One of the components of software and methodological support of the modern university environment is the development and implementation of information systems aimed at their professional training. The article considers the main stages of design and development of the information system for students’ professional training, the process of designing the architecture and interface of the web system is described. Prototypes of the main pages of the system were also developed. The web system component diagram, the scheme of the website, the sequence diagram of the information system, and the states diagrams of the main processes are presented. The research shows the technologies used in the development of the information system of professional training, describes and demonstrates its pages, presents the structure of the database and gives a description of its tables. Thus, CMS WordPress was used for development, which is a popular free content management system, PHP was chosen as a programming language. In the developed information system teachers have the opportunity to post educational materials and publish practical tasks; students get access to educational resources, can sample them according to a certain criterion. The peculiarity of the information system for professional training presented by the authors is the development of the parser for automatic filling the database of educational resources for students. It allows to improve the process of updating materials for students of computer specialties, because the need for manual filling of the information system by users is reduced. {"title":"CREATIVITY IN DIGITAL ENVIRONMENT. POSSIBILITIES OF APPLICATION IN THE EDUCATIONAL SPACE","authors":"O. Especially valuable in our time is a propensity for creativity and self-expression. Under the conditions of quarantine caused by COVID-19 utilization of digital technologies in this process has become of great importance in the life of society. The article analyzes various points of view on the issue of digitalization of public relations and the place of a person in this process. In addition, the authors clarify the essence of the definition of digital creativity through the analysis of definitions of “creativity” and “digital environment”. The definition of “creativity” is considered in such combination of directions of application: creativity as an innovation, creativity as a process, creativity as an ability, creativity as stages of thinking, creativity as a result of action. The authors note that digital environment is formed from the technical side (computer technology) and human interaction with it – both as a creator of this environment and as an inhabitant. The study notes that currently the place of a creative person in the digital environment can be represented as two poles and a range of options between them: the first pole is denying digital technology for their work, commitment to traditional materials and techniques, or blocking creativity; the second pole – transhumanism for creative processes – the willingness and desire to merge with digital technologies to be able to take full advantage of innovations, enhancing their capabilities (physical, mental, intellectual, etc.) through biotechnology and interfaces. There is a large number of options between these two poles – the use of computer technologies accompanying creative process (communication, publication, equipment); primitive programs for leisure self-realization (for any student on the phone) supplementing the traditional spheres of art and creativity with new digital capabilities (computer graphics, programs for creating and arranging music, virtual backgrounds, mapping and lighting scenarios in theater and dance) interaction of digital and physical space (augmented reality, architectural mapping) virtual reality as an alternative or analogue of physical or as a reflection of someone's mental and imaginative reality; non-invasive neuro-interfaces. It has been determined that one of the most promising areas for the implementation of creativity in the digital space is educational activity. The authors note that one of the most effective means to incorporate creativity in the digital environment is project activities. So, the need to update the content of innovations, which is required by modern pedagogics in this direction, is being updated. A full-fledged partnership between educational institutions and enterprises in the conditions of using modern IT solutions is the key to the possibility of such effective interaction at the level of professional pre-higher education. The article presents a reasonable application of universal IT tools of institutions of professional pre-higher education, which allows creating a single digitalized educational space for the effective implementation of dual forms of Education. The conceptual framework for implementing the proposed IT tools is becoming an increasingly important topic for discussion both for teachers and for native businesses interested in competent modern specialists. Moreover, it is mandatory to take into account the specifics of the use of such an educational space within national institutions of professional pre-higher education, since they mostly have a limited resource base (problems not only with funding, but also with the availability of specialists who understand modern information technologies). The article analyzes the current state and challenges in the organization of distance education in institutions of professional pre-higher education and reveals that today Google services occupy a dominant position as digital tools. But, according to the authors, the proposed features of Google services reveal their potential and provide maximum results mainly for institutions that provide basic or full secondary education. The article provides a basic argument for the use of the Moodle learning management system (LMS Moodle) in institutions of professional pre-higher education, as the most universal, flexible and multifunctional for such conditions, which has a number of absolute advantages over other systems. The necessity of involving representatives of enterprises in the educational process is proved, starting with the preparation of educational programs, syllabuses and ending with the theoretical and practical blocks of a particular discipline. An important emphasis is making in the analysis of the organization of the educational process in a dual form on the practical training of educational applicants, and the peculiarity of such training should consist in moving away from typical abstract tasks and providing advantages to situational and practical work based on simulation technologies, or to solving real technological problems of the enterprise. In the course of\u0000our research, we have found out the possibility of using electronic\u0000educational resources in the educational process of Higher education\u0000institutions to train future teachers of vocational education. In particular,\u0000we have developed an electronic educational resource «Basics of\u0000Computer Layout», in which, according to, the necessary training\u0000materials and author's methodological developments for learning the\u0000basics of computer layout in the Adobe InDesign CS5 software\u0000environment are structured. The Word Press content management\u0000system (CMS), which has open source code and is distributed under the\u0000GNU GPL license, has become a popular medium for creating the\u0000described ESM. The developed ESM contains a set of copyright\u0000educational and methodological materials, materials for monitoring the\u0000level of educational achievements, together they allow the future\u0000teachers of vocational training to form the theoretical knowledge and\u0000practical skills of the basics of computer layout in the Adobe InDesign\u0000CS5 software environment. For the purposeful implementation of\u0000conceptual research ideas, the author developed a method for using a\u0000complex of electronic educational resources for teaching computer\u0000graphics to future bachelors of the specialty 015.10 «Professional\u0000education (computer technologies)».
