摘要

高频电源是无线电力传输系统的主要部件之一,E类功率放大器是无线电力传输的一种高频电源,在E类功率放大器中一般采用MOSFET。现在,MOSFET的频率可以达到1MHz以上,但是MOSFET的容量较小,这使得E类功率放大器的输出功率较小。针对E类功率放大器输出功率小的问题,提出了三相E类功率放大器的结构。仿真结果表明,该结构的电源不仅可以增加输出功率,而且可以同时为多个设备供电,并且由于功率较高,可以有效提高无线充电中的充电速度。
