Fedorenko
The authors lighted out German practice of social work with refugees and the role of ITC during this process. In the article the role of different international organizations such as UNESCO, United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Refugees, International Red Cross Committee, European Council on Refugees and Exiles, International Organization for Migration, etc. was pointed out. These organizations develop and approve international standards of work with refugees, as well as propose modern approaches to solving problems with this category of the world community. The authors identified the main forms and trends of social work with refugees in Germany. They also highlighted the characteristic features in the work of German universities during the training of future social educators to work with migrants and the development of their competencies (namely, ICT competencies). In this article, the authors concluded that the process of training social educators to work with different groups of clients (including work with refugees) in Germany is multilevel. The principles of offensiveness, consistency, persistence in the implementation of content and technology of education are the main ones in the training of future social workers. Other features of the training process for social educators in Germany are also the practical use of an interdisciplinary approach and close cooperation with various state and non-state social organizations. The authors emphasized also that considerable attention during the professional training of future social pedagogues is paid to scientific and practical aspects of their training to work with refugees and immigrants. The formation of ICT competence and mastery of technologies of social "intervention" in the life and situation of the studied category of clients plays the great role for social educators in the preparing for their future profession. In the article is also stated that one of the main requirements for a social educator working with refugees is the ability to use in practice the acquired knowledge and skills to get the best results.

The main didactic conditions for the introduction of information and communication technologies in the inclusive educational process are the use of various educational approaches taking into account the individual characteristics of students, their temperament, ability to learn materials and the availability of logistics. Based on the study of advanced pedagogical experience and generalization of scientific and pedagogical works the basic actual ICT, for the organization of educational process in the inclusive environment are allocated. The use of ICT as a means of supporting inclusive education for compensatory, communication and didactic purposes is described. The main types of ICT that should be used as a means of supporting inclusive education are revealed. An overview of modern ICT tools that should be used in an inclusive environment for didactic purposes and describes their functionality as specially designed software for educational purposes. The focus is on distance education of children with special educational needs, interactive educational environment - "Virtual Classroom", a free project of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine "All-Ukrainian School Online" and All-Ukrainian Free School Educational Network "Diary.ua". It is established that the introduction of ICT in an inclusive educational environment as a didactic tool diversifies and expands the range of traditional tools and resources, provides children with special educational needs to have free access to quality education, social adaptation and confidence, especially in the pandemic era. and quarantine restrictions. It is indicated that a promising direction to continue research on the outlined problem is the creation and adaptation of software and methodological complexes of distance learning for people with disabilities.

Starosta
The article updates the problems of student-centered learning, which is the core of modern higher education. The specificity arises during the implementation of student-centered distance learning in the complicated conditions of the global Covid-19 pandemic (2020-2021) and martial law in Ukraine (2022). The author included 1071, 443, and 834 university students in the anonymous online survey in 2020, 2021, and 2022, respectively. The computer program IBM SPSS Statistics 23 was used to process the results of the student survey. The obtained results indicate that the following means of distance learning were most widespread at the university at the beginning of the pandemic (listed in order of decreasing number of used educational disciplines, 2020): Moodle, Email, messengers. Google Meet, Google Classroom, Zoom are gaining priority as distance learning tools for students in 2021, 2022. The majority of students (about 70%) easily register in the Moodle system, but about 20% experience minor and about 10% significant difficulties. Some students express dissatisfaction with the quality of Internet connection (about 25-29%), their own technical support (about 17-20%), psychological comfort (about 22-27%). The calculation of the t-test indicates the absence of a statistically significant difference (p≤0.05) for independent samples of neighboring years during distance learning according to the following characteristics: ease/difficulty of registering students in Moodle (2020-2021, 2021-2022), psychological comfort (2020-2021), satisfaction with the quality of Internet connection (2020-2021, 2021-2022) and the quality of own technical support (2021-2022); in other cases of comparison, a statistically significant difference is observed. We used computer-oriented re-testing in Moodle, taking into account the complicated conditions of distance learning in Ukraine (2020-2022). This approach helps to improve the learning results of bachelor and master students by almost 16% and 13-17% for training, as well as by 4% and 3-20% for modular testing, respectively. We believe that the positive results of re-testing in Moodle should be taken into account and disseminated in the practice of higher education.

Kolmakova
The concept of "sensor" in the system of physical experiment at school is\u0000considered in the article. The possibility of using sensors in physics\u0000lessons is substantiated: transformation of an input signal into an output\u0000is accompanied by transformation of one type of energy into another\u0000(according to the law of conservation of energy), and the functioning of\u0000the sensors are based on physical phenomena (physical effects or\u0000principles), which are described by the relevant physical laws. The article\u0000deals with the methodical aspects of using the Google Science Journal\u0000mobile application in physics lessons. This application allows you to use\u0000the sensors of your mobile device for a physical experiment. As an\u0000example we consider the frontal laboratory work "Determination of the\u0000period of oscillation of the mathematical pendulum". The method of its\u0000carrying out is offered in two approaches: the first one involves the\u0000traditional technique of conducting the experiment, and the second\u0000approach is using the mobile application Google Science Journal. The\u0000article shows that the use of smartphone sensors in physics lessons has\u0000perspectives in the context of STEM education. Thus, the use of the\u0000considered application is of current importance and requires further\u0000scientific and methodological research on its use in the high school\u0000physical experimentation system. The Science Journal mobile application\u0000can be used to connect external sensors, which will have a positive\u0000impact on the introduction of STEM education, and to use Arduino in the\u0000demonstration of physical experiments by a physics teacher. Connecting\u0000sensors using an Arduino microcontroller is particularly promising in\u0000creative lab work on physics.
