Secondly, this paper analyzes the risk occurrence mechanism of aviation complex equipment collaborative development project, and introduces the milestone events and the relationship between events. In addition, based on the system optimal control theory and the risk transfer function, with the goal of minimizing risk loss and risk control cost, this paper constructs a risk optimization model for the aviation complex equipment collaborative development system, and solves the degree of risk optimization of the milestone events. Finally, the model is validated by an example, which proves the validity of the model and provides reference for the collaborative development of aviation complex equipment in the future.
