The emission reduction decision of decentralized decision and the centralized decision is analyzed. It is proved that centralized decision is better than decentralized decision to realize Pareto improvement of supply chain. On this basis, three different cooperative emission reduction methods were proposed to explore the strategic selection of cooperative emission reduction in supply chain under uncertain production environment. The results show that the cost-sharing contract and profit-sharing contract cannot coordinate supply chain and yield uncertainty well. Cost-sharing and profit-sharing contracts can maximize the level of emission reduction and the profits of the whole supply chain and perfectly coordinate supply chain and yield uncertainty. The four elements in CLIL model are highly consistent with the targets. Our research group selected two parallel classes of English majors in the third year of Kunming University to carry out experimental research in the course of “An Introduction to English Literature” by using the instruments of the questionnaire, test paper, interview, classroom observation and daily assignment. Through the experiment, we found that the implementation of CLIL mixed teaching model can increase students’ learning interest and improve their critical thinking ability. Hopefully, our research can shed some light on the reform of the foreign language classes for college or university English majors. Second, it considers the problems existing in the China-US economy and analyzes whether the economic relations between the two countries decoupled after entering a new stage. In addition, it also analyzes which side holds the dominant position of periodic linkage from the emerging problems, so as to make an evaluation. Third, it analyzes relevant trade data between China and the United States in recent years in order to find the cause of trade disputes between China and the United States and analyze whether there is a fundamental conflict of interest between the two countries. This work analyzed the China-US economic relations based on the above three issues. It compared the current economic development between China and the United States and used existing research results to correctly understand the current development of China-US economic relations. Therefore, it can explore new policies and the direction of China-US economic relations in the new era, which will better analyze the decoupling problem of China-US economic relations comprehensively and define the development relationship between China and the United States. As a result, China and the United States can seek a balance point for trade relations, which will promote the healthy development of the economy. In the practice, the research group divided the teaching process into four stages: imparting, internalization, enhancement and consolidation through online and offline combination. In this way, teachers could encourage students to change their passive learning to active learning. The comparison of assessment methods also showed that the teaching effect was satisfactory.
