It was found that the cross-border e-commerce talent cultivation model lacked a feedback adjustment mechanism, which led to the lack of talent cultivation for cross-border e-commerce by parties including schools and enterprises. Therefore, based on the feedback adjustment of the ecosystem, this paper builds a market-oriented multi-faceted talent cultivation ecosystem, which makes up for the lack of research on the cultivation of cross-border ecommerce talents in the past. It provides a reference for the construction of diverse and multi-level talent cultivation ecology. Abstract
