The kinds of financial products and services for the rural areas are very poor. Therefore, it is meaningful to promote the development of rural inclusive finance to improve the urban-rural dual structure. The convenience and accessibility of financial services can play important role for the rural vulnerable groups. Financial technology refers to the dynamic integration of financial services and technology industry. The innovation of financial products and services based on technology will help to reduce financial costs and promote the leap-forward development of rural finance. Rural financial infrastructures have needed to be improved, and farmers have generally got lower education degrees with a vague understanding of financial knowledge. Financial technology can help rural financial innovations in many aspects, so it is necessary to embed financial technology into rural financial services. Fintech would be useful to improve the financial environment for agriculture, rural areas and farmers. Moreover, it can improve the efficiency of rural financial services, and establish a rural credit information system. The scores of HAMD (15.02-4.16), BDI (8.09-3.58) and DAS (125.16-6.42) after the intervention of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). The positive response score (25.23-3.72) after the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, while the negative response score (8.92-1.13) was significantly lower than that of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). As a mode of education, online education has been widely concerned by educators and society. There have always been two main schools. The other holds that the network is only a technical means and transmission tool, which lacks the support of educational theories and cannot achieve an educational goal, while a correct understanding of it is the premise for the successful development of online education. The aim of this study was to solve the problem of difficult medical services in Tianjin. We obtained data through survey and used EXCEL software for data summary, and then used SPSS 20.0 software to perform frequency analysis and chi-square test. The results we obtained demonstrate that the main factors affecting Tianjin residents' recognition of the principle of \"first-treatment in the community hospital\" include three aspects: policy system, medical level and psychological factors of residents. Two research designs were made, an experiment and a questionnaire. All the data were collected by their writing teacher. Data analysis involved 4 steps: double scoring, calculating mean, comparing the mean differences and comparing the means by paired-samples t-test. The major findings yielded from this study are summarized as follows: Firstly, imitation writing has the greatest effect on writing quality of English majors with different proficiency in terms of content. Secondly, imitation writing also has a positive effect on English majors’ writing quality in terms of organization. Thirdly, the same is true of the English majors’ language in writing. Last but not least, the mean difference in the organization is not as great as the difference in language and content. Its significance lies in providing EFL teachers with some solutions to problems in English majors’ writing in China, offering students valuable suggestions to reduce their anxiety and build up their writing confidence so as to improve their writing quality. Educational workers in higher vocational colleges have carried out a large number of education and teaching reforms to achieve this goal. As a national-level academic competition to cultivate students' application ability and innovation ability, the Mathematical Contest in Modeling has been paid more and more attention by higher vocational colleges. Mathematical modeling is a bridge between mathematics and application. Based on the integration of enterprises with vocational colleges, this work introduced the teaching reform process and achievements of the higher mathematics course, which takes the Mathematical Contest in Modeling as a carrier. In addition, it also introduced a mathematical modeling technician class which carries out the teaching reform with the application as the subject and project as the guidance.","PeriodicalId":143493,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2019 3rd International Conference on Education, Economics and Management Research (ICEEMR 2019)","volume":"89 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134210119","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
