The empirical study investigated 367 civil servants to explore this problem, and the results show that anti-corruption efforts have significant positive effects on the supportive climate, bureaucratic climate, identity climate and work significance climate of the organizational climate of government departments. It is further found that the more the anti-corruption efforts, the stronger the perception of organizational justice of civil servants in performance appraisal, promotion, salary and other aspects, and the higher the job engagement and job satisfaction. Organizational climate fully mediates the relationship between anti-corruption efforts and the perception of organizational justice, and partly mediates the relationship between anti-corruption efforts and job engagement and job satisfaction. Abstract
