It is characterized by the existence of learning facilities that are still inadequate and learning readiness that students cannot yet realize. From this phenomenon it can be explained that the office administration program at one on Vocational School Cimahi has not been able to realize optimal learning. This study examine the factors that influence learning outcomes from two factors that influence it. Namely learning facilities and learning readiness. the researcher use multiple regression text data analysis tecniques and product moment correlations to find contributions from each variable. The explanasi survey method was had been distributed, respondenst determined by reseachers, namely 106 students. The results showed that learning facilities were perceived good and learning readiness was highly perceived, partially or simultaneously learning facilities and learning readiness showed positive and significant effects, meaning that optimal learning outcomes were dependent on good learning facilities and high learning readiness.ABSTRAKPermasalahan yang dikaji dalam tulisan ini yaitu rendahnya hasil belajar siswa salah satu Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) di Cimahi. Hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan bahwa terdapat fasilitas belajar yang belum memadai serta kesiapan belajar yang belum bisa terealisasikan oleh siswa. Dari fenomena yang didapati menunjukkan bahwa salah satu SMK di Cimahi belum bisa merealisasikan pembelajaran yang optimal. Penelitian ini mengkaji aspek yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa di antaranya yaitu fasilitas belajar dan kesiapan belajar. Peneliti menggunakan teknik analisis uji regresi ganda serta korelasi product moment untuk mendapati kontribusi dari setiap varibel. Metode survey explanasi digunakan peneliti untuk mengumpulkan hasil analisis data dari sebuah angket yang sudah disebarkan, responden yang ditentukan peneliti yaitu 106 siswa di salah satu SMK Cimahi. This research aimed to measure the effect of readiness and learning style on students learning achievement. Eplanation survey is the method of this research with quantitative research approach. The population included all of the students of 10th grade of the Automation Skill and Office Management Program in SMK Nasional Bandung. The data analysis technique which used in this research was multiple regression analysis. Based on students' perception, the conclusion is the learning readiness was in the high category, students' learning style was in the effective category, and the students' learning achievement was in a moderate category. Hypothesis testing informed that the readiness and students' learning style had a significant positive effect on students learning achievement.ABSTRAKPermasalahan yang menjadi kajian penelitian ini ialah rendahnya prestasi belajar peserta didik. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengukur pengaruh kesiapan dan gaya belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Kearsipan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survey explanasi, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh siswa Kelas X Program Keahlian Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran di SMK Nasional Bandung. Regresi ganda digunakan sebagai teknik analisis data. Berdasarkan persepsi siswa yang menjadi responden, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kesiapan belajar mereka berada pada kategori tinggi, gaya belajar berada dalam kategori efektif, prestasi belajar berada dalam kategori sedang. With motivation, the learning process is believed to be easier and maximum learning outcomes can be achieved. This paper presents the results of a research aimed at determining the effect of learning motivation on learning outcomes of class X SMK students in all productive, adaptive and normative subjects. The study adopted an explanatory survey as the research method, in which a set of questionnaires consisting of 20 items of closed questions was administered as the research instrument. Respondents in this study were the students of class X semester 1 in a private vocational high school with B accreditation totaling 53 people. The results showed that there was a significant effect of learning motivation on student learning outcomes. This study supports the theory and previous research which found that the higher the level of learning motivation, the higher the level of learning outcomes achieved by students. This study emphasizes the importance of identifying student learning motivation by the teachers as a basis for formulating learning strategies and providing supporting teaching and learning facilities.ABSTRAKMotivasi merupakan salah satu kunci keberhasilan aktifitas pembelajaran siswa. Dengan adanya motivasi, proses pembelajaran diyakini menjadi lebih mudah dan hasil belajar yang maksimal dapat dicapai. Tulisan ini menyajikan hasil penelitian yang ditujukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa SMK kelas X dalam semua mata pelajaran produktif, adaptif dan normatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksplanatori survei dengan instrumen berupa angket yang terdiri dari 20 item pernyataan. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X semester 1 di sebuah SMK swasta dengan akreditasi B yang berjumlah 53 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan dari motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini mendukung teori dan penelitian terdahulu yang menemukan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat motivasi belajar maka semakin tinggi tingkat hasil belajar yang dicapai oleh siswa. Research using qualitative descriptive methods. Vocational Business and Management in Yogyakarta Province has carried out human resource management well. Planning is done according to needs. Recruitment through various media and selection of various stages to get HR according to qualifications. Employees are placed according to their competencies. Compensation and rewards follow employee contributions and performance. Development is carried out following the organization that houses it. Employees stop according to their own requirements or wishes. It is expected that SMKs can develop employees independently so that it does not depend on the organization that houses it.ABSTRAKManusia merupakan sumber daya paling utama pada organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen sumber daya manusia pada SMK Bisnis dan Manajemen di Provinsi DIY. Objek penelitian adalah 2 SMK Negeri dan 2 SMK Swasta di setiap kabupaten/ kota. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. SMK Bisnis dan Manajemen di Provinsi DIY telah melaksanakan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dengan baik. Perencanaan dilakukan menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan. Rekrutmen melalui berbagai media dan seleksi berbagai tahapan untuk mendapatkan SDM sesuai kualifikasi. Pegawai ditempatkan sesuai kompetensinya. Kompensasi dan penghargaan mengikuti kontribusi dan kinerja pegawai. Pengembangan dilakukan mengikuti organisasi yang menaunginya. Pegawai berhenti sesuai dengan ketentuan atau keinginan sendiri. This article describes the results of a research on the impact of learning motivation on student learning outcomes of an archival subject in one of the Private Vocational High Schools (SMK) in West Java, Indonesia. By adopting the explanatory survey method, data were obtained by distributing a set of questionnaires to 128 students respondents of Office Administration Department. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The results of descriptive statistics analysis showed student learning motivation was in the low category and student learning outcomes were not optimal because some students were still identified to have small grades, lowerthan the standardcriteria. The results of inferential analysis also confirmed that students motivation had a positive and significant effect on students’ learning achievement. The results of this study support general theory and previous studies that emphasize the relationship between the two variables. This study suggests the development of a conducive learning environment to facilitate the students to increase their learning motivation and to attain optimal learning outcomes.ABSTRAKMotivasi belajar merupakan salah satu faktor psikologis yang umum diyakini memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung siswa untuk mencapai hasil belajar yang optimal. Artikel ini memaparkan hasil penelitian mengenai impak dari motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata belajar kearsipan di salah satu Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Swasta di Jawa Barat. Dengan mengadopsi metode explanatory survey, data diperoleh melalui penyebaran angket kepada 128 responden yang merupakan siswa Kelas X Jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran. Data dianalisis dengan mengunakan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil analisis statistik deskriptif menunjukkan motivasi belajar siswa berada pada kategori rendah dan hasil belajar siswa belum maksimal karena masih terdapat siswa yang mendapatkan nilai di bawah Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM), adapun hasil analisis inferensial menunjukan motivasi belajar siswa memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian ini mendukung teori dan penelitian terdahulu yang menekankan keterkaitan antara kedua variabel tersebut. The population was selected from Diploma students of the English Language Program class 2016 semester VI, who in the second semester of 2018/2019 conducted Field Work Practices in several institutions. Data and information are processed from questionnaires distributed to respondents, processed through descriptive statistical analysis of 17 respondents which can be processed by 14 respondents. Based on the research results, it was concluded that 93% of office work carried out in work practice is a series of activities such as collecting, recording, processing, doubling, sending, and storing. The type of office work that is often done by respondents during work practices are the activity of collecting letters (64%), recording work activities (71.4%), making reports (64%), duplicate work is an activity carried out by all respondents in the form of photocopies and print documents (100%), the work of distributing or sending e-mails and facsimile (92%) of respondents, while the activity of storing letters / information (64%) is still manually.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas dari jenis-jenis pekerjaan kantor yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa pada saat melakukan praktik kerja lapangan. Populasi dipilih dari mahasiswa program studi Bahasa Inggris D3 Universitas Darma Persada angkatan 2016 semester VI, pada semester genap 2018/2019 melaksanakan kegiatan Praktik Kerja Lapangan pada beberapa instansi. Data dan informasi diketahui melalui kuesioner yang disebar ke responden, diolah melalui analisa statistik deskriptif dari 17 responden yang dapat diolah 14 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh simpulan, diketahui bahwa 93% pekerjaan kantor yang dilakukan dalam praktek kerja adalah pekerjaan kantor berupa rangkaian aktivitas, menghimpun, mencatat, mengolah, mengganda, mengirim, dan menyimpan. This condition is predicted by teachers competency factor problem. The research  that want to gain is how teachers competency giving contributing to teacher performance. Reseach method used is explanatory survey methode and data collecting instrument is used Quesionair Likert Scale. This research responden is teachers of  the  three  private SMK in Bandung amount 77 pepople. Data analisys  used is inferential statistic with simple regression formula and product  moment correlation formula. As technical analisis used SPSS software version. 20. The research finding is research hypothesis can proved as significant. The correlation between teachers competency and teachers performance is strong. The contribution volume of competency  to teachers  performance is not biger, but is enough for becoming predictor of teachers performance. Research congclution state that teachers competency is giving significant contribution to teachers performance.ABSTRAKYang melatar belakangi penelitian ini secara umum adalah masalah  kondisi kinerja guru yang masih lemah termasuk di dalamnya kinerja guru SMK yang juga masih memprihatinkan. Kondisi demikian diduga oleh bermasalahnya factor kompetensi guru. Tujuan penelitian yang ingin dicapai adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kontribusi kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey eksplanatory dan instrumen pengumpul data berupa angket berskala Likert. Responden penelitian adalah guru-guru dari tiga SMK swasta di kota Bandung yang berjumlah 77 guru. Analisis data menggunakan statistic imperensial formula regresi sederhana dan korelasi product moment. Secara teknis pengolahan data menggunakan software SPS versi 20. Temuan yang didapat adalah terujinya hipotesis penelitian secara signifikan, Korelasi antara kompetensi guru dengan kinerja guru adalah kuat/tinggi, Besaran kontribusi kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru tidaklah terlalu besar. namun cukup dapat meyakinkan jika kompetensi guru menjadi predictor terhadap kinerja guru. Reinforcement and teacher creativity are factors that are thought to have an influence on student motivation. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effect of giving reinforcement and teacher creativity to student motivation. The research method used was an explanatory survey method. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires to 79 students of class XI Office Administration at SMK Bina Wisata Lembang. Data analysis techniques using multiple regression through the SPSS application. The results showed that the giving of reinforcement and teacher creativity had an effect on student motivation. This is due to teachers who always provide reinforcement and creativity in teaching will increase student motivation. This means that by increasing of reinforcement and teacher creativity, student motivation will increase.ABSTRAKMasalah dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya motivasi belajar siswa sehingga fokus kajian diarahkan pada faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi belajar siswa. Pemberian penguatan (reinforcement) dan kreativitas mengajar guru merupakan faktor yang diduga memiliki pengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemberian penguatan (reinforcement) dan kreativitas mengajar guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode explanatory survey. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 79 siswa kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Bina Wisata Lembang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi ganda melalui aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian penguatan (reinforcement) dan kreativitas mengajar guru berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar siswa baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Hal ini disebabkan guru yang selalu memberikan penguatan dan kreatif dalam mengajar akan meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. This article discusses the findings of a study on the impacts of teacher’s teaching resourcefulness and student’s learning interest on learning outcomes in the subject of office equipment management at SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung. The study adopted survey method, where data were gathered using questionnaire distributed to a population of 70 tenth grade Students of the Office Administration Program. The findings show that teacher’s teaching resourcefulness and student’s learning interest had positive and significant effects on students’learning outcomes, both simultaneously and partially. Based on the results of this study indicate the importance of these two variables in an effort to improve student learning outcomes.ABSTRAKHasil belajar siswa dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor diantaranya adalah guru dan minat belajar siswa. Artikel ini membahas hasil penelitian tentang pengaruh kreativitas mengajar guru dan minat belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran kearsipan di SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survey dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket yang diberikan kepada populasi sejumlah 70 responden siswa kelas X Program Keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari kreativitas mengajar guru dan minat belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa baik secara simultan maupun parsial. This research uses a multiple regression test data analysis technique to find the contribution of each variable. Explanation survey method is used to collect the results of data analysis from a questionnaire that has been distributed, the respondents determined by researchers are 108 students in one of the Private Vocational High School in Bandung. Partially, students' motivation is in the high category and learning resources in the category are good. So if simultaneously these two things show an influence that is/is quite strong. The results of this study are that optimal student learning outcome depends on high student motivation and collaborative learning resources in their learning activities.ABSTRAK Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam tulisan ini yaitu mengkaji faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa dari dua faktor yang mempengaruhinya yaitu motivasi belajar siswa dan sumber belajar pada mata pelajaran produktif  Kearsipan. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan teknik analisis data uji regresi ganda untuk mendapati kontribusi dari setiap variabel. Metode survey eksplanasi digunakan untuk mengumpulkan hasil analisis data dari angket yang sudah disebarkan, responden yang ditentukan peneliti yaitu 108 orang siswa di salah satu Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Swasta di Kota Bandung. Secara parsial motivasi belajar siswa berkategori tinggi dan sumber belajar berkategori baik. Maka jika secara simultanpun dua hal tersebut melihatkan suatu pengaruh yang sedang/cukup kuat.
