Now, the frequency of the MOSFET can reach more than 1MHz, but the capacity of the MOSFET is small, which makes the output power of the E class power amplifier smaller. Aiming at the problem of the small output power of Class E power amplifier, this paper proposes the structure of three-phase class E power amplifier. Abstract
