As the key interface equipment to undertake power conversion, energy integration and management, energy router plays a significant role in EI. In this way, a home energy router and energy management strategy for AC/DC hybrid sources and consumers is proposed in this paper. The architecture, communication system and energy management are introduced and discussed. The proposed home energy router could provide six kinds of interfaces. Each interface can realize the plug-and-play of sources and consumers. The energy flow will autonomously choose the optimized path between energy sources and consumers by using the home energy management system. As sources and consumers in the proposed architecture could be in different AC or DC forms, and voltage levels or qualities, more flexible path selection could be provided for power supply compared to traditional configuration. In this paper, the automation of electric cable harnesses is focused, hardware and software architectures are modularized to maximize the system capability to test a variety of harnesses and simplify system designs. A new testing system is proposed, its design is discussed in details, and its performance has been validated by the experiments over the prototyped instrumentation. It has shown that the modularized testing system is able to test a wide scope of harnesses in a cost-effective way; it outperformed human operators significantly in terms of testing time and reliability. At first, a 2-D model was established for the conventional rectangular busbar, and the finite element method (FEM) was applied in the electromagnetic field calculation to obtain the distribution of current density and power losses of the busbar conductor. Then, sequential coupled method was adopted to introduce power losses as the heat source into the thermal-fluid field of the rectangular busbar, to determine the proportions of heat release through convection and heat release through radiation of the busbar conductor. Considering the deficiencies that larger material consumption and low current density of the rectangular busbar, the irregular busbar is designed by taking influence of the proximity effect and the skin effect into account. Finally, the electromagnetic field analysis was taken as the basis in the structure field analysis to obtain the vibration distribution of the irregular busbar. It is gradually applied to the architecture analysis and design of complex hardware and software systems. SysML provides a visual modeling approach in the field of systems engineering that enables a clear explanation of the system's design. However, SysML uses a semi-formal description method [1], which uses natural language to describe the constraints and detailed semantics of systems. This leads to the fact that SysML itself lacks the accurate semantics and it is difficult to conduct rigorous semantic analysis and model quality verification directly. This paper provides a method that transforms SysML state machine into Petri net in propose of overcoming the difficulty of analysis and verification under the dynamic behavior of the state machine. The simplified discrete model is built by linearizing model coefficient. The calculation method of unknown load is given. The inductor current and the output voltage of actual system are sampled to calculate the load for updating the load parameters of the model. The control duty is deduced by substituting model states into objective function and minimizing the function. According to the error between the model output and the actual system output, the system control error is modified by adjusting the reference values in the objective function of the model. A Dual-redundancy Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (DR-PMSM) controller is designed, and the coordination technology between dual-redundancy motors is analyzed. On the basis of this theory, the mathematical model and simulation model of DR-PMSM are established by using Simulink software. By using the vector control method of direct axis current be set to zero, the servo performances of the system under different conditions are studied. Combined with redundancy control technology, the simulation of DR-PMSM control is carried out, this provides the basis for practical application. Firstly, an auxiliary power load correction model is put forward with parameter identification method base on operational data of power plant. Secondly, this paper tests thermal power unit leading phase ability on different system voltages and unit output. The case study tests thermal power unit leading phase ability based on operational data of an actual generating unit between June 2013 and June 2016, and compares simulation results with leading phase test result. To deal with this problem, we present a new pansharpening method using multistage joint bilateral filtering. Our method first separates the multispectral data into intensity and angular components by hyperspherical color transform (HCT). Then the proposed multistage joint bilateral filter is used to capture the different-scale details of both the panchromatic and the intensity images. Specifically, multistage joint bilateral filter performs joint bilateral filtering iteratively while the reference image remains unchanged and the filtering parameters vary progressively. The structure information with different scale is aware and the corresponding spatial details can be effectively extracted. The total spatial details are then combined and injected into the intensity component of the MS imagery. Finally, all the fused MS bands are obtained by the inverse HCT. The experiment is carried out on IKONOS and GeoEye-1 satellite images, respectively. In the proposed strategy, wavelet decomposition decouples the transient dynamics power, while the fuzzy controller carries on the secondary distribution of load power between the two energy sources, according to energy levels of the power sources and load demand level. Compared with the traditional method using wavelet decomposition only, this strategy can effectively reduce the consumption of the battery, prolong the battery lifetime and adjust the state of charge (SOC) of supercapacitor.
