The purpose of  this  study  was  to  clarify  the  the effect of academic supervision of school supervisors and teacher professionalism on the quality of learning. This study was conducted to determine how the influence of learning motivation on student achievement in the X class Archives Subject in the 2017/2018 Academic Year. This study used a survey method. The data collection technique used a Likert scale model questionnaire. Respondents were 106 class X students majoring in Office Administration at SMK Bina Warga Bandung for the 2017/2018 academic year. The data analysis technique used simple regression. The results showed that learning motivation had an influence on student achievement. Therefore, student learning achievement can be increased through increasing learning motivation from within students.ABSTRAKABSTRAKPermasalahan yang dikaji adalah belum maksimalnya prestasi belajar pada Mata Pelajaran Kearsipan kelas X di SMK Bina Warga Bandung. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Kearsipan kelas X pada Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket model skala likert. Responden adalah 106 siswa kelas X jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Bina Warga Bandung Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar memiliki pengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. This research employed a quantitative research and purposive random sampling, the sample of this research is consisting 128 students. Techniques of collecting data used were questionnaire and documentation. The data was analyzed using a multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of research were as follows: (1) Mastery of  information technology is giving an  impact on the work readiness; (2) Learning achievement is not giving an impact on the work readiness; (3) Mastery of information technology and learning achievement are giving an impact on the work readiness.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui: (1) pengaruh penguasaan teknologi informasi terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa; (2) pengaruh prestasi belajar terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa; (3) pengaruh penguasaan teknologi informasi dan prestasi terhadap kesiapan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dan teknik purposive sampling dengan sampel berjumlah 128 mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis linier regresi berganda. Based on the data analysis result that used multiple regression and product moment correlation, the data collected through survey method using questionnaire to 35 respondents which is all teachers of one privat vocational school in Bandung. The result of analysis shows that motivation and work discipline have a correlation on the teacher’s work ethic either partially or simultaneously. The results of this study can provide an implication of the optimal teacher’s work ethic and also as an assessment of education to improve motivation and work discipline of teachers as a variable that effects the teacher’s work ethic that could improve teacher productivity.ABSTRAKTulisan ini mengkaji secara khusus tentang motivasi dan disiplin kerja guru sebagai faktor yang diduga mempengaruhi etos kerja guru. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan regresi ganda dan korelasi product moment dimana data yang dikumpulkan melalui metode survey dengan menggunakan angket terhadap 35 responden yaitu seluruh guru pada salah satu Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) swasta di Kota Bandung. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa motivasi dan disiplin kerja guru memiliki korelasi yang cukup tinggi terhadap etos kerja guru baik secara parsial maupun simultan. This study uses explanatory survey methods and data collection techniques using questionnaires. Respondents in this study amounted to 81 students of class XI Office Administration. Data analysis techniques use regression. The results showed that self-efficacy and learning discipline had a positive and significant influence on student learning outcomes, both partially and simultaneously. Therefore, learning outcomes can be improved through increased self-efficacy and learning discipline.ABSTRAK Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan hasil penelitian mengenai pengaruh efikasi diri dan disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa di salah satu sekolah menengah kejuruan di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey eksplanasi dan menyebarkan angket untuk teknik pengumpulan datanya. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran yang berjumlah 81. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri dan disiplin belajar memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. The sampling technique in this study is probability sampling using the Slovin formula with 84 students. Furthermore, data collection techniques were carried out through documentation and distributing Likert Scale questionnaires. This research is included in quantitative research. The results of this study indicate (1) the significant influence of smartphone usage on learning motivation; (2) there is a significant influence of the use of e-learning on learning motivation; (3) there is a significant influence between the use of smartphones and the use of e-learning on learning motivation.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk (1) mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan smartphone terhadap motivasi belajar pada pelaksanaan On The Job Training; (2) mengetahui pengaruh pemanfaatan e-learning terhadap motivasi belajar pada pelaksanaan On The Job Training; (3) mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan smartphone dan pemanfaatan e-learning terhadap motivasi belajar pada pelaksanaan On The Job Training. teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah probability sampling menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan responden sejumlah 84 siswa. Selanjutnya, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui dokumentasi dan menyebarkan angket skala likert. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian kuantitatif. This research was conducted in the Education Department of West Java Province. Based on the results of data analysis using a simple regression where the data collected through survey methods by using questionnaires to 50 respondents i.e. employees in the General and Officials Department of Education Office of West Java Province. The results of the data analysis show that remuneration has an effect on the performance of employees. The results of this study may provide implications for the remuneration process. Similarly, assessment of relevant agencies to consider remuneration as a predictor variable in order to improve the performance of better employees.ABSTRAKArtikel ini mengkaji secara khusus tentang sistem remunerasi sebagai faktor yang diduga dapat mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan regresi sederhana dimana data yang dikumpulkan melalui metode survey dengan menggunakan angket terhadap 50 responden yaitu pegawai pada Bagian Umum dan Kepegawaian Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat. Hasil analisis data tersebut menunjukkan bahwa remunerasi mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan implikasi terhadap proses pemberian remunerasi. The study employed a quantitative method. An instrument used in this study was a questionnaire distributed to 91 Office Administration students as the subject of the study. The study used the cognitive theory proposed by Jean Piaget. The findings reveal that there is a positive and significant influence of learning media on student learning activities. The findings is based on the measurement of simple linear regression where the coefficient correlation (rxy) is 0.8029 with the obtained r2 or coefficient determination is 64.46%. If the effectiveness of learning media increases, the effectiveness of student learning activity will also increase, specifically on the subject of Archives in Office Administration.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh media pembelajaran terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran siswa, khususnya pada mata pelajaran Kearsipan. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket yang disebarkan kepada 91 orang siswa sebagai responden. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori belajar perkembangan kognitif dari Jean Piaget. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari penggunaan media pembelajaran kearsipan terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran siswa. Hal ini dilihat dari nilai koefisien korelasi (rxy) adalah sebesar 0,8029 dengan koefisien determinasi (r2) sebesar 64,46%. Apabila efektivitas penggunaan media pembelajaran kearsipan meningkat, maka efektivitas pembelajaran siswa pun akan meningkat. Work cannot be completed by employees quickly and easily without adequate infrastructure. This study aims to (1) determine the effect of office layout on employee performance; (2) determine the effect of infrastructure on employee performance; (3) determine the effect of office layout and infrastructure on employee performance. The sampling technique used is probability sampling using the Slovin formula. While the data collection technique is done by using observation, interviews, and questionnaires using a Likert scale. This type of research is a quantitative approach. The results showed that there were (1) a significant effect of X1 on Y; (2) there is a significant effect of X2 on Y; (3) there is a significant influence between X1 and X2 on Y. It is hoped that better office spatial renewal and periodic maintenance of infrastructure will be carried out.ABSTRAKTata ruang kantor yang diterapkan dengan baik akan membuat pegawai mampu melakukan pekerjaannya secara mudah dan nyaman sehingga dapat tercipta kualitas kerja yang baik. Pekerjaan tidak dapat diselesaikan oleh pegawai dengan cepat dan mudah tanpa adanya sarana prasarana yang memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui pengaruh tata ruang kantor terhadap kinerja pegawai; (2) mengetahui pengaruh sarana prasarana terhadap kinerja pegawai; (3) mengetahui pengaruh tata ruang kantor dan sarana prasarana terhadap kinerja pegawai.  Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah probability sampling menggunakan rumus Slovin. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner menggunakan skala likert. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat (1) pengaruh signifikan X1 terhadap Y; (2) ada pengaruh X2 yang signifikan terhadap Y; (3) ada pengaruh signifikan antara X1 dan X2 terhadap Y.
