The research method used explanatory survey method. Data collection technique used questionnaire rating scale 5 scale models. Respondents are 70 students of vocational high school in Cimahi. Data were analyzed using simple regression. Data analysis techniques use multiple regression and product moment correlation. The result revealed that the learning facilities and teaching methods to learn both partially and simultaneously, has the positive and significant influence toward students learning outcomes.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh fasilitas belajar dan metode mengajar guru sebagai faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar peserta didik. Metode penelitian menggunakan explanatory survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket skala 5 model rating scale. Responden adalah 70 siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) di Kota Cimahi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi ganda dan korelasi product moment. This research was conducted to find out how the influence of learning independence on student learning outcomes in class X filing subjects. This study used a survey method. Data was collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale. The units analyzed were 67 students of class X majoring in Office Administration at SMK Nasional Bandung. Data analysis techniques use simple regression. The results of the study show that learning independence has an influence on learning outcomes. Therefore, student learning outcomes can be improved through increased learning independence from within students.ABSTRAKPermasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah belum maksimalnya hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran kearsipan kelas X di SMK Nasional Bandung. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran kearsipan kelas X. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket dengan menggunakan skala likert. Unit yang dianalisis 67 siswa kelas X jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Nasional Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemandirian belajar memiliki pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar. Based on the results of data analysis by using simple regression where data collected through survey method using question form answers to the 51 students in vocational high school in Bandung as the respondent. The results of the analysis of data indicates that interpersonal communications teacher had an impact on the effectiveness of learning of students. The results of this research can provide implications towards the learning process. the results showed teacher’s interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect against the effectiveness of learning of students. Thus the effectiveness of student learning can be enchanced through improved interpersonal communication teachers.ABSTRAKArtikel ini mengkaji secara khusus tentang komunikasi interpersonal guru sebagai faktor yang diduga kuat mempengaruhi efektivitas pembelajaran siswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan regresi sederhanadimana data yang dikumpulkan melalui metode survey dengan menggunakan angket jawaban terhadap 51 siswa pada salah satu Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri di Bandung sebagai responden. Hasil analisis data tersebut menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal guru mempunyai pengaruh terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran siswa. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan implikasi terhadap proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan komunikasi interpersonal guru memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran siswa. Data collection techniques used observation sheets and objective tests, which were analyzed using normalized gain score calculations. Respondents are students in one of the Vocational Schools. The results of the study show that learning outcomes using the memorization learning model have a high effect on learning outcomes. Thus schools can implement memorization models to improve student learning outcomes.ABSTRAKTulisan ini mengkaji secara khusus tentang peningkatan hasil belajar melalui model pembelajaran. Sebagai salah satu model pembelajaran yang digunakan model memorization. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode quasi eksperimen, dengan desain Nonequivalenty Control Group Design. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi dan tes objektif, yang dianalisis menggunakan perhitungan skor gain ternormalisasi. Responden adalah siswa disalah satu jarusan SMK. Adapun hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar menggunakan model pembelajaran memorization berpengaruh tinggi terhadap hasil belajar. It is characterized by a recapitulation of the students’ attendance that is not on maximum category and acquisition of learning outcomes of students which have not reached the Minimum Mastery Criteria in school. This article aims to show the results of research on the effect of interpersonal communication skill of teacher towards students’ learning motivation in grade XI of office administration class in one of the Private Vocational School in Cimahi. The method used in this research was explanatory survey, with respondents as many as 57 students. The results of data analysis showed that the students' learning motivation is in the medium category and teachers' interpersonal communication skills are in fairly effective category. However, teachers' interpersonal communication skills has a positive and significant impact on students’ learning motivation. In order to increase students' learning motivation, it is needed to improve effectiveness of teachers’ interpersonal communication.ABSTRAKPermasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya motivasi belajar siswa. Hal ini ditandai dengan rekapitulasi kehadiran siswa yang belum maksimal dan perolehan hasil belajar siswa yang belum mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM) di sekolah. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan hasil penelitian tentang pengaruh kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran di salah satu Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) swasta di Cimahi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey eksplanatory, dengan responden sebanyak 57 orang siswa. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar siswa berada pada kategori sedang dan kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal guru berada pada kategori cukup efektif. Namun demikian, komunikasi interpersonal guru memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. The study used a pre-validated survey instrument to measure the perceptions of 50 teachers about affective commitment, normative commitment, and sustainability commitments, as well as their motivation and performance in schools. A multiple regression equation is used to assess the effect of organizational commitment and work motivation on performance and prove whether or not there is a relationship between organizational commitment and work motivation with teacher performance. This study empirically confirms the positive impact of organizational commitment and work motivation on teacher performance which in turn will have a positive impact on school quality.ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana komitmen organisasi dan motivasi kerja dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru terutama dalam studi kasus dari guru-guru di SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen survei skala pra-divalidasi untuk mengukur persepsi dari 50 orang guru tentang komitmen afektif , komitmen normatif, dan komitmen keberlanjutan, serta motivasi dan kinerja mereka di sekolah. Persamaan regresi ganda digunakan menilai pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja dan membuktikan ada atau tidaknya hubungan antara komitmen organisasi dan motivasi kerja dengan kinerja guru. It is characterized with low final value grade X on subjects of Office Automation. The purpose of this research is to know the State of the infrastructure, the level of interest in learning, learning achievement levels of students, whether or not there is the influence of the infrastructure of learning towards student’s learning achievement, there is absence of influence interest in learning achievement, and there is not the influence of learning facilities and infrastructure as well as interest in learning learning achievements against students on subjects of Office Automation in SMK, Bandung. The respondents in this study amounts to 32 students grade X at Office Administration’s class in SMK, Bandung. The methods used in this research is descriptive and verifikatif methods. Data collection techniques using question form were analyzed using regression. Based on the results of the analysis of the data indicates that learning facilities and infrastructure are on category learning, interests of studying are enough on an achievement, and categories of learning students are on a category is enough. The dual regression analysis calculation based on obtained results that learning facilities and infrastructure as well as interest in learning has a positive influence and significantly to achievement of learning.ABSTRAKPermasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran otomatisasi perkantoran di salah satu SMK di Bandung. Hal ini ditandai dengan rendahnya nilai akhir siswa kelas X pada mata pelajaran otomatisasi perkantoran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keadaan sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran, tingkat minat belajar, tingkat prestasi belajar siswa, ada tidaknya pengaruh sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, ada tidaknya pengaruh minat terhadap prestasi belajar, dan ada tidaknya pengaruh sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran serta minat belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran otomatisasi perkantoran di salah satu SMK di Bandung. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 32 siswa kelas X administrasi perkantoran di salah satu SMK di Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket yang dianalisis menggunakan regresi ganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran berada pada kategori cukup lengkap, minat belajar berada pada kategori cukup tinggi, dan prestasi belajar siswa berada pada kategori cukup tinggi.
