions of players, vividly present historical events, biographies of athletes. It is noted that the creation of flash presentations and videos with complexes of developmental exercises is appropriate to use during the morning gymnastics. The use of multimedia educational tools allows to visualize clearly the spatial characteristics of movements, to calculate with high accuracy the kinematic parameters of the motor actions performing technique in the playing activities, which is of particular importance in the development of children’s spatial orientation. It is noted that the priority area in the work of each pre-school educational establishment is to improve the quality of education through the use of innovative technologies in physical education classes, in particular optimization of physical activity. Prospects for the development of robotics and 3D technologies in terms of Industry 4.0 concept formation are considered to solve the research objectives. The analysis of the robotics and 3D technology global trends has shown that these industries are currently dynamically developing and are already being used in many areas of human activity. This leads to the conclusion that there is a need to train relevant specialists, which in turn leads to the need to update the content of school and university education in accordance with the current requirements. Therefore, the question of implementation of the robotics and 3D technologies into the learning process of secondary and higher education institutions as an indispensable component of future specialists training in the field of high technologies is of particular importance. The paper provides examples of integration of 3D technologies and robotics in science and technology. The ways of using robotics and 3D technologies in the learning process, in particular through project activities, are outlined. Robotics and 3D technologies are popular and effective methods for the study of important fields of science, design and based on the active use of modern technologies in production, ICT and high intellectual level of professionals who will work in an innovative economy. The study examines the use of 3D technologies and robotics in the implementation of a research training STEM project. The use of project activities contributes to the development of students' teamwork skills, the development of independent search and creative activity, the formation of cross-curricular competences. Given that the training of future information security professionals is relatively new (since it was launched in Ukraine only in 1997 in accordance with the law of Ukraine No. 537-V) and the most dynamic in its activity, the relevance of the development of information security training system is even more relevant. That is why, in this article, we considered how the training of future information security specialists is carried out in institutions of higher education of leading countries in the world. In particular, we have considered countries such as the United States of America, the German Federal Republic, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the French Republic, the Republic of Austria and the Republic of Poland. Basically, in this article we have identified the directions in which future information security specialists are trained in the leading countries of the world, reviewed and analyzed educational programs for the training of information security specialists and disciplines related to professional disciplines. Prompt digitalization predetermined the situation when learning is conducted spontaneously and informally. In today's realities educational process has to transform quickly and support gaining digital competence by all the participants. It is essential to follow the rules of secure and effective interaction with digital content, form media culture and media information literacy. To overcome challenges that appear in digital era it is necessary to provide high quality preparation of future teachers, that is why our aim was to research and analyze peculiarities of educational process of higher educational institutions of countries which have got significant gains in the field of creation and dissemination of the most modern IT technologies. The article analyzes the educational process of preparation of future elementary school teachers in East Asian countries, namely: South Korea, Japan, China (describes the levels of preparation in the higher education institution (HEI), specifies the peculiarities of the educational program and lists the educational goals that a future elementary teacher should achieve). It provides information on a study initiated and conducted by theThe Republic of Korean Research Foundation and outlines basic ideas for SMART education in understanding South Korean counterparts. Found out how future primary school teachers inThe Republic of Korea are trained in six core subjects with a combination of digital literacy to be taught in junior high. The vector of Japan's higher education reform is presented, which aims at developing conceptually new approaches to the organization of the educational space with a combination of classical pedagogy and IT, as well as information on the certification features of future and current teachers. The article focuses on educational innovations (interaction between IT and education), outlined by President Xi Jinping. Zhytienova","doi":"10.28925/2414-0325.2019.7.13","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.28925/2414-0325.2019.7.13","url":null,"abstract":"The article highlights the components of the future teacher of natural and mathematical subjects' readiness for the use of visualization technologies in the educational process of the secondary school (motivational-value, cognitive, operational-activity, practical-activity, reflexive-evaluation). According to the components outlined, criteria are set and indicators through which the relevant criteria are reflected. Indicators of motivational value criterion include the desire to: realize the importance of using visualization technologies in the educational process; overcoming difficulties and volitional efforts in the process of introducing visualization technologies in the educational process; interest in acquiring knowledge, skills and skills in mastering new tools of visualization technologies and mastering new forms of learning using these technologies; display of creativity in solving professional problems. The cognitive criterion is represented by indicators of knowledge: psychological and age characteristics of pupils' perception of visual materials; didactic potential of imaging technologies; methods and rules of structuring, compaction and principles of distribution of educational material; the basics of design (rules and techniques of composition and color); classification of online visualization tools for use in the learning process; the system of requirements that the visualization used in the educational process must meet. The indicators of the operational-instrumental criterion include the following skills: effective presentation of educational material by creating cognitive visual anchors and visual metaphors; store received and processed visual information in an appropriate form; to transmit information for collective use in a clear visual way and in different visual formats; create your own visuals; apply a system of requirements for the creation of visual content; possess a wide range of tools. The practical-activity criterion is represented by the ability to: use visualization technologies in the process of lesson design, to adapt the ready didactic visual aids to the content and purpose of the lesson, the contingent of students; create objective tasks on ready-made visual materials, etc .; to justify the pedagogical expediency of using visualization technologies in the lesson; organize educational, research, reflexive and other activities of students with their use; to provide students with assistance appropriate to their needs.
