Combining with the whole life cycle cost, the paper offers the development measures and suggestions of Sichuan FECV industry. Based on the component factors of the whole life cycle cost, the advantages and disadvantages of traditional fuel vehicles, pure electric vehicles and hydrogen fuel cell vehicles are compared and analyzed from the three dimensions of R&D and design cost, product manufacturing cost and use cost. The shortcomings of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles in the research, development, manufacturing and application at the present stage were concluded.
