The OBE approaches can promote the communication ability of undergraduates in Guangdong Ocean University, and the evaluation results can effectively support the continuous improvement of teaching reform. To better serve teaching and improve the quality of graduates, we will further make the design of experimental research better, add some evaluation indicators of student competencies, and expand the sample size. Abstract

Outcome-Based Education (OBE) is a corrective educational move that has influenced many countries in recent years.
