On the basis of this theory, the mathematical model and simulation model of DR-PMSM are established by using Simulink software. By using the vector control method of direct axis current be set to zero, the servo performances of the system under different conditions are studied. Combined with redundancy control technology, the simulation of DR-PMSM control is carried out, this provides the basis for practical application. 摘要

机电致动器在动力传动系统中有着广泛的应用,本文分析了机电致动器中电机伺服系统的工作原理。设计了双冗余永磁同步电机(DR-PMSM)控制器,分析了双冗余电机之间的协调技术。在此基础上,利用Simulink软件建立了DR-PMSM的数学模型和仿真模型。采用直轴电流置零的矢量控制方法,研究了系统在不同工况下的伺服性能。结合冗余控制技术,对DR-PMSM控制进行了仿真,为实际应用提供了依据。最后对所设计的控制器进行了测试,测试结果表明控制器达到了设计要求。
