To improve the accuracy especially in the challenging regions such as boundaries and occluded regions, this paper presents a new cost aggregation approach on minimum spanning trees called robust weighted minimum spanning tree (W-MST). Our method applies not only color features but also gradient information to compute weight in order to improve the matching accuracy in textureless regions. Furthermore, we combine local smoothness with cost aggregation to address the shortage of the “fronto-parallel plane” and obtain accurate disparity boundaries. Besides, the proposed algorithm has low complexity and only requires a linear time implementation. Reduced-dimension transformation is utilized to reduce the dimension of the received data matrix at first, and then the unitary transformation is employed to transform the complex covariance matrix of the received data into a real-valued one. To further reduce the computational complexity, a real polynomial rooting technique is presented to determine the local maxima of the MUSIC spectrum that corresponding to the DOAs of the targets instead of the computationally-expensive spectrum search. However, the existing applications and discussions are focused on the encapsulation models of the old version with obvious lack of the researches of the newgeneration wind turbine models. In this paper, the overall wind turbine models of PSD-BPA are systematically arranged and analyzed. In addition, the technical characteristics are verified by comparisons with PSS/E and the actually measured data. This paper proposes a safety-related classification approach for InfoSys, which is based upon the ‘reliance’ aspect of the ‘user-InfoSys’ relationship. These algorithms may have some unstable factors which would bring some undesirable results. In order to improve the performance of the algorithm, a novel algorithm, PSO_LPA, based both on particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm and label propagation algorithm (LPA), is proposed. The PSO_LPA algorithm uses PSO algorithm as the framework to find the non-overlapping community structure. Based on the obtained non-overlapping community structure, the PSO_LPA algorithm marks each node with a label which describes the probability of the node belongs to the communities. With the help of the labels, the PSO_LPA algorithm can find the overlapping nodes by some weighted operations. The proposed algorithm is tested on several real-world networks. In the proposed algorithm, a new heuristic function is presented to improve the efficiency of the path-planning of two-wheeled self-balancing vehicle and a dynamic weighting method for the evaluation function is proposed to balance the requirement between velocity and precise of the two-wheeled self-balancing vehicle. Additionally, the path is smoothed by deleting the redundant point. In the paper, the FFT is applied to obtain the RMS value of amplitude at each frequency signal, and then the total relative mean value is also calculated the whole vibration signal by the time domain algorithm. From the results, it can be found that the error is easily to be produced due to larger T cycle in low frequency process. So, by adding a low filter before the calculation of the RMS value, a new modified method is proposed to eliminate the error caused by the noninteger times period. At present, a basic assumption of the analyzing this problem is that the approaching missile moves with a constant velocity (CV) along a straight line. However, in realistic measurement scenarios, the approaching missile usually has a negative acceleration due to the depletion of missile propellant or the resistance to air. Therefore, the missile is not usually moving with CV in space, but rather moving with a constant negative acceleration. The research on the Cramer-Rao lower bounds (CRLB) of motion parameter of an approaching missile moves in the CV model is extensive. However, the CRLB of motion parameter of an approaching missile moves in the constant acceleration (CA) model has not been discussed until now. This paper aims to derive the CRLB of motion parameter of an approaching missile when the missile is assumed to move according to the CA model. The simulation verifies the correctness of our derivation by comparing with the variance of the maximum likelihood estimation. The electric power generated from the grid goes through the electric motor, crosses the bidirectional inverter used as three-boost rectifier and is received by the load (battery). An innovative fast-integrated charger based on segmented windings of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is introduced for plug-in electric vehicles (PEV). The three-phase with nine windings of PMSM is used during the traction and charging modes. Three (or single) phases of grid source are directly connected to the neutral points of segmented PMSM windings to provide high power density to the battery. The system configuration and operation of charging mode are explained in detail for proposed integrated on-board charger. The simulation models are designed by using Ansoft Maxwell, Ansys Maxwell circuit editor, and Matlab/Simulink softwares, and simulation results are presented to verify the performance of the proposed system. The main contents of the paper are as follows: firstly, several methods of biomedical imaging are briefly introduced. The advantages of microwave medical imaging are illustrated by comparison. Then, the electromagnetic characteristics of the biological tissue are described, in which the two important parameters are relative permittivity and conductivity. The following is a description of the experiment. The biological tissues used in the experiment are simulated biological tissues made of oil, gelatin, sodium chloride and other materials. The advantage of using simulated biological tissue is to reduce the uncertainties, to facilitate control of the relative permittivity and conductivity, and ensure the success of subsequent biologic imaging.
