Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of predictive nursing care in perioperative nursing care of gynecological hysteroscopic and laparoscopic surgery. Methods 186 patients treated by gynecological hysteroscopic and laparoscopic surgery at our hospital were selected as study objects and were randomly divided into a control group and a study group, 93 cases for each group. The control group were given routine nursing intervention during perioperative period and the study group predictive nursing care. The clinical nursing effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results There were no statistical difference in operation time, anesthesia time, and bleeding volume between these two groups (P>0.05). The anal exhaust time, time for off-bed activity, and hospital saty was evidently shorter in the study group than in the control group, with statistical differences (P<0.05). The incidence of perioperative complications was 3.23% in the study group and 10.75% in the control group, with a statistical difference (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction degree was 95.69% in the study group and was 69.89% in the control group, with a statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Applying perioperative nursing intervention in patients undertaking gynecological hysteroscopic and laparoscopic surgery can effectively control the postoperative complications, improve the postoperative recovery effect, shorten the hospital stay and improve the relationship between doctors and patients, so it is worth being clinically generalized. Key words: Predictive nursing care; Gynecology; Hysteroscope and laparoscope; Perioperative period
