The students of industrial design major have the advantage of design thinking in the innovation activities, that is, the design is the creative activity. Therefore, for the design college students, engaging in innovation, entrepreneurship and creation have their own professional characteristics. And the corresponding talent training methods for students are also different from the requirements of general science and engineering majors. However, there are some problems in the education methods that guide students to innovate and start a business. These problems have hindered the efficient implementation of “ICE”, resulting in corresponding problems in the cultivation methods, such as lack of understanding and unreasonable curriculum settings. This paper discusses the ways and methods of industrial design for college students in innovation and entrepreneurship, and clarifies the misunderstandings. The aim is to remind teachers who are engaged in entrepreneurship education to pay attention to these problems, so as to guide design college students to correctly treat the \"ICE\" problems. In short, combining the professional characteristics with the realistic conditions is the necessary precondition for entrepreneurship education in design. We should take the use of the creative characteristics of design. Besides, reasonable educational methods to solve the problems are effective ways to cultivate design entrepreneurial talents. The conclusions of this paper indicate that the agglomeration of agricultural products processing industry in Hubei province is more obvious, but there are large differences in different regions. On the whole, the agglomeration of agricultural products processing industry has a significant impact on county economic growth, showing an inverted U-shaped relationship of first rising and then falling. The implementation effect and tax planning changes of the general income tax has received extensive public concern. On basis of the summary of policy changes of the general income tax, this article analyzes its implementation effect, and concludes that general income tax is helpful for tax reduction and fairness improvement. To perfect the individual income tax, the article analyzes the problems of the general income tax and put forwards some suggestions, just as to unify the caliber of the taxable income of the four income items, to unify the withholding regulations and to optimize pre-tax deduction. Finally, this article discusses the tax planning changes caused by the new general income tax. Secondly, this paper analyzes the risk occurrence mechanism of aviation complex equipment collaborative development project, and introduces the milestone events and the relationship between events. In addition, based on the system optimal control theory and the risk transfer function, with the goal of minimizing risk loss and risk control cost, this paper constructs a risk optimization model for the aviation complex equipment collaborative development system, and solves the degree of risk optimization of the milestone events. Finally, the model is validated by an example, which proves the validity of the model and provides reference for the collaborative development of aviation complex equipment in the future. Based on the theory of \"technology enactment framework\", this paper analyses the following dilemmas in technology enactment of state-run nursing home: insufficient utilization of information technology, insufficient integration of information technology and organizational forms, insufficient matching institutional arrangements for optimizing the utilization of information technology, and insufficient evaluation of the application results of information technology.
