However, many of the existing exoskeletons are limited to a very specific task and can't cope with the diversity of the patient's condition. So, it's necessary to introduce modularization into lower extremity rehabilitation exoskeleton robot. In this paper, the control system platform for modular lower extremity rehabilitation exoskeleton is designed, including the design of hardware platform and software platform Three joint modules are designed in the platform and they can be reconfigured to meet different training tasks. In the hardware aspect, the multi-axis motion controller is taken as the main control module, which can connect the joint modules easily through the reserved electrical interface. In terms of software, the interface of upper computer is developed based on QT. It has the functions of reading data, collecting feedback information, drawing real-time position curve and so on. The rehabilitation training of single joint or multiple joints can be carried out by selecting the suitable joint modules. Furthermore, simulation of the hip joint module and experiment of the knee joint module have been conducted in order to verify the feasibility of the platform.","PeriodicalId":140420,"journal":{"name":"2018 13th IEEE Conference on Industrial Electronics and Applications (ICIEA)","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134582360","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, people will inevitably encounter the sound delay due to different factors while they are researching on the sound triggered by the event, which has influence on the expected effect to some extent.so It is an imminent thing to propose a reasonable test of sound to delay and analyze the factors causing the sound delay to optimize it. Based on Web Audio, this paper aims to propose a reasonable and effective test method by analyzing the delay generated by audio on different platforms, so as to realize the purpose of automatically testing the sound delay by setting the fixed length. The experimental results show that the delay analyzed by the external stress test is different from that analyzed by the internal stress test under different browsers and different operating systems.","PeriodicalId":140420,"journal":{"name":"2018 13th IEEE Conference on Industrial Electronics and Applications (ICIEA)","volume":"20 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134599688","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A variety of methods have been explored to address this issue, but have limited success. This paper introduces an innovative method to monitor the abrasive belt condition quantitatively by using grinding sound signals. Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) and Discrete Wavelet Decomposition (DWD) are deployed to distinguish the belt-wear related signals. Sound features are extracted from the separated signals. Using these features, a back propagation neural network is developed to predict the index measure of grinding ability factor which quantifies the belt wear condition and hence the Material Removal Rate (MRR). The prediction result shows that the relative errors under different grinding forces are all less than 4%, and the proposed prediction method is robust and effective.","PeriodicalId":140420,"journal":{"name":"2018 13th IEEE Conference on Industrial Electronics and Applications (ICIEA)","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133921987","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The charging system shuts down when a electric vehicle is running and the driving system shut down when a electric vehicle is being charged. Therefore, the power converter of driving system can be used as a rectifier module to reduce the volume, weight and cost of a electric vehicle. Three-phase Z-source converter is researched in this paper, as it can not only drive motors in inverter mode but can also charge the battery in rectifier mode. In the three-phase Z-source charger, the range of output voltage is wider due to its Buck characteristic. In order to enhancing the integration level of the driving system and charging system, connection type of motor windings is modified to replace the filter inductors in the three-phase Z-source integrated charger. A charging control method is proposed and experimental platform is built to verify this method.","PeriodicalId":140420,"journal":{"name":"2018 13th IEEE Conference on Industrial Electronics and Applications (ICIEA)","volume":"50 1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131045157","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

When the frequency of measuring rake is close to the inherent frequency of engine or flow excitation frequency, it is easy to produce resonance, and even damage the measuring rake. In the paper, the size of head model is optimized, and a head model is also designed to be a cantilever beam is designed. And then the inherent natural frequency and vibration mode are extracted to discuss the relationship between the excitation frequencies of structure. The finite element software ANSYS is applied to establish the parametric model of measuring rake, and the natural frequency with the variation of each parameter is also studied. From the analysis results, it can be seen that the radius change of measuring rake can directly affect the first two order frequencies, up to 10Hz with the change of 0.1mm. While the frequency change can be more obvious if the length changes over 1mm. The results can provide reference for improving the design size of measuring rake, so as to avoid the subsequent resonance damage.","PeriodicalId":140420,"journal":{"name":"2018 13th IEEE Conference on Industrial Electronics and Applications (ICIEA)","volume":"79 3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131174746","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

By detecting the rotor position and inputting a variable frequent current to the stator windings, the LCI can drive the motor from standstill to a given speed. Thus, rotor position detecting method comes to be the key techniques, but at the ultra-low speed period, the motor's terminal voltage is too low to accurately sampling and is vulnerable to the interference, which brings risks to the variable frequency driving. In this paper, through analyzing the principles of LCI and a running fault problem, a constant frequency electrical angle control methods is introduced to solve the difficulty of detecting the rotor position in the low speed period. A 300MW synchronous machine driven with a 19MW LCI are experimented in MATLAB and RTDS systems, the results show that the proposed control strategy can realize soft-start of the wound-field synchronous motor without detecting rotor's position.","PeriodicalId":140420,"journal":{"name":"2018 13th IEEE Conference on Industrial Electronics and Applications (ICIEA)","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130978587","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In order to solve the high-dimensional gene expression profiles, the Lasso-Cox model has been proposed and widely used in survival analysis. Based on the sparse regression algorithm, the regularization parameter must be carefully tuned by cross-validation to optimize performance. In this paper, we introduce an algorithm based on simple Bayesian approach to replace the process of parameter selection, and the regularization parameter is determined adaptively in training. Simulation results show that variable selection of Bayesian-Lasso (BLasso) can be more accurate than that of Lasso method. We also apply our algorithm to a real dataset DLBCL, and the selected genes have been proven to have close relationship with the tumor.","PeriodicalId":140420,"journal":{"name":"2018 13th IEEE Conference on Industrial Electronics and Applications (ICIEA)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131155451","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
