For santri, interpreting the Quran is a must that must be mastered. This research tries to explore the curriculum of tafsir education at Pesantren Fath Darut Tafsir Sukamakmur Bogor. This pesantren is concerned with education, da'wah, and social affairs, one of whose main programmes is tahfidz Quran, accompanied by understanding through deepening tafsir. This research uses qualitative field research method and found: First, the purpose of learning tafsir in Fath Darut Tafsir Pesantren Sukamakmur Bogor is to create a generation of quranis, who are able to read and memorise and understand the contents of the Quran comprehensively, both in terms of text and context. Second, tafsir material is only given at the SMA/MA level equivalent, using simple and concise tafsir books, with language that is easily understood by santri, such as Tafsir Jalalain, tafsir and Tafsir Muyassar. Third, the learning methods used vary, including lecture, discussion, question and answer, and recitation methods. Fourth, the evaluation of subject matter includes; daily, monthly, midterm, and semesterly assessments, either orally or in writing, while the evaluation of the learning process is carried out by evaluators either from the leadership or peers, through learning supervision, or weekly meeting mechanisms.AbstrakAlquran adalah pedoman hidup yang harus dipahami oleh umat Islam. Bagi santri, menafsirkan Alquran menjadi suatu keharusan yang harus dikuasai. Penelitian ini mencoba menelusuri kurikulum pendidikan tafsir di Pesantren Fath Darut Tafsir Sukamakmur Bogor. Pesantren ini konsen dalam bidang pendidikan, dakwah, dan sosial, yang salah satu program utamanya adalah tahfidz Alquran, disertai dengan pemahaman melalui pendalaman tafsir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif lapangan (field research) dan menemukan: Pertama, tujuan dari pembelajaran tafsir di pesantren Fath Darut Tafsir Sukamakmur Bogor adalah menciptakan generasi qurani, yang mampu membaca dan menghafal serta memahami isi kandungan Alquran secara komprehensif, baik dari sisi teks maupun konteksnya. Kedua, materi tafsir baru diberikan di jenjang SMA/MA sederajat, menggunakan kitab tafsir yang sederhana dan ringkas, dengan bahasa yang mudah dipahami santri, seperti Tafsir Jalalain, tafsir dan Tafsir Muyassar. Ketiga, metode pembelajaran yang digunakan bervariasi antara lain, metode ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab, dan resitasi. How is the strategy applied in the STID Mohammad Natsir student boarding school to shape the disciplinary character of students. The research method used is qualitative field with data collection methods through interviews and field observations. The results showed that the purpose of the programme was to instil the values of discipline, awareness, sincerity and honesty by instilling these values. However, there are many Muslim students who do not like Arabic lessons. so that they seem lazy and do not think that Arabic is a compulsory subject and is part of their religion. Student participation in learning is only limited to meeting the demands of the school. The method used in this research is field research, the research object is MTSS AL Muasyarah and MTSN 01 Bogor. the secondary sources are taken from other Arabic learning books. All data obtained from sources both primary and secondary. Summarized and analyzed then concluded. The results of the study stated that the lack of student motivation in learning Arabic has many factors, among the main factors causing it is due to unattractive learning methods, so students tend to be passive in learning. Spiritual intelligence is closely related to intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence even intellectual and emotional intelligence cannot be balanced without being accompanied by spiritual intelligence. Knowing the magnitude of the benefits of spiritual intelligence for students in an educational process, it is necessary to have a method in increasing spiritual intelligence to make it easier to achieve the goals of Islamic education itself. This paper aims to find out how to increase the spiritual intelligence of the perspective of Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taimiyah in the At-Tuhfah al-'Iroqiyyah book. This study uses a qualitative approach with library research type, the primary data source in this study is At-Tuhfah al-'Iroqiyyah by Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taimiyah while the secondary data in this study is the work of Muslim scholars and scholars who focus on discussing soul cleansing and spiritual intelligence. In this study using a qualitative approach, the place of research was at the Alwasilah Lilhasanah Islamic Boarding School in early teens, more precisely in class VII Mts. The results of this study are related to the method of interpersonal intelligence at the Alwasilah Lilhasanah Islamic Boarding School including the concept, implementation, evaluation and supporting and inhibiting factors. The ideal Interpersonal Intelligence Concept method is the exemplary method, the advice method, the habituation method and the punishment or reward method. Characters that must be possessed by students are able to communicate, socialize and socialize with friends, parents, teachers and the community well.AbstrakKemampuan seseorang untuk peka terhadap perasaan orang lain disebut sebagai kecerdasan interpersonal. In addition, the concern of an educator who is limited to learning in the classroom, without paying attention to the habituation of Arabic in his environment, is a separate problem factor in the habit of speaking Arabic. With this background, the author is interested in researching Arabic language habituation programs that can form students' habits of speaking Arabic easily. The focus of the research is on Islamic boarding schools; namely MTs Pesantren Al-Ma'tuq Sukabumi. In this study, the author uses a type of qualitative research, namely by collecting data obtained from observations, interviews, documentation, analysis, field notes. Researchers perform data analysis by multiplying information, looking for relationships to various sources, comparing, and finding results on the basis of actual data. After doing the research, the results obtained: the concept of the Arabic language habituation program at MTs Pondok Pesantren Al-Ma'tuq. This started from the purpose of Arabic language habituation, the planning process, activity programs, and evaluation techniques for evaluating activity programs. One of them is ZISWAF (Zakat-Infaq-Alms-Waqf)  which is a financial potential owned by Muslims. The abundance of potential ZISWAF funds must be managed properly, so that good financial management is a consequence of the hope of realizing a quality education process in madrasas. For this reason, Muslims must always be optimistic about the potential of ZISWAF, so that the abundance of ZISWAF resources must be managed with professional human resources, starting from its collection, empowering its benefits, its development to its appropriate distribution. This study aims to determine how the ZISWAF-based madrasa financial management with the COD (Creative, Organized, and Development) principle. This study uses a combination of two research methods, namely the library research method which examines related theories, and the field method through questionnaires distributed to madrasa alumni in three cities, namely Jakarta, Lampung and Bogor to determine the perception of the formation of the Madrasah Self-Reliance Body. The results showed that madrasah alumni supported the establishment of the Madrasah Self-Reliance Body (BKM) as the manager of ZISWAF and felt optimistic that BKM was able to carry out its function as the basis for madrasa financial management, so that it was able to support the realization of quality madrasa education.Abstrak                                  Terbatasnya sumber keuangan pada sekolah-sekolah Islam mendorong madrasah untuk mampu aktif mencari sumber-sumber dana yang kaya, melimpah dan berkelanjutan. Salah satunya adalah ZISWAF (Zakat-Infaq-Sedekah-Wakaf) yang merupakan potensi keuangan yang dimiliki oleh umat muslim. Berlimpahnya potensi dana ZISWAF ini harus dikelola dengan baik, sehingga manajemen keuangan yang baik menjadi sebuah konsekuensi dari harapan terwujudnya proses pendidikan di madrasah yang bermutu. Untuk itu, umat Islam harus selalu optimis pada potensi ZISWAF, sehingga keberlimpahan sumber ZISWAF ini harus dikelola dengan sumber daya manusia yang profesional, mulai dari penghimpunannya, pemberdayaan manfaatnya, pengembangannya sampai pada penyalurannya yang tepat guna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana manajemen keuangan madrasah berbasis ZISWAF dengan prinsip COD (creative, Organized, and Development). The research method used is a qualitative method with a case study descriptive approach, and involves three informants as research subjects. The results of this study indicate that Baitul Qur'an Markaz Al-Ma'tuq has a memorization system using the Sabqi and Manzil methods, equipped with ziyadah and itqon and tasmi'. In its implementation, the Sabqi and Manzil methods are carried out when halqoh al-Qur'an with three halqoh times. The advantage of this method is that it is able to keep the memorization mutqin (strong) and fluent. The drawback is the time it takes to memorize is quite long. The Sabqi and Manzil methods are suitable for beginner memorization and are effective for keeping the students of Markaz Al-Ma'tuq memorizing.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Implementasi Metode Sabqi dan Manzil Sebagai Solusi dalam Menjaga Hafalan Alquran Santri Baitul Qur’an Markaz Al-Ma’tuq. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif studi kasus, dan melibatkan subjek penelitian sebanyak tiga orang informan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Baitul Qur’an Markaz Al-Ma’tuq memiliki sistem menghafal dengan metode Sabqi dan Manzil, dilengkapi dengan ziyadah dan itqon dan tasmi’. Dalam implementasinya, metode Sabqi dan Manzil ini dilaksanakan ketika halqoh Alquran dengan tiga waktu halqoh. Kelebihan dari metode ini adalah mampu menjaga hafalan dengan mutqin (kuat) dan lancar. Kekurangannya adalah waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk menghafal cukup lama. The impact of this pandemic is not only threatening physical health but also mental health. The government is currently focusing on restoring the economic, health, social and education sectors. Concern for physical health is much greater than for mental health. Currently, the mental condition of the community, especially health workers who play an active role in handling COVID-19 cases, must be a concern. So far, Islamic education has only focused on formal education in Islamic schools, madrasas, Islamic boarding schools and universities. Islam is a religion that teaches all aspects of life, including the attitude of being a Muslim when faced with trials or pressures in life. Therefore, Islamic psychoeducation is needed to improve the resilience of health workers, because in general health workers are Muslims. The purpose of this study was to measure the resilience of health workers and to analyze the effect of Islamic psychoeducation given to groups of health workers. The method used in this study is to use a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design through a pre-post test approach and compared with the control group. The results showed that the experimental group had a mean of 157.23 while the control group had a mean of 147.23. The experimental group had a mean greater than the control group. It can be concluded that the psychoeducation given gave a better effect on the experimental group at the 95% confidence level. Kualitas pendidikan suatu bangsa sangat ditentukan oleh kualitas para gurunya. Sebagus-bagusnya rancangan kurikulum, teknologi pendidikan, ataupun perencanaan pendidikan, jika tanpa guru yang berkualitas, maka tidak akan membawa kesuksesan dalam meraih tujuan pendidikan. Guru bukan hanya memikirkan metode-metode pengajaran di kelas saja, akan tetapi bagaimana mengembangkan wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, nilai, sikap dan tingkah laku. Guru tahfizhh al-Qur’an merupakan orang yang terbaik dan mulia karena dia mengajarkan wahyu Allah ﷻ kepada para murid. Guru tahfizh harus memiliki beragam kompetensi atau keahlian dalam membina santri, agar santri yang dihasilkan mempunyai mutu dan berdaya guna. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui kompetensi guru tahfizh perspektif imam an-Nawawi dalam kitab al-Tibyān Fī Ᾱdāb Ḥamalah al-Qur‘ān dan implementasinya di PPMS Ulil Albaab UIKA Bogor. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan study pustaka (library research) dan survei lapangan (field research). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi menurut imam an-Nawawi adalah kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi profesional, kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi sosial dan kompetensi Islamic worldview.
