Now, the frequency of the MOSFET can reach more than 1MHz, but the capacity of the MOSFET is small, which makes the output power of the E class power amplifier smaller. Aiming at the problem of the small output power of Class E power amplifier, this paper proposes the structure of three-phase class E power amplifier. The simulation results show that the power supply of this structure can not only increase the output power, but can also provide power for multiple devices simultaneously, and can effectively improve charging speed in wireless charging because of the higher power.","PeriodicalId":140420,"journal":{"name":"2018 13th IEEE Conference on Industrial Electronics and Applications (ICIEA)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116337938","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper presents an active register control strategy to achieve high-precision registration between layers. A high resolution microscope camera is used to measure registration error in proposed strategy. Due to the small view field of the microscope camera, it's difficult to calibrate this camera by conventional methods. Therefore, a motion-based calibration method which utilizes relative micromovement of print header is proposed firstly. This register control strategy fine-tunes the trajectory of nozzle in XOY plane by five degree of freedom compliant alignment stage. The calibration method and designed control strategy are verified in experiment and results indicate that the microscope camera is calibrated accurately and high resolution registration is ultimately realized.","PeriodicalId":140420,"journal":{"name":"2018 13th IEEE Conference on Industrial Electronics and Applications (ICIEA)","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124132847","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To achieve higher efficiency, the optimal modulation scheme of triangular current mode modulation (TCM) is proposed, which considers the current stress and system losses. First, the operation mechanism of TCM is analyzed. The power transmission characteristic, voltage and current characteristics of each component are analyzed. Appropriate voltage stability control strategy is designed. Then, the simulation model of three-port energy router is built. And the characteristics of load power fluctuations or power flow switching are analyzed. The results show that, the power flow and dc bus voltage between different ports can be effectively controlled. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed TCM strategy applied to the triple active bridge (TAB) converter is validated by using MATLAB/Simulink.","PeriodicalId":140420,"journal":{"name":"2018 13th IEEE Conference on Industrial Electronics and Applications (ICIEA)","volume":"45 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127715696","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Many high-frequency transformers exist in this structure but how to reduce their volume is a difficult problem. A modified high-frequency transformer structure is introduced in this paper which is beneficial to compression volume. Cascaded H-Bridge topology is usually served as a rectifier in the three-stage energy router. Due to the inherent problem of capacitor voltage balance among each module in this topology, the so called working mode exchange scheme is always employed to regulate capacitor voltages. However, the conventional exchange scheme brings a tremendous amount of computing and ignores the problem of extra device action times during the execution process which can increase switching losses. A modified working mode exchange strategy is presented in this paper. It can reduce the amount of computation and decrease extra device action times at the same time. The proposed strategy only changes the working mode for the largest voltage and smallest voltage module. It reduces the mode exchange frequency and then decreases the possibility of extra action times appearing. Finally, the validity of the modified transformer structure and improved strategy is confirmed by simulation results on a 2MW three-stage energy router.","PeriodicalId":140420,"journal":{"name":"2018 13th IEEE Conference on Industrial Electronics and Applications (ICIEA)","volume":"38 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126327114","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is necessary to optimize the process parameters for obtaining smooth and uniform polishing surface. In order to realize the control of controllable process parameters, this paper is to study the relationship between surface roughness and parameters of process, such as the normal pressure, circular velocity of the tool and feeding speed by regression analysis method. The polishing of curved surface is complicated and many factor have an effect on the final polishing results. On this basis, it established a surface roughness model for free curved surface. Combined genetic algorithm and surface roughness model, an optimized process parameters model was derived to adapt to the changeable surface of work pieces, and validation experiments are performed on curved surface. The experimental results show that the proposed parameter adjustment strategy is able of achieving a smooth surface and keep good uniformity. In PEE, generally, the data is embedded by modifying the prediction-error histogram (PEH). A sharper Laplacian distributed PEH can guarantee a larger embedding capacity (EC) and the accuracy of prediction on pixel is a key factor to form such PEH. In this paper, we propose a gradient-based directional predictor for PEE. It utilizes the gradient information of pixel's context and can generate more precise prediction result. Besides, in our method, the data is embedded in a pairwise manner for better marked image quality. The pixels are sorted into different collections according to their local complexities (LC) first and each group of pixels are optimally paired for data embedding. Also, we optimize the AP algorithm through the change of the preference value, whose value changes from the general mean value, max value, min value to mean value of 4 neighbour at the corresponding position. Moreover, we propose a cluster center selection algorithm based on mean distance from data points to cluster center and number of data points in a cluster, which could automatically delete exception value, thus improve the accuracy of selection cluster center.
