To a two stage multi-source coordinated optimized dispatching model under multi-time scales is established, based on the load forecasts and intermittent energy output forecasts, to fully consume large amounts of renewable energy sources (RES), which consists of day-ahead dispatch model and real-time dispatch model. The optimization objective of the optimal dispatch model is to minimize the operation costs of active distribution network by controlling the energy storage and controllable distributed generation, such as the diesel engine and micro turbine (MT). Based on the optimal dispatch results in the day-ahead dispatch, the real-time dispatch deals with the forecast error of renewable energy and loads, considering the costs of adjusting the ESS and diesel engine plan based on the realized scenarios. An improved particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm is adopted to solve the models. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed strategy is verified through the simulation examples.","PeriodicalId":140420,"journal":{"name":"2018 13th IEEE Conference on Industrial Electronics and Applications (ICIEA)","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124792019","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Most of the existing methods cast low-level features of cross-media data onto a unified feature space. However, some of these feature spaces usually do not have explicit semantics. Some methods, even if they take semantic meaning into account, do not dig the semantic information of data well. By considering the above issue, a new approach to cross-media retrieval via Canonical Correlation Analysis-Back Propagation Neural Networks(CCA-BPNN) is proposed in this paper which is able to explore jointly the correlation and semantic information. The experimental results on two datasets show the effectiveness of our proposed approach, compared with state-of-the-art methods.","PeriodicalId":140420,"journal":{"name":"2018 13th IEEE Conference on Industrial Electronics and Applications (ICIEA)","volume":"131 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129480228","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, the frequency impact of power grid caused by DC blocking is more serious with the continuous increase of scale of single DC transmission. The frequency coordination control system is applied to the receiving-end power grid in High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) transmission system. In the cases of single-infeed HVDC blocking, multi-infeed HVDC blocking or fast power drop, the frequency coordination control system can reduce the frequency fluctuation of power grid by instantly promoting the transmission power of the rest normal DC systems and reducing power loss. The frequency coordinated control substation is an executive device of the system at the converter station. It keeps communicating with the coordinated control master station for real-time monitoring the operation of converter station, reports the fault and executes the remote power boost instructions. Taking the frequency coordinated control substation of 500 kV conventional DC systems as a research background, the load of converter station in a regional power grid is analyzed. The working mechanism of frequency coordination control system in the cases of current converter station fault or other station faults is analyzed. The actual effect of a frequency coordination control system on a converter station in East China power grid is investigated by testing the actual power, voltage and current variation of a conventional DC transmission system.","PeriodicalId":140420,"journal":{"name":"2018 13th IEEE Conference on Industrial Electronics and Applications (ICIEA)","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129900378","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Since the camera has been in the natural environment for a long time it is vulnerable to all kinds of interference resulting in the recorded video information is no longer of monitoring value. In this paperwe propose a detection method based on convolution neural network aiming at the problem of dust speckle interference in video surveillance. We train a fully convolutional network for segmentation and a convolutional neural network for classification simultaneously. Experimental results show that using the result after the classification as the input of the segmentation can reduce the false positives rate of the segmentation result. To handle the issue that only the angular position of driven gear is measurable, state estimation filters are designed. By introducing a nonlinear damping term in the virtual control design of each recursive step and adding robust terms in the parameter update laws, the effects due to dead-zone nonlinearity are effectively compensated. It is shown that all the closed-loop signals are ensured bounded and the output regulation error converges to a compact set. Simulation results are provided to show the effectiveness of the proposed adaptive control scheme.","PeriodicalId":140420,"journal":{"name":"2018 13th IEEE Conference on Industrial Electronics and Applications (ICIEA)","volume":"34 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126975141","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The current sharing control of multiple parallel-connected energy storage subsystems is discussed in this paper. Firstly, the circuit configuration of parallel-connected energy storage system based on centralized control is introduced, and the equivalent model is established. Then the expressions of active and reactive circulating current in parallel system are deduced and analyzed. The result shows that the circulating current is related to the output voltage as well as parallel impedance, and can be suppressed by adjusting the output voltage. Moreover, considering the coupling between active and reactive circulation and the static error of impedance, a current sharing control strategy based on power series decoupling is proposed. The decoupling controller is designed and verified to have good robustness. The experimental results show that regardless of various loads, the proposed control method can not only maintain the stability of system voltage and frequency, but also has good static and dynamic current sharing accuracy.","PeriodicalId":140420,"journal":{"name":"2018 13th IEEE Conference on Industrial Electronics and Applications (ICIEA)","volume":"51 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124022613","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
