The result was observed postoperatively. Results The incisions in all the 19 cases primarily healed. Satisfactory configurations were achieved in the upper lips either during moving or in still and all philtrums had upper-narrow and infra-wide outline with obvious concave and ridge on them in 18 cases. Only 1 elderly patients got poor treatment effect because of too little tissue in anterior lip. Conclusions Strainless suture through symmetrical suture embedding for Serious bilateral complete cleft lip can achieve a satisfactory contour of philtrums but not for the elderly patients with too little tissue in anterior lip. 对称埋线无应变缝合修复双侧完全性唇裂中部重建

目的探讨对称埋线无应变缝合修复双侧完全性唇裂的效果。方法随机选取19例严重双侧完全性唇裂患者，采用手术前唇设计弧形切口;侧唇肌解剖解离，采用对称埋线无张力缝合。术后观察结果。结果19例患者切口均基本愈合。18例上唇在动、静止状态均达到满意的形态，全部中唇轮廓上窄下宽，有明显的凹、脊。仅1例老年患者因前唇组织过少，治疗效果较差。结论采用对称埋线无张力缝合治疗严重双侧完全性唇裂可获得满意的中唇轮廓，但对于前唇组织过少的老年患者效果较差。关键词:严重双侧完全性唇裂;唇裂修复;对称埋线的无应变缝合;中部重建
