The presence of Rabbani educators is one of the main solutions to educational problems that have developed from the past until now. The most important educational problem is the quality of educators, with the assumption that the best curriculum is the teacher, the author views improving the quality of teachers or educators to be a very important and urgent agenda. Becoming a Rabbani educator requires good competencies that are interrelated between personality, social, pedagogical and professional competencies. In the book al-Fathu ar-Rabbâni Wa al-Faydhu ar-Rahmâny, Shaykh Abdul Qadir al-Jailany (561 H), a Hanbali scholar who is famous for his expertise in the field of Jurisprudence and purification of the heart, he explains the characteristics of the Rabbani personal figure who can applied by everyone with whatever profession they carry, including being an educator. The research in this thesis aims to determine the character of Rabbani educators and how to apply them as a simple curriculum at the Mahad Ihya As Sunnah School of Teacher (SOT) Tasikmalaya. The results of this study are expected to be a guide in development and training activities for educators in the Mahad Ihya As Sunnah environment starting from PAUD to high school. The research in this thesis uses qualitative research with library research and field research with a phenomenological approach. The research in this thesis is descriptive by taking the object of SOT Mahad Ihya As Sunnah Tasikmalaya. In collecting data, this study uses the method of observation, document review, interviews and documentation. For data analysis using induction analysis which is then described. The patterns used include: data collection, data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. From the research, a simple curriculum can be made consisting of objectives, materials, methods and evaluations. The goal is to produce teacher educators with Rabbani character, competence, dedication and achievement. The materials prepared to achieve these goals consist of religious knowledge and general science related to the latest teaching and education. The method is designed with various learning methods and exercises such as lectures and exercises. Evaluation is carried out periodically with a special rubric which is carried out every semester by issuing a certificate or educator report card.Abstrak Pendidik Rabbâni adalah model pendidik terbaik menurut Al-Qurân. Kehadiran pendidik Rabbâni menjadi salah solusi utama masalah-masalah pendidikan yang berkembang dari dulu hingga kini. Learning motivation is the spirit possessed by an individual both within himself and from outside. Motivation is the driving force that encourages students to continue to actively learn in order to achieve the desired goals. The research method used is a library research approach. The primary sources in this study are the hadith about motivation from Sunan ibn Majah and several other hadiths about learning motivation as well as several journal articles related to learning motivation as secondary sources. The data analysis technique uses content analysis. In many hadiths it is explained about the motivation to learn, one of which is \"Whoever takes the road in order to seek knowledge, then Allah makes the path to heaven easy\". From these hadith quotes, it can provide its own motivation for people who understand and carry out sincerely and enthusiastically in studying. In the hadith of Sunan ibn Majah there is also a hadith that explains that angels will shorten their wings to protect those who seek knowledge, even the residents of the sky to the fish in the sea also ask forgiveness for those who seek knowledge. The purpose of this study is to survey six schools that conduct religious co-curricular activities and see the effectiveness of these activities. Data were collected through observation, interviews and questionnaires. The results of the data were analyzed with descriptive analysis. Based on the data processing that has been done, it is concluded that the six schools used as research objects agree that the process of co-curricular activities of Islamic religious education (PAI) can have an impact on the Islamic morals of students.AbstrakTerbatasnya jam pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) menjadi masalah yang dikeluhkan oleh para guru PAI. Padahal ada banyak kegiatan kokurikuler di luar kelas yang dapat dibuat untuk menguatkan pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan survei di enam sekolah yang melakukan kegiatan kokurikuler keagamaan dan melihat keefektivitasan dari kegiatan tersebut. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalaui observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Hasil data dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif. The mixed/blended model places the online delivery system as an integral part of the overall learning process. That is, the face-to-face and online learning process is a unified whole. The purpose of the study was to analyze blended learning in Islamic Religious Education subjects at SMA PGRI 3 Bogor City. The research method uses qualitative methods with the type of field research. Sources of data were obtained from observations, documentation, and in-depth interviews as well as Focus Group Discussions (FGD) by relevant Education Personnel, other Education Personnel who teach PAI at the school, and Education Personnel in the Curriculum section. The results of this study: (1) The application of the blended learning learning model has been going well because the learning carried out is a combination of face-to-face/virtual and online (e-learning). (2) The learning model used is only one learning model, namely discovery learning. (3) Applied learning uses various combinations of approaches, namely: scientific approach and contextual approach. (4) The combination is also carried out in learning methods, namely: lecture method, discussion method, question and answer method, and brainstorming method. (5) Likewise, the learning resources used also vary, be it educators, PAI books, PPT, PDF, internet, Quizizz, and other relevant references.AbstrakPenerapan TIK dalam pendidikan telah melahirkan model-model pembelajaran baru dalam sistem pembelajaran, seperti: pembelajaran yang biasanya terbatas pada ruang kelas dengan jadwal yang telah ditentukan, berkembang secara fleksibel di mana saja dan kapan saja pada aplikasi website (e-learning), serta bahan pembelajaran yang biasanya disajikan dengan menggunakan fasilitas materi seperti buku cetak, papan tulis yang dikembangkan menjadi perangkat elektronik dengan memanfaatkan teknologi komputer dan jaringan internet. The research method used is a descriptive method using a qualitative approach. The techniques used in data collection are interviews, observation, and documentation studies. Data analysis was carried out by coding data, categorizing and interpreting data. The results of this study indicate that the management of the hostel with the aim of increasing student discipline carried out at the Al Kausar Islamic boarding school can be carried out well, this cannot be separated from the management elements, namely; planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring. Other findings in this study indicate that at the Al Kausar Islamic boarding school there are several supporting programs to realize the disciplined character of students, including; special programs for moral formation, habituation of worship, discipline programs, and fostering guardians of dormitories. In addition to the boarding program, the Al Kausar Islamic Boarding School also applies several elements in order to encourage the acceleration of the growth of santri discipline, these elements are; regulations, giving punishments and rewards for outstanding students.Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana manajemen asrama dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan santri tingkat MTs di Pesantren Al Kausar Kabupaten Sukabumi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan coding data, kategorisasi dan interpretasi data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa manajemen asrama dengan tujuan peningkatan kedisiplinan santri yang dilaksanakan di pesantren Al Kausar dapat terlaksana dengan baik, hal ini tidak terlepas dari unsur-unsur manajemen yaitu; perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan. Adapun temuan lain dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa di pesantren Al Kausar ini terdapat beberapa program penunjang untuk mewujudkan karakter kedisiplinan santri, diantaranya; program khusus pembentukan akhlak, pembiasaan ibadah, program kedisiplinan, dan pembinaan wali asrama. Likewise, humans who are social creatures need to interact with each other, so morals have an important position in maintaining these relationships so that they are directed towards positive things. Morals are an essential need, without morals it is impossible for a person or group of people to live well. This research uses a library research method with content analysis. The concept of moral education according to Ibn Jama'ah generally includes the morals of students and teachers where the moral education offered is still relevant and suitable if applied to the implementation of education today. Therefore, morals are a medium of self-cntrol (inherent supervision) of students and teachers that can prevent them from negative things, which is useful to support their success in learning and teaching.AbstrakAkhlak dalam tradisi Islam ditempatkan pada posisi yang sangat tinggi sehingga tidak jarang ditemukan pernyataan yang menggandengkan ilmu dan akhlak seolah-olah dua sisi dari sebuah koin; kebermaknaan yang satu tergantung pada yang lainnya. Begitu pun pada manusia yang notabene sebagai makhluk sosial perlu berinteraksi antara satu dengan yang lainnya, maka akhlaklah yang mempunyai kedudukan penting dalam menjaga hubungan tersebut agar terarah ke hal-hal yang positif. Akhlak merupakan kebutuhan esensial, tanpa akhlak mustahil seseorang atau sekelompok manusia dapat hidup dengan baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka (library research) dengan analisis isi. Konsep Pendidikan akhlak menurut Ibnu Jama’ah secara umum mencakup akhlak pelajar dan pengajar yang mana Pendidikan akhlak yang ditawarkan masih relevan dan cocok jika diterapkan pada pelaksanaan pendidikan saat ini. Teaching knowledge, training, researching, developing and educating students is a noble task. But what happens is just the opposite, educators and education personnel are often not in line with Islamic education and do things that should not be done. Therefore, it is necessary to have an Islamic development programme for educators and education personnel in Islamic schools so as to change deviant behaviours among educators and education personnel. The purpose of this research is to find out the Islamic development programme for educators and education personnel at Muhammad Al-'Unaizy Elementary School. The research method used is qualitative research with a qualitative-descriptive approach. The findings of this study are the existence of an Islamic development programme for educators and education personnel at Muhammad Al-'Unaizy Elementary School consisting of yaumiyah (daily), usbuiyah (weekly), syahriyah (monthly), and tsanawi evaluation activities (semesterly and annually) for educators as well as education personnel. The purpose of the programme is the creation of consistency in carrying out Islamic teachings, mastery of the basics of Islamic knowledge, the realisation of good moral habits, and positive changes in students and the quality of education.Keywords: Guidance Evaluation; Education Quality; Islamic DevelopmentAbstrakPendidik dan tenaga kependidikan dalam pendidikan Islam merupakan sosok teladan bagi setiap murid. Mengajarkan ilmu pengetahuan, melatih, meneliti, mengembangkan, dan mendidik para murid merupakan tugas mulia. Namun yang terjadi justru sebaliknya, pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan sering tidak sejalan dengan pendidikan Islam dan melakukan hal yang tidak semestinya dilakukan. Karenanya, perlu adanya program pembinaan keislaman untuk pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan di lingkungan Sekolah Islam sehingga mengubah perilaku-perilaku menyimpang di kalangan pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui program pembinaan keislaman pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan di Sekolah Dasar Muhammad Al-‘Unaizy. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif jenisnya penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif. Hasil temuan dari penelitian ini adalah adanya program pembinaan keislaman pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan di Sekolah Dasar Muhammad Al-‘Unaizy terdiri dari kegiatan yaumiyah (harian), usbuiyah (mingguan), syahriyah (bulanan), dan kegiatan evaluasi tsanawi (per semester dan tahunan) bagi pendidik juga tenaga kependidikan.
