To investigate their cultivation of talent system, literature review, data research and comparative method are used to address the significance of talent creating. With the focus on three major factors, this paper synthesizes the restrictions to talent innovation for advanced agricultural machinery enterprises in Chengdu. For comparison, this article presents several tables of main agricultural machinery in Chengdu and Sichuan respectively. This paper applied the social filed study to Chengdu agricultural machinery, successfully analyzing problems laying in talent cultivation for advanced manufacturing. The results suggest that a designed training system should be developed to optimize recruitment system by investing more human capital in education and training. We propose to establish incentive system to reserve more innovative talents and to stimulate talent innovation.","PeriodicalId":143493,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2019 3rd International Conference on Education, Economics and Management Research (ICEEMR 2019)","volume":"266 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134244544","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper attempts to reveal the ways of improving postgraduate programs in order to better attract applicants and score high in the assessment by the educational authorities. Taking for example the MTI (Master of Translation and Interpretation) program of the Southwest Minzu University of China, a comprehensive university focusing on serving minority ethnic groups, this paper summarizes its five years' experience and finds that a university's program of study could be distinctive only when it has advantageous features. It is advisable for the program committee to design a featured curriculum with clear targets and philosophy after exploring the features of the university's disciplines and location, and based on comprehending the nature of the program type. The teaching contents, instructional resources, and practical/fieldwork training should all be centered around the featured field of the program. The resources of the university and the opportunities in the city should also be utilized to enhance the distinction.","PeriodicalId":143493,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2019 3rd International Conference on Education, Economics and Management Research (ICEEMR 2019)","volume":"75 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134521430","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The subjects were divided into two groups: the Shuangwei group and the non-Shuangwei group. A one-year follow-up survey was conducted on their leadership level. The results showed that: (1) After intervention of Shuangwei practice mode, the leadership level of Shuangwei group was significantly higher than the nonShuangwei one; (2) There was no significant difference in the leadership level of the non-Shuangwei group before and after the intervention; (3) The social responsibility leadership scores and leadership practice behavior scores of the Shuangwei group were significantly higher than those of the non-Shuangwei one, but there was no significant difference between the two groups in the scores of emotional intelligence leadership. Conclusion: This study puts forward some thoughts on the cultivation of college students' leadership, that is, to cultivate the college students with great social responsibility as the starting point, and to develop the leadership training goal for all college students as well as to pay attention to students’ emotional intelligence improvement in the cultivation process. The talent in learning a new language has been conceptualized as language learning aptitude, which has been quantified by scores in paper-based tests. In this paper, we present our pilot study on a hypothesized association between foreign language learning and auditory evoked potentials (AEPs) to spoken words, with the aim of looking for a neurophysiological measurement of language learning aptitude. The AEPs to repeated Mandarin words, passively presented in multiple stimulus trains, were recorded from 18 native adult Mandarin speakers, by using a 32-channel EEG recording system. Their language learning performance was measured by their scores in a task of learning words in an African language, and by their achievements in standardized English tests. The results show that the short-term habituation induced by repeated Mandarin words could predict the participants’ phonological learning performance, and is correlated with their scores in English tests. These findings suggest that AEPs to speak words can be a promising neural indicator to measure an individual’s language learning aptitude, which may become an objective tool for human resource assessment. Conceptually, this paper clarifies the concepts and defines that industrial integration is a process, while industrial convergence is an outcome and industrial syncretic, an effect. Employing the data spanning the period of 2005-2017 and covering China and other 64 countries which joined the Belt and Road (B&R) at the first round in 2014, this paper constructed different indexes to measure the development of industrial convergence, integration and syncretic and distinguish the varieties between those three concepts. The empirical results support the conceptual clarification and indicate that there are differences between the development of industrial convergence, integration and syncretic.
