The quality of training of future physical\u0000education teachers in higher educational institutions is a system-integral\u0000unity of its procedural and productive characteristics, which is\u0000characterized by professional and personal development of future\u0000specialists who are competitive and able to understand the valuesemantic\u0000context of educational activity, increase creative potential, find\u0000non-standard solutions for vocational and educational tasks as well as\u0000capable of vocational self-determination and self-realization. The article\u0000deals with the description of teaching methods: contextual, gaming,\u0000problem-based, modular, full knowledge acquisition and distance\u0000learning. Teachers have been using more frequently active and\u0000interactive methods like case-methods, brainstorming, and training as\u0000the forms of educational work. Students regularly perform practical and\u0000creative tasks; a large number of seminars are held in the form of\u0000discussions, business games and master classes. The organizational and pedagogical conditions for this process are considered. In the article it is focused on a need to create a holistic system of knowledge, skills and abilities for the use of Google services by future primary school teachers in teaching English to junior pupils. It is determined that the purpose of teaching English in primary school is the formation of foreign language communicative competence, provided by language, speech and socio-cultural experience, consistent with the psycho-physiological and individual characteristics of younger students. The task of a foreign language primary school teacher is to develop lexical, grammatical and phonetic skills, as well as skills in four types of speaking activities: listening, speaking, reading and writing. The advantages in the use of cloud technologies in education as a kind of information and communication technologies are determined and theoretically substantiated. It is found out the possibilities and prospects of using cloud services from Google in teaching English to young students. In particular, we researched the following Google services: Google Presentation, YouTube, Hangouts, Gmail, Google Drive, etc. It is also determined that the effectiveness of the educational process can be improved by using them in English language teaching in primary school. The effectiveness of using Google services in teaching English is depicted in the ability of the primary school foreign language teacher to create a learning environment in English lessons, where the pupils can do a variety of learning tasks in grammar, vocabulary and phonetics, as well as develop their skills in four speech activities (listening, speaking, reading and writing). It is proved, that one of the tasks of professional training in pedagogical higher education institution should be the actualization of conscious mastery of information technology, intensification of pedagogical self-organization, self-improvement of knowledge in this field - forming the readiness of primary school teachers to use Google services in their English language teaching. The areas of digital competences’ application at the Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University are the main activities of lecturers, such as: educational activities, scientific research, professional communication and cooperation; digital self-management. The corporate standard defines five levels of digital competence: Analyst-Researcher (A), which is mandatory; Integrator (B1); Expert (B2) - sufficient level; Leader (C1); Innovator (C2) - high level. The descriptors of the Corporate Standard presented in the article detail the skills of university lecturers in accordance with the levels of digital competence and areas of its application. The level of digital competence of the lecturer is determined in the university e-learning system as a result of passing an adaptive practice-oriented test, they study multilevel mini-courses step by step with the ability to build a personal trajectory of professional development and marking in the personal office to achieve the appropriate level. Increasing the level of digital competence will contribute to professional, expert growth in general. The development of future software engineers’professional competencies in the contextof a modern university has the following contradictions: insufficient consideration ofdemadsof the specialization according to which training ofmasters in specialties 121 \"Computer Sciences\" and 122 \"Software Engineering\" is conducted, in thecontent of academicdisciplines; implementationofonly a general development function in the process of teaching these disciplines is carried out, while improving the skills of designing and developing software products in the training of future IT specialists remains a secondary task; the motivation for the research and creative activity of students undergoing training within the framework of the Master's program is not clearly identified. The article is devoted to the design of an educational Web resource for the study of the platform for Arduino's amateur constructing as a computer tool for the professional competence formation of 121 \"Computer Sciences\", 122 \"Software Engineering\" specialties students. The modeling of this web-resource is focused on systematization of knowledge and development of practical design skills in the Arduino hardwarecomputing platform in the study of \"Quality Management of Electronic Educational Resources\" and \"Information Technology Management\" Master’s courses. In the process of course design, students determine the purpose and objectives of learning through electronic educational resources, analyze existing analogues of Arduino study sites, identify major requirements groups, design information architecture, present a chart of precedents for roles specific to an educational website. Based on this, the expediency of using serious games for the major 029 “Information, library and archival affairs” training as an element of value-oriented education is being substantiated. Examples of serious games are described, which have meaningful potential for training modern library and archive professionals. Games are classified according to hard and soft skills. It is shown that the educational principles of soft games correspond to the strategy of educational programs of the professional library and information sphere of the International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions. It has been found that the existing array of video games refers to the profession cursorily and is oriented towards universal values. Therefore, the relevant competencies' identification that are formed in players and the correspondence tables creation with learning outcomes determined by the standard of education in the specialty is a subjective and multi-interpretive process. Also shown that introducing serious games destroys the formalized relational system of competence education, creating a transition to value-oriented education. And so it changes the established picture of pedagogical education. The experience of implementing serious games into the educational process, because of the International project “GameHub: cooperation between universities and enterprises in the game industry in Ukraine” impact, was analyzed. According to the results of the survey of teachers and students of the department, obstacles that arise in introducing serious games into teaching educational disciplines were revealed. Listening comprehension is considered to be one of the most important and challenging skills for both EFL instructors and university students. The lack of experimental research on applying digital resources for developing listening comprehension skills with university students makes the issue relevant. In this paper, the researchers reviewed the latest publications on the approaches to teaching listening comprehension to first-year university students. The review of the literature indicated that teaching listening comprehension can significantly benefit from utilizing digital technology. The present paper considers a three-phase renewed approach to listening comprehension. A study was carried out with Randall’s ESL cyber listening lab materials that the authors used to develop listening comprehension skills. The content and principles of Internet resources contribute to reaching learning outcomes defines in the EFL curriculum. The article attempts to summarize the practical experience in conducting EFL classes based on Internet listening lab materials and to develop guidelines for using listening comprehension resources in EFL classrooms. Based on the findings of the study, we can conclude that most participants (75%) have a positive attitude towards using Internet resources in EFL classrooms. The majority of students consider that Randall’s ESL cyber listening lab materials can assist in improving listening skills and acquiring new vocabulary. Several recommendations have emerged from the study based on the findings. In contemporary reality higher educational institutions are in a competition with each other and use different means to attract school graduates, investments and to find local and foreign partners. It was stiffer competition that has led to forming the notion of a university public image. Public image is an invaluable asset of universities which defines together with other components competitiveness and is a key factor in a university adaptation to external conditions, promotion in global educational environment. To become successful a university has to uphold the external reputation, implement the policy of transparency and availability. The article describes the main components of forming positive public image of universities, identifies peculiarities of an internet portal as one of the components of forming public image for boosting the position in international ranking including Webometrics Ranking of World Universities. The comparative analysis of main webometrics indicators of Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University in February 2019 and in July 2019 was conducted. The results of monitoring the official portal of Grinchenko University carried out with the help of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google My Business, Majestic SEO were described. To increase webometrics indicators a survey on modernization of Grinchenko University portal was conducted. The results of the survey of students and academic staff on design, structure, navigation, the portal usage frequency, usability on different devices were analyzed and considered for further modernization. The visualization of the survey results was provided with the help of instrument for business analytics Power BI which has got such advantage as design of interactive reports with key indicators of activity. Based on the analysis of scientific works by foreign and national scientists, the main characteristics of the informational educational environment were determined: openness, possibility of expansion, scalability, integration, adaptability, and their definitions were provided; the functions of the informational educational environment are defined: information, interactive, communication, coordinating, developmental, occupational. The scientific and pedagogical directions of formation of information educational environment are characterized: organizational, methodical, technical, resource, explanation of these principles is given. The structure and possibilities of using the educational environment are described on the example of the portal of the Chair of Innovative and Information Technologies in Education. Programming for embedded systems is considered a separate area. Embedded-developer is engaged in the development, maintenance, testing of software and hardware. The article considers issues related to the peculiarities of practical training and the formation of professional skills in programming embedded-systems by students studying in the field of knowledge 12 Information Technology, 17 Electronics and Telecommunications software and hardware complex \"Arduino Learner Kit\" based on the platform Arduino Nano. The software-hardware system \"Arduino Learner Kit\" is intended for experiments on the control of LEDs, generation of color and adjustment of the brightness of RGB LED, creation of a tone signal, processing of events of clock buttons, reading of data from the potentiometer, DHT11 sensor, LM35 sensor, seven-segment display, LED dot matrix indicator, LCD-indicator, Arduino port sealing by shift register 74HC595, data exchange via SPI interface (MAX7219), and I2C (DS1307). The approach of the application of the physical and virtual stand \"Arduino Learner Kit\" for training on the mixed and distance form is offered. Arduino Learner Kit software and technology teaches that students study demonstration programs on each topic and get acquainted with their work on the virtual stand \"Arduino Learner Kit\" and explore the work on the real stand by the peculiarities of the educational process in the educational institution. Features of modeling, testing, and debugging of projects with Arduino in the Proteus 8.X environment are revealed. The article presents the experience of the Department of Foreign Languages at the Pedagogical Institute of Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University in training students majoring in 012 \"Preschool Education\" and 013 \"Primary Education\" and methods of teaching them to implement digital tools in the process of forming foreign language communicative competence of 3-10 year-old children at preschool institutions and the New Ukrainian School. It should be noted that this work took place within the research on the scientific topic: \"Strategy of foreign language teacher training in the context of European integration.\" The basis of the study is the understanding of the specifics of language as a means of communication, and therefore the emergence of new digital ways and tools of communication, their widespread penetration into various spheres of life naturally requires their use for educational purposes. In addition, the normative documents of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine recognize information and digital competence as a component of professional competence of a teacher of any subject, which also requires modernization of components of teacher training in early foreign language learning. In the process of research we relied on the levels of digital competence of teachers defined in DigCompEdu and aimed to prepare future teachers of early foreign language teaching for the practical application of digital tools and instruments taking into account Generation Theory, Alpha children, current foreign language programs in modern conditions of educational institutions in Ukraine.
