The purpose of this study is to examine the discipline programme in the student boarding school at STID Mohammad Natsir. How is the strategy applied in the STID Mohammad Natsir student boarding school to shape the disciplinary character of students. The research method used is qualitative field with data collection methods through interviews and field observations. The results showed that the purpose of the programme was to instil the values of discipline, awareness, sincerity and honesty by instilling these values. Abstract
One of the most important character education values is discipline. A person who does not have the value of discipline in himself will experience setbacks, laziness, disorganisation, negligence, and difficulty in achieving goals.
