Life skills education is increasingly important to be implemented and applied in the world of education because it can equip students in facing difficult problems in life. This article tries to discuss the application of life skills guidance at As-Syifa Boarding School Subang, West Java. In its application, life skills education can be implemented not only in the classroom, but can be in extracurricular activities and religious activities carried out by students under the guidance of teachers who can foster a high work ethic in students, grow independence, be innovative, creative and create a work that can be useful for many people so as to create superior human resources. SMPIT As Syifa Boarding School collaborates between life skills, religious knowledge and general sciences for its students. Some of the obstacles faced in implementing life skills education at SMPIT As Syifa Boarding School are the absence of a special teacher who focuses on developing students' life skills, limited space and inadequate funds.Abstrak                                  Lembaga pendidikan perlu merefleksikan dan mempresentasikan nilai-nilai kehidupan dalam proses pembelajarannya. Pendidikan kecakapan hidup atau kecakapan hidup semakin penting untuk diterapkan dan diaplikasikan dalam dunia pendidikan karena dapat membekali siswa dalam menghadapi permasalahan sulit dalam kehidupan. Artikel ini mencoba membahas penerapan bimbingan kecakapan hidup di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Islam Terpadu (SMPIT) As-Syifa Boarding School Subang, Jawa Barat. Dalam aplikasinya, Pendidikan kecakapan hidup bisa terlaksana tidak hanya dalam kelas, tetapi bisa dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dan kegiatan keagamaan yang dilakukan peserta didik atas bimbingan para pengajar yang bisa menumbuhkan etos kerja yang tinggi pada peserta didik, tumbuh sifat kemandirian, inovatif, kreatif dan menciptakan sebuah karya bisa berguna bagi banyak orang sehingga bisa menciptakan sumber manusia yang unggul. SMPIT As Syifa Boarding School mengolaborasikan antara kecakapan hidup, pengetahuan agama dan ilmu-ilmu umum untuk santrinya. The Moral of  education or character today is not less popular even in Western education, but The conditions in the field of moral decline are anywhere. There needs to be a conceptual solution to the implementation way of the character of  education should be. The Divining guidance through Asmaul Husna is full of character education, not a few people perform it regularly, but unfortunately it has not reached the ta'abbud according to what the Shari'ah wants, which is not only memorizing or creating, but also understanding and practicing its contents. In educational institutions, it is necessary to formulate the right way to imply the character of education on the basis of Allah's revelation through the right curriculum. This study uses a qualitative method with a library research model, in which the researcher is the main instrument. The author chose one of the Asmaul Husna as the object of study, namely the name Allah \"Al-Ahad\", and it is found that from this one great name has a strong implication on the character of education curriculum both on objectives' content, methods, and evaluation.Abstrak                                  Islam sangat memperhatikan pendidikan karakter. Keunggulan para sahabat hingga memiliki ilmu yang mumpuni dan menjadi rujukan ummat manusia hingga akhir zaman, tidak terlepas dari cara Nabi r yang mengutamakan pendidikan karakter mereka sebelum mencurahkan segala ilmu, dan pendidikan karakter ini terus ditanamkan berbarengan dengan ilmu. Pendidikan akhlak atau karakter dewasa ini tidak kalah bergembar-gembor hingga dalam pendidikan Barat sekalipun, namun kondisi di lapangan kemerosotan akhlak terjadi di mana-mana. Perlu ada solusi konseptual bagaimana semestinya pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter. Petunjuk ilahi melalui asmaul husna sarat akan pendidikan karakter, tidak sedikit orang yang mewiridkannya secara rutin, namun sayangnya belum sampai pada ta’abbud sesuai yang diinginkan syariat, yang bukan hanya menghafal atau mewiridkan, tapi juga memahami dan mengamalkan kandungannya. Di lembaga pendidikan, perlu formulasi yang tepat bagaimana pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter dengan basis wahyu Allah ini melalui kurikulum yang tepat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan model studi kepustakaan (library research), di mana peneliti sebagai instrumen utamanya. In addition, the importance of applying Arabic learning methods and strategies for non-Arabs must be thoroughly and applied. The author has noticed that most of the educators in this archipelago still use the taqlidi method, which is to imitate the style and method of teaching deserts or those who are more senior than him. Therefore, it is deemed necessary to write about this problem by examining the Arabic language learning method which is sourced from the book al-Idhāāt by 'Abdurrahman al-Fauzan. The author hopes that this research will be able to answer the problems mentioned above. The form of this research is in the form of a qualitative literature study, in the research method using the library research method (literature study) whose primary source is the Kitab al-Idhāāt which focuses on the Arabic learning method for non-Arabic ('ajam). In this book, several Arabic learning methods will be discussed, including the al-mubāsyarah and al-itsāliyyah methods.Abstrak                                  Berawal dari sebuah kekhawatiran penulis tentang sistem pembelajaran bahasa Arab terkhusus di Inonesia, yang mana kurangnya SDM yang belum maksimal ditambah belum sepenuhnya mengikuti standar pengajaran bahasa Arab yang seharusnya dijalankan. Selain itu, pentingnya penerpan metode maupun strategi pembelajaran bahasa Arab untuk non Arab yang harus di teliti dan di apliksasikan. Penulis memperhatikan bahwa sebagian besar dari pendidik di nusantara ini masih menggunakan metode taqlidi , yaitu menirukan gaya dan metode pengajaran gurunnya atau yang lebih senior darinya. Oleh sebab itu dipandang perlu adanya penulisan terkait masalah ini dengan meneliti tentang metode pembelajaran bahasa Arab yang bersumber dari kitab al-Idhāāt karya ‘Abdurrahman al-Fauzan. Penulis berharap dengan adanya penelitian ini mampu menjawab permasalahan yang telah disebutkan di atas. This is because many pesantren have opened themselves from conventional Islamic educational institutions to be more open to the demands of the times both in terms of curriculum and infrastructure. So that it is a hope for parents that when their children study at the pesantren in addition to gaining religious knowledge, they can also follow and adjust to the modernity that cannot be avoided, this hope then relies a lot on the pesantren. With the increasing number of students in the pesantren, it becomes homework on how to create a comfortable pesantren atmosphere for students, especially in terms of psychology so that they can participate in all activities at the pesantren to the fullest. The existence of Musyrif and Musyrifah has an extraordinary role in creating a comfortable atmosphere for a Santri to carry out activities at the pesantren. The purpose of this study was to analyze the Musyrif and Musyrifah guidance programs to improve their performance at the Al-Ma'tuq Cisaat Sukabumi Islamic boarding school. This research uses a descriptive-analytical method using document data collection tools, interviews, and observations. The results showed that the performance improvement guidance program at the Al-Ma’tuq Cisaat Sukabumi Islamic boarding school was through provisioning at the beginning of the year for the Musyrif and Musyrifah in the form of providing materials such as leadership, camaraderie, psychology, and management then continued with the Tahsin, Tahfidz and Ta'lim programs in weekly and monthly. Apart from this, the Al-Ma'tuq Islamic Boarding School also has a daily Mutaba'ah which will be a performance appraisal with item 1). Compulsory worship 2). Sunnah worship 3). Discipline 4). Exemplary 5). Commitment. From the Mutaba'ah, it is accumulated in the form of a Musyrif and Musyrifah Syahadah (report card) at Al-Ma’tuq Islamic Boarding School, Cisaat Sukabumi.AbstrakPesantren secara umum, sebagai  lembaga pendidikan non formal saat ini telah  mengalami perkembangan yang signifikan dan  menjadi salah satu pilihan dari orang tua untuk menitipkan anak-anaknya dalam menuntut ilmu. This research is a type of qualitative research with a character study approach that aims to conduct an in-depth study of the thoughts of the figures studied. The study is conducted by the library reaserch method of primary literature and skunder relating to the object in question. In this study it was found sheikh Bakr explained the concept of adab curriculum. According to him, the adab curriculum is divided into three parts of the discussion, namely as follows: First, the discussion of the definition of adab curriculum, Second, what foundation is underlying, then the third is what components are contained in the adab curriculum itself. Implicitly Sheikh Bakr defines the adab curriculum as the arrangement of material received, taken, and passed by learners to obtain the values of knowledge, attitude and skills that are in accordance with the foundation of the Qur'an, al-Hadith, and ijtihad ulama. These three aspects are formulated into the womb of Islamic Education. The supporting program for the achievement of the adab curriculum delivered in the womb of Islamic Education is the objective of the curriculum is clearly targeted, the content / material taught according to the target, the methods used in the teaching is on target, and the evaluation in the curriculum is organized according to the target achievement. These four supporting programs are components in the curriculum of the book of Hilyah Thalibil 'ilm by Syeihk Bakr.AbstrakPenelitian ini dirumuskan untuk mendeskripsikan Kurikulum Adab perspektif Syeikh Bakr bin Abdullah Abu Zaid. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi tokoh yang bertujuan untuk melakukan pengkajian mendalam terhadap pemikiran tokoh yang diteliti. Pengkajian dilakukan dengan metode library reaserch terhadap literatur primer dan skunder yang berkaitan dengan objek yang dimaksud. Dalam kajian ini ditemukan Syeikh Bakr memaparkan konsep kurikulum adab. Menurut beliau, kurikulum adab itu terbagi ke dalam tiga bagian pembahasan, yaitu sebagai berikut: Pertama, pembahasan tentang definisi kurikulum adab, Kedua, landasan apa saja yang mendasarinya, kemudian yang ketiga adalah komponen-komponen apa saja yang terdapat di dalam kurikulum adab itu sendiri. Secara implisit Syeikh Bakr mendefinisikan kurikulum adab merupakan susunan materi yang diterima, ditempuh, dan dilalui oleh peserta didik untuk memperoleh nilai-nilai pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan yang sesuai dengan landasan Alquran, al-hadits, serta ijtihad ulama. Ketiga aspek ini diformulasikan ke dalam rahim Pendidikan Islam. The main purpose of this study is to analyze in depth the impact of MBKM on the performance of University of Ibn Khaldun Bogor(UIKA) from a demographic perspective which includes gender, age, educational background and occupation/status. The research sample amounted to 219 respondents consisting of 103 students, 75 education staff and 41 lecturers. The results of the questionnaire will be processed using IBM SPSS Statistics 25 using a binary logistic linear regression model. The research variables consist of the dependent variable and the independent variable. The dependent variable or Y is the public's perception of the impact of MBKM on the performance of UIKA Bogor, while the independent variable or variable X are several factors that influence the perceptions of lecturers, education staff and students about the impact of MBKM on UIKA performance  like  gender, age, education and occupation. Based on the descriptive analysis, the majority of respondents, as many as 214 respondents or about 97.8% stated that there was an impact of MBKM on improving performance and 5 respondents or about 2.2% stated that there was no impact of MBKM on the performance of UIKA Bogor. The individual coefficient test conducted with the Wald test shows that all independent variables consisting of various demographic factors such as gender, age, education and occupation are not significant at alpha 5% meaning that there is no difference in respondents' perceptions about the impact of MBKM on the performance UIKA Bogor.Abstrak Perguruan Tinggi merupakan ujung tombak keberhasilan program MBKM karena sasaran utama dari program ini adalah menghasilkan sumber daya manusia yang unggul yang dapat menerapkan bidang keilmuan serta keahlian yang dimilikinya sesuai dengan kebutuhan dunia usaha dan dunia industri. This research uses a qualitative approach and descriptive research methods. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results showed that SMPQ al-Ihsan has implemented learning management which includes (1) planning for Quran memorization learning for the achievement of memorization targets: first, determining memorization targets; second, formulating a selection system for prospective musyrifs who will guide students in the Quran halqoh; third, formulating a selection system for students in terms of their ability to memorize the Quran; fourth, determining time allocations; fifth, formulating special programs to help achieve targets. (2) Organizing Quran memorization learning for the achievement of memorization targets is carried out to determine the structure and duties of ustadz/ustadzah and determine tahfizh learning groups consisting of 8 to 10 students. (3) The implementation of effective and conducive Quran memorization learning for the achievement of memorization targets includes classroom management in halqoh Alquran and Quran memorization learning activities. (4) Evaluation of Quran memorization learning for the achievement of memorization targets by looking at student learning outcomes and student abilities according to indicators determined by the school.Abstrak                                  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen pembelajaran tahfidz Alquran untuk ketercapaian target di SMPQ al-Ihsan Jakarta Selatan yang meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi teknik observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa SMPQ al-Ihsan telah melaksanakan manajemen pembelajaran yang meliputi (1) perencanaan pembelajaran tahfidz Alquran untuk ketercapaian target hafalan: pertama, menentukan target hafalan; kedua, merumuskan sistem seleksi calon musyrif yang akan membimbing siswa dalam halqoh Alquran; ketiga, merumuskan sistem seleksi peserta didik dari segi kemampuan hafalan Alquran; keempat, menentukan alokasi waktu; kelima, merumuskan program khusus untuk membantu ketercapaian target. (2) Pengorganisasian pembelajaran tahfidz Alquran untuk ketercapaian target hafalan dilaksanakan untuk menentukan struktur dan tugas ustadz/ustadzah serta menentukan kelompok pembelajaran tahfizh yang beranggotakan 8 sampai 10 siswa. (3) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran tahfidz Alquran untuk ketercapaian target hafalan yang efektif dan kondusif meliputi pengelolaan kelas dalam halqoh Alquran dan kegiatan pembelajaran tahfizh Alquran. This challenge, if left unchecked, will further distance itself from its goal, to form Al Insan Al Kamil. So the concept of ta'dib becomes an offer to strengthen the application of Islamic education. This article aims to explore the process of ta'dib as a solid foundation that strengthens the application of Islamic education. The method used in this article is qualitative with a systematic literature review approach. Relevant articles were collected from the google scholar portal through the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Item for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses) flow. Then a descriptive content analysis was carried out. The results found indicate that the thing that is prioritized in the ta'dib process is the integration of knowledge, charity, and morals in everyday life. The ta'dib process is a two-way process between educators and students. This process emphasizes good examples and habituation. For this reason, through this research, an analysis of the literacy standards of teacher quality has been carried out in order to achieve the success of an education. This study aims to interpret or describe the data accompanied by the achievement of an understanding of teacher quality standards for PAI teachers and non PAI teachers. This research method is descriptive quantitative. Instruments to collect data using questionnaires and interviews. Based on the results of the analysis of literacy data for PAI Teachers and Non PAI Teachers, there are indicators whose presentation qualification scores are lacking, namely the 7th indicator and 6th presentation indicator. The comparison of the percentage of PAI and Non PAI teachers' understanding of teacher quality standards is 82.2% and 78.1%. The results of the triangulation of respondents have two indicators, namely: the 7th indicator from PAI teachers and the 6th indicator from Non PAI teachers, so there needs to be more attention and improvement by schools on the difficulties faced in teacher quality standards.AbstrakLiterasi guru terhadap standar mutu guru sangat penting untuk merealisasikan penyelenggaraan pendidikan yang berkualitas. Untuk itu melalui penelitian ini telah dilakukan analisis terhadap literasi standar mutu guru guna mencapai keberhasilan dari suatu pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan penafsiran atau menggambarkan data disertai dengan ketercapaian pemahaman standar mutu guru pada Guru PAI dan Guru Non PAI. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Instrumen untuk mengumpulkan data menggunakan angket dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data literasi Guru PAI dan Guru Non PAI bahwa terdapat indikator yang nilai kualifikasi presentasinya kurang yaitu pada indikator ke-7 dan indikator presentasinya ke-6. Perbandingan persentase pemahaman Guru PAI dan Non PAI terhadap standar mutu guru ialah 82,2 % dan 78, 1 %.
