Based on theoretical analysis, the influence of internal control quality on the growth of SMEs is determined by means of empirical research, and whether this influence will change due to the nature of property is further explored. The results show that the internal control quality of SMEs has a positive effect on growth, that is, effective and standardized internal control can enhance the growth of SMEs. Despite the global acceptance of OBE, there is little evidence about its impact on Workplace Communication skills. Thus, the present study aimed to evaluate the effect of OBE on workplace communication competence of Guangdong Ocean University students. The result indicates that the communication skills of the experimental group undergraduates were significantly better than that of the control group students (P=0.097). The OBE approaches can promote the communication ability of undergraduates in Guangdong Ocean University, and the evaluation results can effectively support the continuous improvement of teaching reform. To better serve teaching and improve the quality of graduates, we will further make the design of experimental research better, add some evaluation indicators of student competencies, and expand the sample size. This paper selects the import and export data of China's service trade from 2013 to 2017, and analyzes the changes in China's service trade competitiveness through the international market share index, comparable net export index and display comparative advantage index. Through the analysis of these three indexes, it is found that although China's service trade competition is still weak, China's service trade competitiveness is gradually increasing. Based on the current competitiveness of China’s service trade, it finally expounds on the measures to improve the competitiveness of service trade under the “Belt and Road” initiative. The empirical study investigated 367 civil servants to explore this problem, and the results show that anti-corruption efforts have significant positive effects on the supportive climate, bureaucratic climate, identity climate and work significance climate of the organizational climate of government departments. It is further found that the more the anti-corruption efforts, the stronger the perception of organizational justice of civil servants in performance appraisal, promotion, salary and other aspects, and the higher the job engagement and job satisfaction. Organizational climate fully mediates the relationship between anti-corruption efforts and the perception of organizational justice, and partly mediates the relationship between anti-corruption efforts and job engagement and job satisfaction.
