Based on identification and analysis through multiple regression, data were obtained from the results of a survey in the form of a questionnaire on 92 class XII students at State Vocational Schools in the field of business and management expertise in Bandung City. The results show that the teacher's teaching creativity has a positive effect on entrepreneurial competence partially and simultaneously, while the professional competence of teachers has no influence on the entrepreneurial competence of students, the conclusions of this journal will provide a linkage to teachers and students in the teaching and learning process of the classroom, and is also useful as a observation so that teachers further develop professional competence and teacher teaching creativity that has the potential to affect the entrepreneurial competence of students to be more optimal.ABSTRAKJurnal ini membahas mengenai kompetensi profesional dan kreativitas mengajar guru yang menjadi variabel dirasa berdampak pada kompetensi kewirausahaan siswa. Berdasarkan indentifikasi dan analisis melalui regresi ganda, data diperoleh dari hasil survey berupa angket pada 92 siswa kelas XII di SMK Negeri bidang keahlian bisnis dan manajemen di Kota Bandung. Analysis of the effect of empowerment on teacher performance is the aim of the research conducted. To answer this problem, the authors used a survey explanatory method and a questionnaire as a means of collecting data with a rating scale model. The author took 41 teachers in a private vocational high school in Cimahi City as respondents who were the population in this study. The data analysis technique taken by the author is simple regression analysis. The results showed that empowerment had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance in the moderate category. Therefore, increasing empowerment is one thing that can be done so that teacher performance can increase.ABSTRAKPermasalahan yang menjadi kajian ini adalah kinerja guru yang belum optimal, ditandai dengan fluktuatifnya nilai kinerja guru dilihat dari Penilaian Kinerja Guru. Analisis pengaruh pemberdayaan terhadap kinerja guru merupakan tujuan dari penelitian yang dilakukan.  Untuk menjawab persoalan tersebut, penulis menggunakan metode survey explanatory dan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data dengan model rating scale. Penulis mengambil 41 guru di salah satu Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Swasta di Kota Cimahi sebagai responden yang merupakan populasi dalam penelitian ini. Teknik analisis data yang diambil oleh penulis yaitu analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengan kategori sedang. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale range. Data analysis used in this research is simple tabulation analysis, path analysis, correlation analysis, multiple linear analysis, and determination coefficient test using SPSS version 22.0. The results show that there is a positive and significant influence between discipline and the performance of private vocational teachers. Furthermore, the alumni competence also has a positive and significant effect on the performance of private vocational school teachers. Teacher competence is a variable that has a bigger influence on the performance of private vocational school teachers than discipline.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi, menganalisis, dan menjelaskan pengaruh disiplin dan kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru serta implikasinya terhadap kompetensi alumni, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dengan rentang skala likert. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis tabulasi sederhana, analisis jalur, analisis korelasi, analisis linier berganda, dan uji koefisien determinasi dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 22.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kedisiplinan dengan kinerja guru SMK swasta. Kompetensi alumni juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMK swasta. The reseacrhers used a quantitative approach with an explanatory survey methods, the data used by researchers in the form of primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires, the respondents determined by researchers were 62 students of class X in one of the private vocational schools in West Java. Data Analysis technique used by researchers is double regression. The results of the study that were studied showed that : Partially or simultaneously, teacher performance is categorized as fairly good, student learning motivation is categorized as fairly good, teacher performance and student learning motivation affect student learning outcomes. The results that can be taken from this study are, the high student learning outcomes are influenced by the performance of qualified teachers and high student motivation.ABSTRAKTujuan tulisan iniaadalah untuk menguraikan hasil penelitian tentang dampak kinerjagguru dan motivasibelajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa di salah satu SMK Swasta di Jawa Barat. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey explanatory, data yang digunakan berupa data primer yang diperoleh dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner, responden yang ditetapkan peneliti yaitu 62 orang siswa kelas Xdi salah satu SMK Swasta di Jawa Barat. Teknik analisis data yang dipilih yaituregresi berganda. Adapun hasil penelitianmemperlihatkan bahwa: secara parsial ataupun secara simultan, kinerja guru dikategorikancukup baik, motivasibbelajar siswa dikategorikancukup baik, kinerja guru dan motivasi belajar siswa berdampak terhadap hasil belajar siswa. One of the highlights is the not yet optimal performance of educators in producing quality graduates. Based on the results of a study on several factors that influence the improvement of the performance of educators, it is assumed that the most dominant factors are leadership and interpersonal communication. This research uses descriptive and verification methods to answer the research hypothesis. Data were collected using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. Leadership has a contribution of  57.61% in improving the performance of educators, interpersonal communication has acontribution of 58.8% in improving the performance of educators. Meanwhile, the leadership and interpersonal communication carried out simultaneously contributed 64.5% in improving the performance of the teaching staff, with the relationship between variables being strong and high. Thus, the performance of educators can be improved by increasing the effectiveness of leadership and interpersonal communication.ABSTRAKMasalah pendidikan Indonesia terkhusus pada tingkatan SMK masih sangat kompleks dan perlu perhatian yang serius. Salah satu yang tersorot ialah belum optimalnya kinerja tenaga pendidik dalam mencetak lulusan yang berkualitas. Berdasarkan hasil kajian terhadap beberapa faktor yang menjadi pengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja tenaga pendidik, diduga faktor yang dominan ialah kepemimpinan dan komunikasi interpersonal. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif untuk menjawab hipotesis penelitian. Data diperoleh menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Kepemimpinan memiliki kontribusi sebesar 57,61% dalam meningkatan kinerja tenaga pendidik, komunikasi interpersonal memiliki kontribusi sebesar 58,8% dalam meningkatan kinerja tenaga pendidik. Sedangkan secara bersamaan kepemimpinan dan komunikasi interpersonal yang dijalakan memiliki kontribusi sebesar 64,5% dalam meningkatan kinerja tenaga pendidik dengan tingkat keeratan hubungan antar variabel adalah kuat dan tinggi. And this study aims to determine, analyze and explain the description of teacher competence, achievement motivation, teacher performance and graduate competence as well as the magnitude of the influence of teacher competence and achievement motivation on teacher performance and graduate competence in private junior high school teachers in the Telukjambe Commissariat Area. The research method uses quantitative and explanatory surveys with descriptive and verification research characteristics. The sample used was 126 non-civil servant teachers at private junior high schools in the Telukjambe Commissariat area. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. After the data was collected, its validity was tested and then analyzed and concluded through quantitative analysis. The results showed that teacher competence, achievement motivation, teacher performance and graduate competence at private junior high schools in the Telukjambe Commissariat area were in a good category. Teacher competence and achievement motivation have a strong relationship of 0.680. The effect of competence on teacher performance is smaller than the effect of achievement motivation on teacher performance. Meanwhile, teacher performance has a very strong influence on the competence of graduates of 95.1%.ABSTRAKKualitas kompetensi lulusan tergantung pada kinerja guru dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran, sedangkan faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru ada yang dari dalam diri sendiri guru tersebut yang meliputi kemampuan dan motivasi berprestasi maupun dari luar yang meliputi kepemimpinan, budaya sekolah dan yang lainnya. Dan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menganalisis dan menjelaskan gambaran tentang kompetensi guru, motivasi berprestasi, kinerja guru dan kompetensi lulusan serta besaran pengaruh kompetensi guru dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja guru dan kompetensi lulusan pada guru SMP Swasta di Wilayah Komisariat Telukjambe. Metode penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif dan eksplanatory survey dengan sifat penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif. Sampel yang digunakan adalah guru non PNS pada SMP Swasta di Wilayah Komisariat Telukjambe sebanyak 126 orang. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan penyebaran kuisioner, setelah data terkumpul diuji keabsahannya kemudian dianalisis dan disimpulkan melalui analisa kuantitatif. The fact is to improve performance can be influenced by certain factors, one that attracts the attention of researchers is interpersonal communication. In its implementation the researchers used the explanatory survey method and a questionnaire with a Likert scale model that researchers distributed to 72 respondents to gather data for the study. Researchers used the theory of Organizational Behavior Luthans and Gibson et al. Simple regression analysis is used in the technical analysis of this study. The results of this study indicate a positive effect of interpersonal communication on teacher performance. Judging from the value of the correlation coefficient of 0.466 with a determination coefficient of 21.70%. If interpersonal communication increases, performance will increase. ABSTRAKBelum optimalnya kinerja guru sebagai fokus penelitian yang dikaji oleh peneliti. Faktanya untuk meningkatkan kinerja dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor tertentu, salah yang menarik perhatian peneliti adalah komunikasi interpersonal. Dalam pelaksanaannya peneliti menggunakan metode survey eksplanatory dan angket dengan model skala likert yang peneliti distribusikan kepada72 orang responden guna merumpun data untuk penelitian. Peneliti menggunakan teori Perilaku Organisasi Luthans dan Gibson et al. Analisis regresi sederhana digunakan dalam teknis analisis penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan adanya pengaruh positif dari komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kinerja guru. Dilihat dari nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0, 466 dengan koefisien determinasi 21,70%. In the context of schools, teacher involvement is also very necessary because it will affect the improvement of the quality of education of particular schools as well as at national level. This article reports the results of a study that aims to determine differences in the level of teacher involvement based on demographic factors such as gender, education level, age, and years of service. By adopting the explanatory survey research method, data were obtained from 76 permanent teachers of a State Vocational School in Indonesia by administering a set of questionnaires. The questionnaire was developed under three dimensions of worker involvement variables, namely vigor, dedication, and absorption. The results of descriptive and inferential statistical analyses of the collected data indicate that there is no difference in the level of teacher involvement based on gender and teacher education levels, but there are differences in the level of teacher involvement based on the age factor and the teacher's tenure. The variability in the level of work involvement of teachers indicates the need to create a comfortable work environment and the fulfillment of complete facilities to support the teaching and learning process.ABSTRAKDalam setiap organisasi, keterlibatan pekerja(employee engagement) menjadi salah kunci yang berpengaruh terhadap performa individu pekerja maupun organisasi secara keseluruhan.  Di konteks sekolah, keterlibatan guru pun sangat diperlukan karena akan berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah tertentu maupun secara nasional. Artikel ini melaporkan hasil penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan tingkat keterlibatan guru didasarkan kepada faktor demografis seperti jenis kelamin, jenjang pendidikan, usia, dan masa kerja. Dengan mengadopsi metode penelitian survei eksplanatori, data diperoleh dari 76 guru tetap di sebuah SMK Negeri di Indonesia melalui penyebaran angket yang meliputi tiga dimensi variable keterlibatan pekerjayaitu vigor, dedication, dan absorption. Hasil analisis statistik deskriptif dan inferensial terhadap data yang terkumpul menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaaan tingkat keterlibatan guru berdasarkan faktor jenis kelamin dan jenjang pendidikan guru, namun terdapat perbedaan tingkat keterlibatan guru berdasarkan faktor usia dan masa kerja guru. This condition is thought to have something to do with weak learning achievement in productive subjects and career guidance. On the basis of this, the researcher intends to investigate and analyze the contribution of learning achievement factors for productive subjects and career guidance factors to vocational student work readiness. For this reason, the authors extracted data from class XII students of the Office Automation and Management Expertise Program (OTKP) at a vocational school in Bandung using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. Furthermore, the data is processed using SPSS version 25 software. From the results of the data processing, it is obtained information that both partially and simultaneously learning achievement in productive subjects and career guidance have a positive and significant correlation to student work readiness. This can be interpreted that learning achievement in productive subjects and career guidance has a positive and significant contribution to vocational students 'job readiness or it can be said that learning achievement in productive subjects and career guidance functions as a contributing factor to students' job readiness.ABSTRAKRendahnya kesiapan kerja lulusan sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK) merupakan masalah yang tak kunjung terselesaikan sampai saat ini, hal tersebut diindikasikan dengan rendahnya daya serap lulusan SMK secara nasional maupun regional. Kondisi demikian diduga ada kaitannya dengan prestasi belajar mata pelajaran produktif dan bimbingan karir yang masih lemah. Atas dasar hal tersebut peneliti bermaksud untuk melakukan investigasi dan menganalisis tentang kontribusi faktor prestasi belajar mata pelajaran produktif dan faktor bimbingan karier terhadap kesiapan kerja  siswa SMK. Untuk hal tersebut penulis menggali data dari  para siswa kelas XII Program Keahlian Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran (OTKP) pada  salah satu SMK  di kota Bandung dengan menggunakan angket sebagai instrumen pengumpul datanya. Selanjutnya data tersebut diolah dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi  25. Dari hasil pengolahan data tersebut diperoleh informasi bahwa baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan prestasi belajar mata pelajaran produktif dan bimbingan karier berkorelasi positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa.
