Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) on the levels of neuro-related proteins in children with viral encephalitis. 高压氧辅助治疗对病毒性脑炎患儿神经蛋白水平影响的临床研究
目的探讨高压氧对病毒性脑炎患儿神经相关蛋白水平的影响。方法将我院2017年3月至2018年10月收治的74例病毒性脑炎患儿按不同治疗方法分为对照组(n=37)和实验组(n=27)。对照组给予常规治疗,实验组在此基础上给予高压氧治疗。观察临床疗效、治疗前后血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、β-内啡肽(β-EP)、髓鞘碱性蛋白(MBP)的变化以及生命体征的恢复时间。结果治疗前两组神经相关蛋白水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组NSE、β-EP和MBP含量显著下降,总治愈率显著高于对照组(91.89%比62.16%),生命体征恢复时间显著缩短,结论高压氧治疗不仅能有效降低病毒性脑炎患儿神经相关蛋白水平,提高临床总治愈率,缩短生命体征恢复时间。关键词:高压氧;儿童;病毒性脑炎;神经蛋白水平
