It was found that the cross-border e-commerce talent cultivation model lacked a feedback adjustment mechanism, which led to the lack of talent cultivation for cross-border e-commerce by parties including schools and enterprises. Therefore, based on the feedback adjustment of the ecosystem, this paper builds a market-oriented multi-faceted talent cultivation ecosystem, which makes up for the lack of research on the cultivation of cross-border ecommerce talents in the past. It provides a reference for the construction of diverse and multi-level talent cultivation ecology. The aim is to help students learn as much as possible through various methods, such as the combination of online tasks with classroom activities. This survey is to prove the effect of online learning on English majors in China. A goal must be designed before the course is set. Besides classroom teaching, the exercise of words and grammar, listening, reading, writing and translation can be turned into online tasks for students to practice. And the extra tasks are welcome in that cellphone is available to all and is our best friend. Owing to the high standard of the online tasks, once students are able to complete them, they will get high grades. After two months of learning, they become accustomed to a new way of teaching. Moreover, their abilities have been promoted to a higher level. To a large extent, they tend to actively participate in classroom activities. Even without the aid of cellphones, they aren’t indifferent to learning and teaching any longer. Only in this way are they involved in classroom activities. In a word, the blended teaching method is meaningful and constructive for students to achieve the goal. Therefore, it is expected that this research can arouse lecturers’ inspiration to make up more appropriate tasks and facilitate students to recapture their love in learning. The present higher vocational water conservancy major curriculum and instruction researches reflect how the courses are built. It is found that the course research network is significantly discrete, and the course construction has a lot of homogeneity. Therefore, the course construction is faced with difficulties such as improper definition of the course, low curriculum and instruction research enthusiasm, lack of close ties to industry and curriculum instruction, no completely constructed classical courses, and lack of research funding for curriculum instruction. This paper uses the 2005-2019 China stock market development data and urban and rural residents’ income data as an object of the research, and uses Granger causality test to analyze the relationship between stock market development and urban and rural income gap. We find that the development of the stock market has a significant positive impact on reducing the income gap between urban and rural areas. Their physical strength directly affects the physical health level of the whole people, and directly related to the future development of the country and the rise and fall of the nation [1]. There is an inseparable relationship between living habits and physical health. Compared with the former, the living habits of college students have changed significantly, and bad living habits will have many adverse effects on the health for college students. In this work, 500 full-time undergraduate students in Dalian Neusoft University of Information were randomly selected as the research objects. Through questionnaire survey and comparative research, the data for four years of body mass index, cardiovascular function, pulse, etc., were selected as the basis. The factors that change their physical health status during the four years of university are investigated, which can offer reference for improving the physical health level of college students in China. The results are as follows: From the beginning of admission, students' physique has been on a downward trend. The main reason for the change in students' physical health is bad living habits. Based on the decline of college students' physical condition, it is suggested that college students should form good living habits, actively participate in physical exercises and constantly improve their physical level. China's development plays an important role in promoting sustainable economic development. Therefore, the importance of expanding domestic demand should not be ignored. The emergence and development of Internet Finance fill the gap in some aspects of traditional finance, making the level of financial model more abundant. Even in the current downward economic growth, it still promotes the sustained growth of household consumption. This paper tries to analyze the impact of Internet Finance on residents' consumption from a more comprehensive perspective by combining theory with empirical research. Firstly, the author summarizes the current situation of Internet finance development through analysis. Thereafter, the author studies the influence mechanism of Internet Finance on residents' consumption from the perspectives of the increase and decrease of residents' consumption demand, the influence of consumption psychology and the change of consumption mode. On the basis of the above analysis of the current situation and related theories, this paper conducts a quantitative test and empirical analysis of the relationship between household consumption and the development of Internet finance in different provinces of China from the first quarter of 2014 to the first quarter of 2016. Using the panel data model and linear regression analysis method, this paper draws the conclusion that the healthy development of Internet finance will positively affect residents' consumption. Finally, based on the relevant conclusions of this study, the author gives policy recommendations for possible problems and risks, in order to better promote the sustainable development of Internet finance and the rapid growth of consumer spending. Research background New concepts such as e-commerce and mobile payment have gradually become close to people's lives. Internet finance has also emerged, such as third-party payment, crowdfunding and other emerging Internet financial models due to their transaction costs. The low price has a strong impact on the traditional financial model represented by state-owned commercial banks, and it also provides an opportunity for innovation in its business. At the same time, traditional consumption habits and intrinsic consumption patterns have also undergone tremendous changes due to the development and rise of Internet finance. The popularity of the Internet in China is very high. As shown in Figure 1.1, the scale of Internet users in China continues to grow rapidly. Practice results show that students can improve their self-learning ability through self-learning; the improvement of programming thinking can be used to solve other problems; students' ability in all aspects has been improved. The following strategies are proposed for the existing problems of programming courses: simplifying the course content, lowering the learning threshold; graphical programming, implementing mouse programming; community resource sharing, reducing the difficulty of access.
