The control group was given routine treatment, and the experimental group was given hyperbaric oxygen treatment on the basis of the above. Methods From January 2016 to January 2017, 60 patients with gastric ulcer were divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with omeprazole enteric-coated capsule 20 mg + amoxicillin capsule 1 g + clarithromycin 0.5 g, and the patients in the observation group were treated with Wenweishu granule on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, clinical symptom score, serological indexes, and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after treatment. Results After treatment, the clinical symptom score of abdominal pain, acid reflux, abdominal distension, anorexia of the observation group were (1.07±0.28), (1.54±0.36), (1.03±0.18), (0.93±0.27), which were better than those of the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion Wenweishu granule combined with triple therapy has a good therapeutic effect on gastric ulcer, which can effectively improve the effective rate of treatment, improve the clinical symptoms and serological indicators of the patients, with high safety, worthy of clinical application. Methods 84 patients with bronchiectasis treated at our hospital from August, 2013 to December, 2015 were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, 42 cases for each group. The control group were treated with roxithromycin and the experimental group aminophylline and roxithromycin. The therapeutic effects and the changes of pulmonary function indexes were compared between these two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the PEF, FEV1, and FVC were improved in both groups, but less in the control group than in the experimental group, with statistical differences (P<0.05). The treatment efficacy was lower in the control group than in the experimental group (76.2% vs. 92.9%), with a statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusions Aminophylline combined with roxithromycin in the treatment of bronchiectasis is significantly effective and can improve lung function and the quality of life. Methods 186 patients treated by gynecological hysteroscopic and laparoscopic surgery at our hospital were selected as study objects and were randomly divided into a control group and a study group, 93 cases for each group. The control group were given routine nursing intervention during perioperative period and the study group predictive nursing care. The clinical nursing effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results There were no statistical difference in operation time, anesthesia time, and bleeding volume between these two groups (P>0.05). The anal exhaust time, time for off-bed activity, and hospital saty was evidently shorter in the study group than in the control group, with statistical differences (P<0.05). The incidence of perioperative complications was 3.23% in the study group and 10.75% in the control group, with a statistical difference (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction degree was 95.69% in the study group and was 69.89% in the control group, with a statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Applying perioperative nursing intervention in patients undertaking gynecological hysteroscopic and laparoscopic surgery can effectively control the postoperative complications, improve the postoperative recovery effect, shorten the hospital stay and improve the relationship between doctors and patients, so it is worth being clinically generalized.
