Microlearning has a variety of advantages including that this approach is more student-oriented, aimed at increasing the level of mastering knowledge, requires less time spent by students for learning, gives a possibility to study at any time and anywhere using own devices, increases motivation etc. The article deals with methodological aspects of creating educational video materials taking into account psychological peculiarities and learning habits of modern students. Video materials belong to the most powerful tools in educational process as they provide students with the possibility of simultaneous perception of auditory and visual information. Video materials must be strictly structured and involve students into learning process, in particular they could be included into different sources of electronic learning courses (ELC). There are different types of videos that are used in ELC such as introductory video, video lectures, video tutorials, additional video materials, interactive video. In spite of content variety all video materials undergo the same procedure of creation including dividing material into logically finished parts, notions definition, writing content questions, components structuring etc. Recording of a video must be a thoroughly planned process to ensure high quality of outcoming product. The article also deals with peculiarities of webinars as one of the possibilities of using video materials in educational process of higher educational institutions. Different types of webinars are analysed including tutorial webinar, lecture webinar, practical webinar. Modernization of\u0000all spheres of modern life results in changes in the educational\u0000environment. The integration of information technologies into the\u0000formation of the digital competence of future teachers at the lessons of\u0000the linguistic and literary direction is due to the problem of losing the\u0000interest of schoolchildren in the book and reading in general. Therefore,\u0000it is quite logical to use close to modern children new technologies, since\u0000the student of the XXI century needs not only the updating of technical\u0000support, but also teaching methods. Thus, a modern teacher of the\u0000primary school in the context of the formation of digital competence\u0000must have the full range of available innovative instruments. Baziuk","doi":"10.28925/2414-0325.2019s18","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.28925/2414-0325.2019s18","url":null,"abstract":"Augmented reality (AR) gives the ability to visualize an object (atoms and molecules, their interference, circuits of the devices, technological processes, etc.) as much as possible, meaning to convert a 2D image to 3D, as well as “make it alive”. The objective of the work is development of a mobile application designed for reproduction of study material in natural sciences using Augmented Reality. The main task is the selection and creation of 3D-study demonstration material and video data of practical works and laboratory experiments, according to the current programs in physics, chemistry, biology for secondary education establishments, which can be used by the teacher and pupils to prepare an effective performance. Two methods of augmented reality implementation were combined for maximal visualization of the study material. The first one is using 3D-images, which made the 2D-images of handbooks “alive”, converting them into 3D, with animation ability; the second one is reproduction of the developed video material on mobile devices by “connecting” them with individual markers for any practical or laboratory work. A mobile application for reproduction of video data in natural sciences provides the pupil with an ability to find out about the safety regulations before the work performance, chemicals and equipment, necessary for its performance and with the course of work in video. Pictures of laboratory work elements were chosen for the mobile app; they were created on “Vuforia” platform, realized in software as augmented reality objects with a multiplatform instrument for development of two- and three-dimensional applications, named “Unity 3D”. It is emphasized\u0000the importance of studying the problems of human relations and the\u0000mountain environment of the Carpathians, geopsychic and\u0000geoethnological features of mountain inhabitants in the context of the\u0000formation of an innovative educational environment in a higher\u0000educational institution. Author highlights the leading role of V. Stefanyk\u0000Precarpathian National University in providing specialists in practically all\u0000pedagogical specialties for mountain institutions of Ivano-Frankivsk\u0000region. Various innovative methods, aimed at training socio-psychological\u0000and professional readiness of prospective teachers in distant and hardto-\u0000reach mountain areas, are approved here. The study outlines a\u0000number of both negative and positive specific factors that affect the\u0000educational process in mountainous regions. The innovative experience\u0000of the first and only integrated project in Ukraine, aimed at studying the\u0000influence of the mountain environment on the student’s development,\u0000training and education, is analyzed. The international scientific project\u0000\"Mountain School of the Ukrainian Carpathians\" has become an effective\u0000factor in combining science and practice in a globalized world. It drew\u0000attention not only to researchers in Ukraine, but also to scholars in the\u0000United States and a number of European countries. Creative educational\u0000laboratory contribution of the International project \"Mountain School of\u0000the Ukrainian Carpathians\" is highlighted in the development and\u0000popularization of innovative methods of training and retraining of\u0000pedagogical staff for the Carpathian region. The importance of\u0000educational, cognitive, scientific, research and practical correlation in prospective teachers training is substantiated. Issues of the university\u0000teaching staff scientific works on the formation of innovative potential\u0000and innovative thinking of modern pedagogue, his/her professional\u0000mobility and professional culture are outlined. In the didactic process, learning and\u0000forgetting processes play an important role. The learning time, the\u0000number of repetitions and their distribution over time are important.\u0000These issues can be analyzed using a deterministic description. The flow\u0000of information and the learning process can be described thanks to the\u0000educational environment developed by the author, enabling the creation\u0000of a model of the didactic process described by differential equations. The\u0000differential equations can be represented in the form of a network of\u0000connected elements in a similar way to the electrical circuits and\u0000represented in the form of an intuitive schematic. The network can be\u0000simulated using a microsystem simulator. The use of the microsystems\u0000simulator enables simulation of the didactic process in time and\u0000prediction of effects also after its completion in the long-term. It also\u0000enables prediction of the repetitions also during the didactic process. The\u0000presented approach enables the easy creation of the macro models and\u0000enables the use of many advanced simulation algorithms. The examples\u0000of simulations of the didactic process based on the real data are included.\u0000Short and long-term simulations for individual students and groups of\u0000students are presented. An example of the prediction of the optimal\u0000repetitions is shown. Based on the results, appropriate conclusions were\u0000drawn. The issues discussed in the work may be of interest to those\u0000involved in the analysis and mathematical description of the didactic\u0000process. The\u0000attention is concentrated on the importance of forming information and\u0000digital competence for all educational process participants, which\u0000contributes to improving the level of performance of their professional\u0000and social activities. It is established that an effective and dynamic\u0000informational and educational environment is necessary for the\u0000implementation of different forms of study in a modern educational\u0000institution. Based on this, a problem of providing educational and\u0000scientific space with the necessary resources is actual and important. The\u0000possibilities of organizing informational and educational environment of\u0000an educational institution based on cloud-oriented technologies are\u0000considered. The examples of their application in different directions of\u0000educational institution activity are given. One way of solving problem of\u0000forming the informational and educational space is proposed, that is\u0000developing digital education resources and their implementation in\u0000educational process. The experience of the Faculty of Mathematics and\u0000Computer Science of Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University is\u0000described in the example of implementation of G Suite for Education that\u0000is a suite of tools designed to empower educators and students. G Suite\u0000for Education provides wide opportunities for innovation in organizing the\u0000educational process, in general, and in creating digital educational\u0000resources, in particular. It is noted that the involvement in the process of\u0000development and testing of digital educational resources during the study\u0000gives students an opportunity to feel themselves as active players of\u0000educational activity and to be responsible for the result of this activity.\u0000The digital educational resources developed by teachers and students\u0000during the study (implementation of project, credit, exam, course and master's papers), as well as during scientific and pedagogical researches,\u0000which have been approbated and implemented in the educational\u0000process, are considered. Semenov","doi":"10.28925/2414-0325.2019s13","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.28925/2414-0325.2019s13","url":null,"abstract":"The article considers the possibility of using social networks in the process of learning, identifies the advantages and disadvantages of their application in the educational process, analyzes the real state of student registration in social networks, the frequency of their communication with social networking means, determines the number of social networks in which students are registered, priority devices for work with social services, popularity of social networks among students of the Vinnitsa State Pedagogical University named after Mikhail Kotsyubinsky, and also, the proportion of students using social networking with the educational purpose whom teachers offered to use social networks to support the learning process and the proportion of students who are proposing to introduce social networks into the learning process has been established. The analysis of the obtained data makes it possible to determine the level of activity of students and teachers in the issue of the introduction of social networks and mobile devices in the process of knowledge acquisition and skills development by modern applicants of higher education, and also indicates the level of youth activity in the issue of reforming educational technologies, the introduction of modern methods of organizing the educational process and his support. The results of the study underline the active attitude of young people to the reform of higher education, but prove that the students themselves are not always willing to actively engage in educational initiatives, some of them prefer passive communication and photo viewing. Based on the data obtained from the questionnaire, it can be concluded that social networks are not used for educational purposes systematically. Students, for the most part, consider social networks as an opportunity to seek information, that is, as a peculiar search engine. Modern educators appreciate this type of education and place great hopes on it. It should be noted that e-learning is one of the most effective in training students in various fields and areas of education around the world. Famous teachers call e-learning as leading link in the 21st century. However, taking into account all the benefits of this type of training, it should be noted that electronic assessment is a challenge for the teacher, since it is difficult to assess the work that the teacher does not observe clearly. There is no guarantee that the student independently did this or that type of work, honestly fulfilled the task and understood the material provided. In the article a detailed analysis of the notion and process of evaluation of the student's level of education is made in general, and the solution of the problem of evaluation in electronic mode is proposed through the so-called formative assessment. The formative (internal) assessment is aimed at identifying the individual achievements of each student and does not imply either a comparison of the results demonstrated by different students and administrative interventions based on learning outcomes. The comparison of the evaluation process from the traditional to the formative has been made. A number of resources are proposed that will help to introduce a system of formative assessment in an electronic training course. The article also presents the tables that are used when introducing a formative assessment in an electronic training course.
