This study employed explanatory survey method. This research also used data collection technique in the form of questionnaire with rating scale model. Respondents of this study include students of a Vocational High School in Bandung. Data analysis technique in this research is regression technique. The results show that the professional competence of teachers and powerpoint as a media of learning have a positive and significant influence on the effectiveness of learning, either partially or simultaneously. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode explanatory survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan model rating scale. Responden adalah siswa salah satu SMK Swasta di Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi. Abstract
