One of the components of software and methodological support of the modern university environment is the development and implementation of information systems aimed at their professional training. The article considers the main stages of design and development of the information system for students’ professional training, the process of designing the architecture and interface of the web system is described. Prototypes of the main pages of the system were also developed. The web system component diagram, the scheme of the website, the sequence diagram of the information system, and the states diagrams of the main processes are presented. The research shows the technologies used in the development of the information system of professional training, describes and demonstrates its pages, presents the structure of the database and gives a description of its tables. Thus, CMS WordPress was used for development, which is a popular free content management system, PHP was chosen as a programming language. In the developed information system teachers have the opportunity to post educational materials and publish practical tasks; students get access to educational resources, can sample them according to a certain criterion. The peculiarity of the information system for professional training presented by the authors is the development of the parser for automatic filling the database of educational resources for students. It allows to improve the process of updating materials for students of computer specialties, because the need for manual filling of the information system by users is reduced. Especially valuable in our time is a propensity for creativity and self-expression. Under the conditions of quarantine caused by COVID-19 utilization of digital technologies in this process has become of great importance in the life of society. The article analyzes various points of view on the issue of digitalization of public relations and the place of a person in this process. In addition, the authors clarify the essence of the definition of digital creativity through the analysis of definitions of “creativity” and “digital environment”. The definition of “creativity” is considered in such combination of directions of application: creativity as an innovation, creativity as a process, creativity as an ability, creativity as stages of thinking, creativity as a result of action. The authors note that digital environment is formed from the technical side (computer technology) and human interaction with it – both as a creator of this environment and as an inhabitant. The study notes that currently the place of a creative person in the digital environment can be represented as two poles and a range of options between them: the first pole is denying digital technology for their work, commitment to traditional materials and techniques, or blocking creativity; the second pole – transhumanism for creative processes – the willingness and desire to merge with digital technologies to be able to take full advantage of innovations, enhancing their capabilities (physical, mental, intellectual, etc.) through biotechnology and interfaces. There is a large number of options between these two poles – the use of computer technologies accompanying creative process (communication, publication, equipment); primitive programs for leisure self-realization (for any student on the phone) supplementing the traditional spheres of art and creativity with new digital capabilities (computer graphics, programs for creating and arranging music, virtual backgrounds, mapping and lighting scenarios in theater and dance) interaction of digital and physical space (augmented reality, architectural mapping) virtual reality as an alternative or analogue of physical or as a reflection of someone's mental and imaginative reality; non-invasive neuro-interfaces. It has been determined that one of the most promising areas for the implementation of creativity in the digital space is educational activity. The authors note that one of the most effective means to incorporate creativity in the digital environment is project activities. So, the need to update the content of innovations, which is required by modern pedagogics in this direction, is being updated. A full-fledged partnership between educational institutions and enterprises in the conditions of using modern IT solutions is the key to the possibility of such effective interaction at the level of professional pre-higher education. The article presents a reasonable application of universal IT tools of institutions of professional pre-higher education, which allows creating a single digitalized educational space for the effective implementation of dual forms of Education. The conceptual framework for implementing the proposed IT tools is becoming an increasingly important topic for discussion both for teachers and for native businesses interested in competent modern specialists. Moreover, it is mandatory to take into account the specifics of the use of such an educational space within national institutions of professional pre-higher education, since they mostly have a limited resource base (problems not only with funding, but also with the availability of specialists who understand modern information technologies). The article analyzes the current state and challenges in the organization of distance education in institutions of professional pre-higher education and reveals that today Google services occupy a dominant position as digital tools. But, according to the authors, the proposed features of Google services reveal their potential and provide maximum results mainly for institutions that provide basic or full secondary education. The article provides a basic argument for the use of the Moodle learning management system (LMS Moodle) in institutions of professional pre-higher education, as the most universal, flexible and multifunctional for such conditions, which has a number of absolute advantages over other systems. The necessity of involving representatives of enterprises in the educational process is proved, starting with the preparation of educational programs, syllabuses and ending with the theoretical and practical blocks of a particular discipline. An important emphasis is making in the analysis of the organization of the educational process in a dual form on the practical training of educational applicants, and the peculiarity of such training should consist in moving away from typical abstract tasks and providing advantages to situational and practical work based on simulation technologies, or to solving real technological problems of the enterprise. In the course of\u0000our research, we have found out the possibility of using electronic\u0000educational resources in the educational process of Higher education\u0000institutions to train future teachers of vocational education. In particular,\u0000we have developed an electronic educational resource «Basics of\u0000Computer Layout», in which, according to, the necessary training\u0000materials and author's methodological developments for learning the\u0000basics of computer layout in the Adobe InDesign CS5 software\u0000environment are structured. The Word Press content management\u0000system (CMS), which has open source code and is distributed under the\u0000GNU GPL license, has become a popular medium for creating the\u0000described ESM. The developed ESM contains a set of copyright\u0000educational and methodological materials, materials for monitoring the\u0000level of educational achievements, together they allow the future\u0000teachers of vocational training to form the theoretical knowledge and\u0000practical skills of the basics of computer layout in the Adobe InDesign\u0000CS5 software environment. For the purposeful implementation of\u0000conceptual research ideas, the author developed a method for using a\u0000complex of electronic educational resources for teaching computer\u0000graphics to future bachelors of the specialty 015.10 «Professional\u0000education (computer technologies)». The system of internal quality assurance provides for the availability of developed and published criteria, rules, and procedures for the evaluation of academic and research staff, as well as their annual review by European standards, the Law of Ukraine \"On Higher Education\", recommendations of the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance. Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University has developed a lecturer rating system \"E-portfolio\", one of the components of the information and educational environment, to form the qualitative composition of the scientific and pedagogical staff. To analyze the activities of the academic staff and all departments of Grinchenko University, several types of reports were presented in the \"E-portfolio\" system, which can be built according to such criteria as the main activities, rating points, structural units, positions, academic rank, degree, etc. For several years, only built-in statistics were used to analyze the activities of lecturers and units, but there was a need to monitor more detailed dynamics of all indicators. Modern business intelligence tools were analyzed for the development of visualization. It was decided to use the Power BI business intelligence tool, which will allow you to have a complete picture of the lecturer's performance by all the necessary criteria. The article presents an analytical report of Power BI based on the \"Star Scheme\" model. Thanks to the created \"Measures\" and standard functions of pivot tables, it became possible to visualize the input rating data and create details and filters for more convenient viewing and data analysis. After completing all the settings of visualization and filters, the report was published using the Power BI report server tool in the public domain. The authors assume\u0000that an education of a student of a higher educational institution is\u0000significantly different from their education at an educational institution of\u0000a lower level by the fact that during a very short period of time it is\u0000necessary to master effectively a very large amount of information, gain\u0000a lot of corresponding skills. The fact is determinant for choosing\u0000appropriate innovative teaching instruments and specific forms of their\u0000implementation in institutions of higher education in general and in\u0000institutions of higher pedagogical education in particular. Vocational\u0000subjects for future teachers of mathematics can be divided into three\u0000groups: pedagogy and psychology, courses of mathematics in institutions\u0000of secondary education and methods of their teaching, mathematical\u0000disciplines of higher mathematical education. Only the training courses of\u0000the last two groups are considered. The general characteristic of their\u0000current state is given. The comparative analysis of the modern\u0000methodological concept of training courses packages formation in higher\u0000mathematics for future mathematics teachers of institutions of secondary\u0000education and the corresponding methodological concept of the 70-80s of\u0000the last century was represented. The necessity of thorough systematic\u0000work of every teacher of higher mathematics on the formation of the\u0000students' perception of the necessity of a precise substantiation of all\u0000statements to be proved is highlighted, that is, on the perception of the\u0000necessity of full argumentation in all cases, on the formation of\u0000appropriate skills. Fundamentally important directions for such a work\u0000are outlined. Problem-oriented training is defined to be the most appropriate innovative technology for the third-level educational\u0000disciplines, based on own experience, examples of such training methods\u0000for different types of training sessions and control measures are\u0000provided. The authors’ understanding of practice-oriented training is\u0000formulated. Changing of fundamental nature in curriculum of future\u0000teachers of mathematics are proposed after careful argumentation.\u0000According to the authors’ point of view such changes can ensure the\u0000sufficient level of practice-oriented training. Distance learning is characterized as an individualized process of acquiring knowledge, skills, abilities and means of human cognitive activity, which basically occurs through indirect interaction of distant participants of the educational process in a specialized environment based on modern psychological, pedagogical, and information and communication technologies. It is shown in the article that many scientific and methodological works analyze positive aspects of distance learning (e.g., mobility, constant access to materials, blended and / or flipped learning, the ability to involve large numbers of participants, efficiency, new teacher role, work in synchronous and / or asynchronous mode, etc.). The presented research revealed the insufficient coverage of existing problems in distance learning, especially distance learning of teachers by modern scientific works (low level of information and communication competence, lack of Internet, outdated equipment, poor self-organization of students, lack of «live» communication, the problem of personalization, copyright violations, etc.). In the paper, the main stages of the history of distance learning beginning from the XVIII century are described. The effectiveness of introducing distance learning of teachers in the postgraduate system of education is substantiated. We explore and analyze pedagogical, methodological and scientific works devoted to the problems of continuous professional education of teachers, professional development of teachers and their qualification improvement. It becomes a very popular method due to its accessibility, simplicity and availability, which contribute to improvement of spectrum and quality of distance learning in teaching English in higher educational establishments in pandemic conditions. Mechanism of education is a key process of human life, which determines the personality development. Fast pace of information technology development brings on displacement of traditional learning in higher education establishments with more modern methods including distance learning in teaching English. This article attempts to reflect the current trends in foreign language learning using distance technology. Currently, new technologies and the Internet allow the person to gain the necessary knowledge without leaving home, using a personal computer. This article considers the advantages and disadvantages of distance learning in teaching a foreign language compared to full-time and part-time education. The survey has confirmed that quality and structure of educational courses are usually much better with distance learning than with traditional training forms. Distance learning comprises all actual learning methods and suggests a large number of assignments designed for independent study, with the probability of obtaining day-to-day consultations. It uses the latest accomplishments of interactive and information technologies and gives equal educational opportunities to students regardless of health, place of residence, financial security and elitism. Besides, the disadvantages of this form of learning over other forms and the reasons why distance education may be ineffective are given and explained in the article (lack of face-to-face conversations, one-side explanation and lack of constructive skills). The student must also have certain psychological traits and technical means such as a computer and an access to the Internet. The current state of development of robotics as an applied field\u0000and as an educational trend is analyzed to solve the research problems.\u0000The analysis of the global trends in the development of robotics as an\u0000applied field has shown that robotics is one of the most intensively\u0000developing fields of science and technology. This leads to the conclusion\u0000that there is a need to train relevant specialists and to update the\u0000curriculum in school and university education according to the daily\u0000requirements. Therefore, the issue of robotics implementation into the\u0000learning process of secondary and higher education institutions as an\u0000obligatory component of training of future specialists in robotics and\u0000future robotics teachers is of particular importance. The analysis of the\u0000robotics development as an educational trend has shown that educational\u0000robotics is one of the most perspective and popular trends in STEM\u0000education. In addition, it is determined that learning via robotics provides\u0000students with the opportunity to solve real life problems that require\u0000knowledge of STEM subjects. Based on previous research, the author\u0000also clarifies the concept of educational robotics, substantiates the aim\u0000and main tasks of its implementation into the educational process of\u0000educational institutions, which, as a consequence, leads to the\u0000importance of solving the issue of training future robotics teachers. The\u0000paper also presents and analyzes the results of the conducted research\u0000among educators and scientists on determining the state of teaching of\u0000robotics in Ukrainian schools. Based on the obtained results, we can\u0000conclude that there is a need to implement of the educational robotics\u0000into the learning process of secondary education institutions as a\u0000compulsory component of the school curriculum. The expediency of learning these technologies by students of pedagogical universities is substantiated. The essence of the new method of teaching HTML and CSS is that the emphasis in the content component is shifted to the study of: 1 - visual objects of a hypertext document; 2 - rules of their unique identification; 3 - setting the basic properties and styling properties of these objects; 4 - modeling of hypertext page design based on instances of block objects; 5 - consolidation of knowledge of HTML, CSS languages through the use of these technologies in the formation of reporting sites for laboratory work; 6 - formation of the basis for mastering the technologies of dynamic adjustment of styles by means of JavaScript language. The new methodology involves the use of visual objects of a hypertext document to generate reports to the thematic sections of the course Computer Science such as Office Software, Mathematical Packages, Computer Graphics, etc. Internet hosting is a learning tool for new methods. It is recommended to use this tool to highlight the results of students’ laboratory work. The technique was experimentally implemented using distance learning tools. Analysis of the results of the pedagogical experiment confirmed the feasibility of introducing the new methodology. The conclusions of the work are that the introduction of this technique increases the effectiveness of training. The basis for the positive result is: 1) providing an individualized approach to teaching Computer Science; 2) creating conditions for mastering the concept of modeling through practical application; 3) the formation of understanding of the object-oriented essence of the language of HTML and CSS styles; 4) assistance in mastering modern network technologies; 5) increasing the importance of programming in mastering Informatics. This technique forms the basis for mastering the technologies of object-oriented programming in JavaScript and becomes the basis for further mastering of technologies for the development of Web-oriented information systems.
