Techniques of collecting data used were questionnaire and documentation. The data was analyzed using a multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of research were as follows: (1) Mastery of  information technology is giving an  impact on the work readiness; (2) Learning achievement is not giving an impact on the work readiness; (3) Mastery of information technology and learning achievement are giving an impact on the work readiness.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui: (1) pengaruh penguasaan teknologi informasi terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa; (2) pengaruh prestasi belajar terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa; (3) pengaruh penguasaan teknologi informasi dan prestasi terhadap kesiapan kerja. 摘要
