At the same time, 50 healthy adults were selected as the control group. The differences of Th17 cells, IL-17, SOD, GSH-Px, catalase (CAT) in peripheral blood, MCV, LP and Amp between the two groups were compared. The relationships between the percentage of Th17 cells, the concentration of IL-17 in peripheral blood and SOD, GSH-Px, CAT, MCV, LP, Amp were also analyzed. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Results \u0000The percentage of Th17 cells and the concentration of IL-17 in peripheral blood in the case group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05), the concentrations of SOD, GSH-Px, and CAT in the case group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05), MCV and AMP of common peroneal nerve in the case group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05), LP was longer than that in the control group (P<0.05). All of the 65 patients received surgical treatment. The expressions of CD34, CD117, DOG-1, SMA, Demsin, and S-100 in the tumor were detected by immunohistochemical method. The correlation between the expression of relevant immunohistochemical markers and clinicopathological factors such as tumor size and location were analyzed based on the clinicopathological data, and the patients were followed-up. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Results \u0000The positive rates of CD34, CD117, DOG-1, SMA, Demsin, and S-100 were 89.2%, 98.5%, 96.9%, 35.4%, 20.0%, and 16.9%, respectively. The expression of CD34 was related to tumor size, location, and risk level (P<0.05), while the expression of CD117, DOG-1, SMA, Demsin, and S-100 were not related, and the expression of Demsin was related to gender (P=0.018). \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Conclusions \u0000The expression of CD34, CD117, and DOG-1 in the tumor have relatively high positive rates. We also tested seminal plasma estradiol by chemiluminescence. The patients were divided into four groups according to the seminal parameters: oligozoospermia (group 1, n=12), asthenospermia (group 2, n=24), oligoasthenozoospermia (group 3, n=24), normozoospermia (group 4, n=26). \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Results \u0000The level of estradiol in seminal plasma in group 1 to 4 were respectively (56.97±10.55) pg/ml, (52.30±8.64) pg/ml, (54.02±11.63) pg/ml, and (45.79±5.87) pg/ml, with statistically significant difference (P<0.01). The correlation analysis showed that the seminal plasma estradiol was negatively correlated with sperm concentration and sperm progressive motility, was not correlated with sperm normal morphology and sperm acrosin activity. The ROC curve of estradiol was drawn for the diagnosis of abnormal sperm.
